I would but I'm not sure I'm the right person to ask.

I have extremely limited skills in that area and Loam made mine. All I did to Zaph's was draw an eyepatch on in MSPaint. The only reason he even had a skull & crossbones was because he had a black background and so did the picture I pasted on it.

In other words, I would love to make you an avatar and am very flattered you asked. The only problem is, I quite literally can't. I use the stuff at work to create large maps with nice little arrows and dots at significant places. I'm glad Denial made one for him because mine would have been a really sucky, amateurish cut and paste.
I wish I did know how to use them properly.

I'm just not qualified for the position of avatar maker. I'm sorry.

But I make a great Margarita!

Here you go:

I'm still relatively happy with my avatar, I'm just thinking a FLCL one would be funnier.

Nice one, my dear. So glad she is OKay.

As to the rest or the majority of them - well IMO they were only One Post
Wonders.

Shot their wad then
off!

That's the trouble with posters today - no stamina!

Wanders away....................... shaking head sadly :shk:, wondering what's that rattling sound........................................ think I'll go and

Wonder how many people will bother to reply:shk:

Now now Fritz. The ones that are left are either the hardcore TKers, or the most pyschopathic of the lot.
I'm not sure which.

Loam, that is the Business. You are the Man!

On closer inspection, well, he could well be me!

Taken from a very 'still' life when I was a Troglodyte - skipping puddles and living in mud.

Sorry all. Been putting my life back together once more.

So, anybody read a good book or see a good movie lately?

Yeah Mate.

Am currently reading a book called 'Gangs - A journey into the heart of the British underworld' by Tony Thompson.

It is simply amazing and I can readily relate to many of the stories told therein, especially about the £23M gold bullion Brinks-Matt robbery and the attempt to nick the world's largest De Beere diamond from the Millenium Dome, 6 years ago.

A very good read. What have you been reading - apart from the Pirate's Charter, that is?

It's the UPTKAA charter thank you very much. TKA and the Pirates are part of a union now.

The last book I read was At All Costs by David Weber. Part of the Honor Harrington series of books.

I have decided to try to get a flight attendant job. I applied with four or five airlines tonight, already have an interview with United next month on the 15th. Gotta make a call here maybe later today to arrange the flight to DC for the interview.

Well 'shivver me timbers' and 'splice the mainbrace'.

So you want to be a flight attendant Zaph? Do you also want to wear one of those tight fitting little 'girly' uniforms, fanny pack and prance up and down the aisles?

I thought you wanted to be a pirate, looting and plundering all those ships you've been sinking in the China and Japanese Seas.

It's hard to track a 83 page thread, especially when you are used to them dying after your first post a page or so in...

that may be why so many are missing.

I think most threadkillers are:
1) suffering from a short attention spam
2)ashamed their attempt to kill this thread didn't work and hiding. Apparently, we have all lost our touch.

EDIT: Or it could be a short attention span. Either way really.
