I get the feeling this thread should be on the Conspiracy Forum. I've never seen anything so daft in my life! It is, it isn't, it is, it isn't. Let's remember there's a lot of $ at stake here, especially the airlines who keep sending their guinea pigs on test flights and putting pressure on governments. These days, I don't trust ANYONE, especially 'spokesmen'.

You said it brother...makes me giggle...think of the commodity traders...holy hell...lol

Southern Sweden faces airspace shutdown
"Stockholm-Arlanda Airport is set to remain open, although the Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartsverket - LFV) could be forced to reassess the situation as a vast cloud of volcanic ash drifts towards Norway from Iceland."

It seems they are shutting down Sweden airspace again.. But the news site didnt mention anything about new volcano eruption.. They just said a "vast ash cloud" is coming!!

My source now says this...lol

Updated: Reports of second volcano eruption in Iceland inaccurate

Updated: Reports of second volcano eruption in Iceland inaccurate
As flight delays continue across Europe as a result of ash plumes spewing from the Eyjafjallajökull volcano in Iceland, mass confusion erupted Monday when reports indicated a second volcano blew in Iceland. The report was not accurate.
www.digitaljournal.com...

Perfect example of how bs can float.

Is Hekla next?

Monday, April 19, 2010 - 22:11 Iceland - This must be the world's first volcanic rumor. Hekla erupted. Actually the truth is that Hekla could also like Katla erupt any moment but it has not erupted yet. Reports of the volcano exploding are false, or more of a misunderstanding. The Iceland weather service accidentally looked at the wrong camera, instead of looking at Hekla it looked to that other volcano. People started tweeting that Hekla was erupting and journalists picked up on the story. Hekla however has not erupted.

source : fromtheold.com...

Apparently, the error came from the Iceland weather service. Pretty dumb misstake =)

Ok , so it was a false alarm.

The other eruption has taken a break. I can't help feeling this is merely a break to let people get home. I wouldn't be surprised to see it and more kicking off again in a few days.

Who wants to bet on what is next? Earthquake/ Volcano/Plagues/ Tidal Waves/Power Blackouts/ Take your pick

So MSNBC really did get their news from twitter? And people say you always have to have a MSM source to back your conspiracy claims up.

lol.

This was an epic FAIL... Way to go MSNBC!

Looked at the webcam too just now. No plume, and the snow covered mountain remains pristine and untarnished.

Wow, that'll teach them to vote against the interests of the EU. It's not possible for Haarp to cause a volcano eruption is it? Did anyone see any sundogs? What about nukes? Did anyone get near there with a geiger counter? What about bunker buster bombs? Would they have an impact on a sleeping volcano?

Even after listening to it a couple dozen time, I still can't pronounce it lol. I wish those Icelanders would have picked an easier to pronounce volcano to let erupt first.
