The murder next door to my house looks also like a kind person. You cant trust people from their way how they look like.

BTW we should let this thread dieing. Its a fake story to sell books. Dont create a hype.

A bit odd? Rightly so. Why would someone copy someone elses meta tags? Well, you could do it to get the same people that hit it to also hit onto your site..

or

being that the person whom created the websites could be the same person... lazyness .. comes to mind.. as a possible reason as to why have the same meta tags.

CSI is a great show and now has produced many home made forensic investigators!!!!

Here's my take on this one:

I get the feeling that both sites are related but not in the way that most people think...

My guess is that Bill Ryan knows enough about HTML to create all the pages of www.serpo.org. On the other hand, Robert Collins probably doesn't know much about HTML so what is the easiest solution to create a web site if you don't know how to write the underlying code? You browse the web, find pages that look like what you want, copy them and modify the texts & images to fit your content. This would explain why his front page looks similar to Serpo.org, why it contains the same meta tags and also why the HTML code on other pages of his site reads as if they had been coded by someone else...

Just a thought....

Right on Barbadel. I agree. My 15yo daughter builds websites for her various hobbies and what she does is find sites she likes and then copies-and-pastes the source code. She is only looking to put her own text and images in the framework so isn't concerned about the coding (and metatags). So her result is exactly the same as the Serpo site --- a mish-mosh of different code styles on the same webpage.

This was a great investigative find but I don't think there is anything devious behind it. I think what we have are some people putting up a webpage in the easiest manner they know. And we already know the connection between the two sites so the fact that the 'Exempt' site was copied is no surprise.

My own views on a few topics that the members here have commented upon recently...

Mirrored Websites.
In just a matter of weeks, basically, the term “Project Serpo” entered into a search engine now produces a torrent of results that a few months ago produced nothing. If you wanted to include the information on your own website and get the same results, easiest thing to do is to cut and paste. Not ethical, but site stealing goes on all the time. Being on the web and publishing any information makes you vulnerable to these tactics. It’s not an easy thing to enforce copyright issues here and sue anyone that takes your information. Sit back and relish in the fact that your information is desirable, and will help to get your site noticed too.

Book Reviews.
If you want decent reviews for your recently published book, create an account on Amazon and get typing! Or/also get friends and family members to participate in this. After all, who wants bad reviews? It also gets the ball rolling for others to post. Who wants to be the first one to submit a review? I know this goes on and it would be hard to police. It’s amazing how marketing can appear to be underhanded or unethical, but these things happen.

I don’t think we need to read too much into the above two points, let’s wait for arrival of the pictures!

Onto a couple of my ideas…

Bob Lazar
He keeps springing to my mind while reading the information here and on the Serpo site. Information on the Serpo site and from what Bob has spoken about previously seems to me to be very similar. Strange how his records of employment/college were wiped out, the same as the visitors from here to the Eben’s planet were. I think he needs to be looked into further. I know he has been somewhat “debunked” but there are too many similarities. He won’t discuss the UFO issue anymore and I understand he is now working as a sub-contractor for the US government, according to his website (LINK). Maybe he’s been paid off??
United Nuclear Homepage

One final point…

I have been thinking of this also. One thing that springs to my mind, maybe the Eben people are like us, in the dark over this matter about knowing of the existence of another race?? Maybe our people only interacted with a handful of selected Eben’s??

Hope I haven’t rattled on too much. I look forward to any comments.

Strange days!

I can understand your thinking on this, but the Serpo website has only been around since the start of November and the Robert collins website has been around for longer! I'm not sure exactly how long, but I did a thread on the 3 second eben using this website as a reference In July 2005 so this doesn't really make any sense!

Heres a link to the thread I made for anyone thats interested!

Ya, but was it the same color scheme / fonts / layout back then? The home page for the ufo conspiracy site was last upded on:

Tuesday, January 03, 2006 10:53:22 PM

well after the serpo site was up and running....

it really seems to me that the ufo people copied the serpo peoples website and then plugged in their own text and graphics, tagged that java script on the end and called it good.

