So will this date go down in the US history books as the day racism died?

My Texas county went 77% McCain(R) (2394 votes) and 72% Coryn(R). We did have 681 votes for Obama(D).
No surprise Texas will end up in the McCain column despite Austin, Dallas and a edge in Houston and San Antonio.

There is a distinct possibility that Indiana is going to go Democrat. Neck and neck and the Chicago area counties are just now coming in.

The FOX News folks have had 2 in a row to gloat over (2000/2004). They
shouldn't be so glum. No one party can hold an eternal monopoly. The
next election cycle is just 2 years away.

It makes me laugh at how glum everyone at Fox is looking whilst reporting these results......fair and balanced my ass!
They are probably just sore because most of them are thinking about how much butt kissing they are going to have to do now. Who wants to bet we are
going to see Fox now turn thier comments around now, saying they loved Obama all along and "he always had our support!"?
I'd just love to see Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilley right now lol. You can almost predict the spontaneous combustion of the most unfair and
unbalanced pair on tv
CX.

The Fat Lady is warming up her pipes!
It also looks like there is going to be a filibuster proof House and Senate.
Thank God, perhaps the campaign strategy of hate is dead. It blew up in the GOP's face.

Yes they did, im just pointing out that is hard not impossible, Obama was leading in the polls by over 20% and given the way that the polls our
showing true trends tonight and that California has not vote for a republican since 1992, I dont think McCain stand a chance.

If there was ever a phrase that belonged in a dirty limerick, that would be it

There once was a crew from SCOTUS
Who decided to pick your POTUS
They said with a grin as they wiped off....
I better not go any further.....

OK..thanks. I thought for a moment this was the Obama board, the
way everyone was turning against Senator McCain's chances.
