To be fair, Tino got that from me in one of our email conversations. I got it from someone here on this thread. I'm not going to bother searching for it and will take full responsibility for the above information. But i also didnt go parroting it on the web without cross checking it. It was in an email.

Someone here mentioned Freighters dont have cockpit doors (i assume Tino meant cockpit as clearly an aircraft will have cabin doors), it seemed reasonable. So i told Tino that the manual he was studying was moot after i searched for the type.

Either way, the manual is moot as its not from American Airlines, nor is it of a 757-223.

I also initially thought it was a 757-200SP manual which Tino, me and Ralph talked about... until i looked closer at the Cover page. Its SF. So i made that correction as well via email.

Dont expect Tino to come through on his promise.

Also had you spent any time at all studying that you would realize that those aircraft were converted from passenger aircraft and that was completed 26 January 2004.

I don't expect him to come through with his promise Rob, I picked up on that from the tone of his second PM to me regarding the subject... Which was after he had already downloaded the manuals and not the other.

It literally took me months of studying that manual to come to any conclusion whatsoever and here he is less than 24 hours later proclaiming to be an authority of what all it contains and frankly that pisses me off...

We are talking tens if not hundreds of thousands of pages which comprise those manuals.

And frankly had it not been for your halfheartedly joking post about Tino being interested in the diagrams he would NOT be in possession of it now.

I dont know many websites or servers which will host confidential informatin to the public. And Tino is Bankrupt, so he doesnt have the cash to host his own.

And even if he did. How exactly will he get any traffic? No one will host a link to confidential information.

I think 'reheat's' posting the fact that Warren Stutt has conducted a thorough AAl 77 FDR decode puts to bed any of the earlier, now shown to be unwarranted, claims regarding the AAL 77 FDR.

Looks like the case is finally closed on this one.

Certainly some enterprising computer software/graphics person will be able to produce a more refined visual representation of the data, for all to see.