There's too many simularities, like the keywords, the exact same choice and order for fonts (Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif), they were both encoded using netscape composer (the rest of the ufo site was coded with frontpage), redundant or useless snippets of code, etc....

seems to me the ufo people had web site envy and copied the serpo site then hammered on it 'till it fit their needs... *shrugs*

This makes total sense then..because Mr. Doty did let Bill Use the Ebe #2 interview..which is his copyright to the book...so maybe there was an Exchange Program.

Guys, thanks for drawing my attention to this. I created the Serpo site on my own, and brainstormed the meta tags myself. No-one did any part of it for me nor did anyone help me. It's a basic site, but works well. On the other hand, if you enter "Serpo" on Google, serpo.org comes up third and fourth on the list, so the search function works very effectively.

Robert Collins' ufoconspiracy site was up well before mine, and it's been a while since I saw it – but having revisited it just now it looks to me to have been redesigned recently, and my guess is that the Serpo site has been cloned. Collins may well not have done this himself; his is a semi-commercial site and he may well have asked a web consultant to help out. It would have been smart of such a consultant to look at what was working well elsewhere and copy it.

I have a friendly relationship with Collins and will ask him what's happened here. I don't have a problem with that at all, but I can see how this could inadvertently and rather unhelpfully muddy the waters and lead people to assume that this is all about trying to sell Collins' book. I can promise you this is not the case.

Best, Bill

I emailed the Whitley Streiber Website, maybe hoping to get a reply from the man himself, but, I got an email back from a moderator explaining how Mr. Streiber Gets thousands of Emails per-day and he posted in his newsletter that he has no recollection of being contacted more than that once. but, he can't be sure about if it had anything to do with serpo or not...the whole "Serpico" thing. Anyone know how to get ahold of steven Speilburg?

Bill, please share some of the "other indications" with us - there is such a number of very sharp "investigators" contributing here - just now someone stumbles again onto something fascinating.
This requires a long answer to do it justice. I'm not ducking out of this, but it's late at night here in the UK and I'm really quite exhausted... I'll get back to you within 24 hours with as full a response as I can.

Thanx for the reply - waiting for this in anticipation.

Bill, Re your comment on my previous question to you regarding the "mystery" person on the C2C show. Cannot find it now, but read at the time that someone had to stand back due to someone's (Victor's?) refusal to have this person on the show?

Totally off topic....Bill, are you still part of 4you?

So far all I see is that the Project Serpo is making out that the Ebens are not "Macho Men"! But will become "macho men" if pressed hard enough to show you their technology, by wiping out Humanity!

Talk about being "Human"!

Just curious, but would you be willing to comment further about this?

What sort of threats, and from what source?

Also:

"Anon" has claimed to be "retired DIA", but has any mention of his "parent" service emerged?

INSCOM (Army)?

AFINTEL (Air Force)?

ONI (Navy and Marines)?

The complete debriefing is contained in: "PROJECT SERPO," Final Report-80HQD893-020, classified TS, Codeword. Ask [Rick] Doty about that report because I think it is an OSI report.

If this is an OSI report, then it is also a counterintelligence document, I would believe.

Who would have access?

Could "Anon" be AFOSI himself?

Just my thoughts.

Regards and thank you,

Serpentime

Absolutely not that I know of... if anything like that ever happened I was never in the loop. That sounds like a bit of a wild story to me.

Are you still part of 4you?
4you is (approximately) the UK equivalent of a real estate investment trust. I worked with the company as Investor Relations Director for about six months or so in 2004, then resigned. I still have personal investment in the company, but have no active role in its management. (My "day job" is as a self-employed a management consultant specialising in team development, leadership training and conflict resolution.)

Hi, Serpentime... many thanks. You don't miss much! In a nutshell, I received a threat that looked like it came from Washington. We're still not sure if it was real or staged, and we're reluctant to release details until we're more sure of what that was all about. If that was a hoax, publicising the content would be unhelpful and might muddy the waters further. Personally, though, and based on current info, I believe it was real. Please forgive me if we keep the details secure for the moment.

Best, Bill

Not Washington state, right? I'm sure you meant Washington, D.C. as in the federal government?
