Would it surprise you to know that all four of the aforementioned presidents were assassinated?

Here is the dreaded "what if". Obama's birth certificate proves he was born in Kenya. Does Hillary become President?

no if obama is found to not have been eligible ,his ticket would be ineligible so it would fall to Nancy Pelosi or Micheal Jackson (I cant tell them apart)

Do you folks really believe that Obama became president of the United States with just his Driver license? Or that none of those Republican Senators or Congressmen and women raised the issue at all? Not to mention all those little whiny little campaign staffers working for these candidates. Unblievable

What about the NSA, DOD, CIA ect...
When someone registers to be on the ballot for President of the United States you have to produce this document. If you don't or can't produce this document then you are not allowed to be on the ticket.
And I have never had a job where I had to show my birth certificate. I've worked for Texas Instruments and Bell Helicopter. Both these jobs required a strict background check and security clearance, and all I was ever asked for was a COPY of my drivers license and social security number. I also had to sign a statement swearing that I was a citizen but that was it.
This is exactly what they want us to do. Argue and fight over this instead of coming together and fighting for what really matters. And that is our country is being sold to the highest bidder. I don't care who you voted for because none of the presidents for the last several decades has been working for the American people. That is a fact.
On a side note. When I got my ballot to vote for President I wrote in Ron Paul. I know my vote wasn't counted but at least I voted with my heart and not my T.V. And I'm convinced that McCain would have easily won the election if he had chosen Ron Paul for Vice President but I digress. Have a good one folks.

No at this point that would go to Biden. And he would probably choose the Hillanator as Vice just to keep here from running against him next election. You know keep your friends close but your enemys closer.

To those people who make an issue that his name may have been "Barry".
His name is Barack. Most people who would know him would call him Barry. Or do you think that Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Jack Kennedy weren't really presidents because their birth names were James, William and John?

That said, I think that the president has been touched by the Vorlons. He has done the Vulcan mind meld. he has been assimilated by the Borg. He has received the mark of the beast. I can't think of any other reasons that he could change his mind on so many things that he promised to get elected, unless of course he was just saying what he thought would get him elected.

I believe that he was born in Hawaii. But after what we've seen of his presidency so far, it would not bother me terribly if he was born in Kenya if it got him out. But then we would have Pelosi, or maybe McCain, and Palin would be a heartbeat away from the presidency, so that's no good either.

WE'RE DOOMED!! DOOMED I tell you!! Head for the hills!! Flee to the Valleys!! Max out your credit cards!!

Obama has given what is necessary to be considered legal to run. that horse is dead

Obama moved over to Indonesia with his mother for awhile, and his name was changed while attending a school there for community ease.

spend a few months in kenya also tracing his roots

-yawn-

omg, did you know his middle name is Hussain!!11!!

your news sources are laughably wingnut tools...just accept it...your party lost...you only have a max of like 7.5 years left...who knows, maybe only 3.5..but until then...can you at least progress down the road to Obama is a socialist communist facist...the he is a sleeper cell terrorist is SOOO 8 months ago.

It was a bit hard for John McCain to be all over it as his back was against the wall himself and had to prove beyond a shadow of doubt that he qualified.

Anyone would assume because these people have put you on the back foot that their own house would be in order. Logical reasoning really.

Here's a quote from Obama's book, 'Dreams of My Father"

“As I was drifting out to sea on a journey knowing not where I was going but I knew it was a journey I had to undertake to find a mystery called Socialism, Communism, Christian Black Liberation Theology and Islam these ideals would qualify me to become the next president of the U.S. And I knew I had to loose something along the way, well I actually had to loose my birth certificate to be more precise”………..

Obama was not vetted, period. This is a documented fact and if you disagree, I'm sorry, you're an idiot. There is no controlling authority that investigates presidential candidates. That duty falls upon the candidates own political party, the DNC in this case. And I'd LOVE for someone to show how Obama could be duly nominated WHILE KEY RECORDS WERE KEPT UNDER SEAL!

This guy had the pleasure of crafting his own story and the ignorant bought it hook, line and sinker. Suckers. But oh well, one day when it doesn't matter, the truth will come out and history will show that 53% of American voters, those who voted for Obama, were fleeced into believing a lie.

First off, politically, I think Obama is the anti-Christ.

