Stock up on Ramen noodle soup. It's about 10 cents and the only time it taste ok is when you are sick. One trick I found that makes it better is adding a little soy sauce (and chopped green onions, and if you really want to live it up, beat an egg and kinda slowly pour/stir it into the hot liquid after you have added the noodles and seasoning packet). This is like eggdrop soup and gives you some added nutrition.

I have done the same - also being only western reporter in world crisis - and I really do know how everything is cheked by government before letting you out in MSM evening news... Or paper.

That WHO announcement was a really surprise! --- I thought they already had that few hours ago...

Most of the people I have spoken to around town today have no real idea what's going on, ne real sense of the possible trouble we may all be in.. several ar dimly aware that there is a bug about.

The local paper reported on how jobs have been heavily affected by the economic slow down and that Plymouth is now basically relying on the university to keep it afloat..

well that aint gonna happen if all the students come down with the lurgy

Start with the simple stuff like washing your hands when out, and getting extra tinned food in, If the spread really hits then at least you wont have to keep going out for food unless you have to,

Yeh you can bet that panic buying will start real soon.

isn't kinda of ironic that the possibility ''probably'' ramping up to a level 5 a few hours before the old Oman is gonna be on tv tonight right??Maybe to quell panic in the populous?

Arizona

Arizona's 1st swine flu case is in Maricopa County

www.abc15.com

A state lawmaker says Arizona's first confirmed case of swine flu was in a child from Maricopa County.

Rep. Kyrsten Sinema said Arizona Department of Health Services officials made the disclosure during a tour lawmakers took of the state laboratory in Phoenix on Wednesday morning.

Health Services officials haven't released that information publicly.

They plan a news conference at 1:30 p.m. after the patient and their family is told of the positive test.

As well will I and everyone else should heed the same call.
This flu is everywhere. If you think there is just 91 cases in the U.S. then you are just in denial.
This is everywhere. We are being feed information that is 3 to 5 days old by MSM.
The reason the gov. is not testing the masses anymore is because the masses have it.
The only people they are testing is those with worse conditions.
Dont believe me?
Go to Wal-Mart around 5pm today and look at the pharmacy. Stand there and just watch for 20 minutes. I promise you will want to come home and take 15 showers because of all the coughing, snezzing, runny noses and the lack of personal hygiene.

This IS everywhere.

I just heard an interview on the radio with an infectious disease specialist/scientist. He was saying that the media is blowing this out of proportion and that at this point this thing is no worse then a regular seasonal flu, even less so.

He actually made a joke and said maybe we should rename this
the Y2K flu. Hinting that this is a big scare for nothing. He also said the only people who should worry about wearing masks are health professionals in the hospital setting. They are useless to the average person. Just wash your hands alot.

I mean this guy was really playing this down, making jokes about travel bans and checkpoints etc.

Calm down my friend --- War against NWO will last long time!

Only truth is today that we dont know - take it more like an adventure - its a fancy ride, interesting to see, and the world is going to change!

Keep your head up, fill your mind with information, that will calm your motions!

The guy is either a complete idiot or purposely disinforming the public.

Its bad enough already with the MSM ignoring or hiding the actual numbers.

He isn't very smart then. This flu is going to be bad but the next one, the mutated one that they "claim" they are having a hard time making vaccine for, is going to be the really bad one. JMHO.

The who is feeding information are you saying they are lying about numbers?...if that is the case they are going to loose so much respect if they are about to tell the truth. Think about it. MSN etc are the ones hyping the info...not the who
