Wow - that was a massive dump of lava/rock just then out of mouth...

Has it just collapsed?

Seeing lots of activity around the foot!

This is very cool to watch! Did anyone happen to see night shots of lava flow? Was there any? I didn't see any posts about it so I am guessing not.

No, don't think so - a collapse will be rather more dramatic I'd imagine! I think it might if this keeps up though

Bloody clouds, break the magic of what we were watching.

The darkness today from the clouds is annoying, but definitely a lot more steam in the middle of the frame, and it looks like that mud river is a lot bigger now too.

Yeah,you are right!

It is probably more than a week since i last looked at this cam,and to me the area in question looks vastly different!
Am i correct in assuming this?

I am, zoomed way in, bottom screen is perfect and is not as dark

Yes, it's changed a lot - and I think once the clouds clear we'll see even more changes higher up the glacier.

Yep, since the lava entered what I assume was a meltwater tunnel and found it's way to the bottom there it's been the best cam to watch...

... GO AWAY CLOUDS...

I have been up 12 hours, going to go to store in a few hours then back to bed.

Just got back from a 2 hour meeting. Looks like a lot more water\flooding in the basin area on the vodafone cam. Can really see the difference between current image and one 2 hours ago side by side.