But as far as his personality goes, I think he's top notch. I think he's a good guy who believes in what he's doing, regardless of the fact that I disagree strongly with his methods. Until he starts killing people against reason (which I'm not expecting at this point), I think he's a good person with bad leadership skills.

On topic, I personally believe it doesn't matter whether he was born in Kenya or Hawaii since his mother was already an American citizen when he was born. That fact alone allows him citizenship. Perhaps he was born in Kenya, but not in a hospital and somehow ended up in Hawaii without an official birth certificate from any country. It's possible that his parents got the certificate at a later point. Instead of refuting his citizenship based on laws that currently exist, we ought to be looking at the laws that existed at his birth and see if it's possible he was born in another country without a certificate, came through the border on his mother's passport (which may have been possible since he was an infant) and then given an official American birth certificate on arrival in Hawaii. No American citizen would be likely to get an official birth certificate at a hospital or airport in Kenya. It is more likely that he would have received it first thing on entering the United States, and that makes his citizenship no less valid because his mother was already a citizen. It doesn't matter that his father wasn't. I'm surprised nobody has brought up this point in any argument about this issue that I've ever seen. If two white American citizens had a child on foreign soil, but claimed American citizenship, then made their way to the Presidency, it would be a non-issue, but somehow for Barack Obama it is a problem.

The reason John McCain may have not brought the issue up is simply because he probably understands how complicated these questions are and it would have undermined his efforts to bring them up. The entire system would then be focused on Obama anyway, which would be foolish if you're trying to bring more votes your way, and they would have to spend more time on that issue and less time on other more pressing political problems. I think it was too big of a risk for McCain to bother with it, or perhaps he was simply ignorant of these questions like the rest of the populace.

So which is it? Is he Kenyan or Indonesian? Cause at first he was Kenyan, now hes Indonesian?

Does this make any sense to anyone?

Like I said before, it wouldn't matter if you got the video of Obama being born with Hawaiian hula dancers dancing to eukalali music in the background while Pearl harbor vets were in attendance. The people that buy into this conspiracy won't believe it.

I'll tell you what makes sense to me. I believe that there were a few state's attorneys that filed suits regarding this not only in their states but also with the SCOTUS (since you don't seem to know anything else besides what you see on tv, that's the supreme court of the united states). Now let's assume for a minute that these guys are attorneys (that's sarcasm directed at either your lack of common knowledge, or your avoidance of it). Let's also assume that these guys are politicians (that's also some ignorant sarcasm). These guys know FULL WELL that if they make a false accusation against a black politician, that every black watchdog (and those you never even heard of) are going to come out of the woodwork filing suits against them. BUT this is not their real worry, remember these guys are politicians, their careers would be RUINED. Yet knowing this they filed the suits anyway. And you know what? I never heard ONE SINGLE minority watchdog group such as the NAACP challenge them, not one!

What makes sense to me is that they weren't challenged because it was known that if they were the truth would come out in public record and that in order to prosecute them it would have to be proven (remember burden of proof is upon the plaintiff) and the only way to prove that they were lying, would be to produce the birth certificate.

That's what makes sense to me.

Now for what irritates me.

People who play stupid. The only reason you would have to play stupid is if you were put here to do exactly what your doing. Unless by some strange chance you are actually that stupid, in which case I don't know how you could even try to make an argument, which takes me right back to the thing that irritates me. People who play stupid.

News flash, you are not some cute young blond, the stupid act won't work for you.

This is the harshest reply I have ever made to anyone here or anywhere, it is not in my nature to act like this; however, I was serious, it irritates me to no end when people play stupid.

OK Isaac, one more time for the governmentally challenged, straight from the US Constitution, the laws stating the requirement for President:

No person except a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution (This part means he would have had to have been a citizen of the US although not naturally born, in 1787, yes, 1787. He's not that old, so we can discard that line.), shall be eligible to the office of President;

so it doesn't matter if they snuck him into the airport ten minutes after he popped out of Mrs. Obama. He didn't pop out on AMERICAN SOIL, therefore is claim to the Presidency would be NULL.

thanks for playing.

Wrong. The courts have never determined whether a person born to a citizen while they were in another country is or is not a naturally-born citizen. Therefore, a determination would have to be made on this issue before deciding whether Barack (Barry) Hussein Obama is a naturally-born citizen.

If the phrase naturally-born citizen has not yet been defined by the courts, it is a difficult argument to make either way.
