Nah, it's good to be reminded. There's happiness in it. Sunshine, lollipops and all that crap.

... but I'd say that on the whole cats have attitude and are self-righteous ingrates. This can be an issue for some people. Dogs are "dumb and happy", which is actually a personal goal of mine.

:-)

oh - you didn't really mean to just lay that out there for us - all ready made and good to go?

on the subject of men and cats...this is exactly what I'm getting at - the attitude - STRONG attitude regarding cats

first - they're just cats

second - I'm just going to come out and say it - and steel myself for what comes next

men who get (and like) cats - get (and like) women

at least - this has always (always) been my experience

I'm not saying that the dog guys don't

and there are no silly rules like this that ever apply all the time to anything

still, there's something about all this...

:-)

Why is it that women refuse to share a toothbrush, and flip out if you happen to use theirs. Even women you're, ahem, sexually active with, have a conniption fit if they catch you using theirs. I've been married to my wife for seven years now, and she still flips out if she catches me using hers. She says it's gross.

Whats up with that?

[edit on 12-3-2009 by BlaznRob]
I'm not that way. I share drinks too.
Bacteria are everywhere... I watched this documentary when I was young called Your Body is a Zoo... anyone?
I was so grossed out for a while, but now I am much more tolerant of what I can't see.

True enough I think. I'd have them if not for my allergy, but the allergy is so bad it feels like I have a month-long flu.

exactly. It's just a matter of making things work to your advantage :-)

...straw bale allowances...

I was telling you about how the straw bale method isn't "up to code" now - wasn't I? :-)

commune might be fun - fitting end for the 60s generation

wanted to build an adobe all by myself - but, we all know that's not really going to happen - I would need some help

Lucy would only seal herself up inside one of the walls :-)

I would help you... We would have to make sure we left windows while we were concentrating. That stuff hardens pretty quick in the hot sun.
