If it's just an effort to make up for the government's past lies, okay.
Good luck to him

I think we have to concede that the real architects of the TTSA, as to ultimate purpose and overarching goals, are very firmly hidden away. Probably in some drab office somewhere on a modest pay. There is probably a few guys involved, with some knowledge about psychology, groupthink and propaganda.

It is, I believe, partly to rein in the giggle factor and partly to renovate the USM and Pentagon in the eyes of a new generation.

There are probably sidegoals as well. ATIP and Elizondo was a late addition, we should remember. We all know what it is counterintelligence people do.

I am pretty convinced they are looking for someone and also something. Things go wrong, after all. People misunderstand and are deliberately kept in the dark, which can make people do things for the wrong reasons. The woolly subject of UFOs is well suited to hoovering up information that should not be out there as well as other things, I suspect.

We have a many headed hydra on our hands here, which from a budget perspective is good value for money. Someone is probably pretty pleased with himself.

This is absolutely priceless :-)

But also, I get your point. The US really seem to have a lot of nasty goings on in the murky halls of democracy.

Knapp is giving our old friend Doty some air time:

Mysterywire Doty Interview

Round and round we go...

Edit:

Some highlights:

MJ12 documents is genuine information
Bob Lazar was right and S4 is real, Doty has been there (the facility hidden in a mountain)
The Russians and Chineese have infiltrated Ufology in the past, as has AFOSI
UFOs are a threat
Doty has been unfairly treated by the UFO community
Doty wants to tell his story in a book, but can't get it cleared

Dear me. Doty....

Nothing ever gets thrown out of ufology's bucket. I'm sorry but this UFOlogy's Greatest Twits Revival really needs to stop. People need to prove their claims with something solid or the curse of Phil Klass will hang over us all.

I saw this story a few days ago

A blind man who spent 33 hours lost in the woods in Connecticut in freezing conditions was finally rescued thanks to a police drone, according to authorities. Richard Doty, 62, found himself trapped in the woods near his home in Enfield after he became “disoriented due to medical conditions....

It wasn't him. But it shows how easy it is to become blind and disoriented in a certain field with that name.

Assuming Zondo & Co began interviews about the Nimitz case in 2014/15 (as indicated by the 2015 Fightersweep.com article with Mellon's favourite balloon as a leading pic), what exactly alerted them to the TEN-year-old incident in the first place?

In the video below is an interview with Paco Chierici, who wrote the Fightersweep article.

At 8:08 you can hear him saying he wrote the article in 2015.
He knew Fravor and the tic tac story well, and when he became editor for Fightersweep in 2015 he wanted to write an article about it.
At 9:20 he tells how he called David Fravor before writing his story, and Fravor tells him some Naval Intelligence guys (ONI - Office of Naval Investigations) just left after interviewing him for the first time after 11 years.

2015 also happens to be the year in which the East Coast incidents took place, leading to the GoFast and Gimbal videos. So chances are there is a connection.
(At 33:57 the East Coast incidents are briefly discussed, but Paco does not know much about them other than there seemed to have been ‘a lot more contacts’.)

So maybe the 2015 East Coast incidents were the real ‘wakeup call’? If they were, they would be more highly classified than the Nimitz incident.

Well, the gist of it that he has been cleared (allegedly thrice) from any allegations with regards to the MJ12 hoax, he has been unfairly saddled with responsibility for Bennewitz having a breakdown and has been the "bogeyman" for Ufology for 25 years, which has taken its toll.

Here is an archive link MM provided in his other thread for any pesky Europeans with data protection laws.

Doty interview

The interview is from 2019 but published yesterday by Knapp.

BAASS and TTSA certainly like their biologists and neuroscientists don't they?

But these are not something award winning journalists would want to ask about for some reason.

Only Knapp has a credible background to question about these biological experts in TTSA.

The others don’t have the ufo lore seasoning as Knapp. But Knapp lacks the independence to ask that so he Knapps on his interviews... Pun intended.

If he gets too hard on them, they won't talk to him again.

Rojas probably thought he was in line for a job with a certain Stellar Academic company based in the general SoCal area. maybe Head of UFO Podcasting? ...But has sadly been left unemployed and homeless. Treated like Bigelow Aerospace handles employees...

Which brings me on to a new blog by former MUFON Director James Carrion. He had his own problems with Bigelow over a decade ago when the MUFON SIP contract kicked in.....

Once a UFO well runs dry however (hint: Roswell), then a new rabbit hole is dug by charlatans and perpetuators. Sometimes the UFO rabbit holes are dug by our own intelligence agencies who have for decades involved themselves in the business of UFOs for any number of mundane reasons – from foreign counterintelligence concerns to black project obfuscation....

Red Flag # 1: The myth of a long UFO/Paranormal history of the Skinwalker Ranch. ...

Dr. Salisbury in 2009 was able to interview Garth Myers, the brother of the original owner of the ranch.. Garth Myers' brother Kenneth Myers and Kenneth’s wife Edith Childs purchased the ranch in 1933. Kenneth died in 1987 and Edith continued to live on the ranch.... When Edith died in March, 1994, the ranch reverted to Garth Myers ... Garth was the executor of the estate and sold the ranch some three month later in mid-1994 to Terry and Gwen Sherman.

Garth vigorously denied that there was any UFO activity or otherworldly events occurring on the ranch while his brother and sister in law lived there and before it was sold to the Shermans, some sixty plus years of zero high strangeness....

Soon after Robert Bigelow bought the ranch in 1996 from the Shermans, Bigelow called Garth Myers and asked Garth why he never told anyone about the UFO’s on the ranch. Myers responded – that’s because the UFOs didn’t show up till the Shermans bought it. Bigelow’s response? “Oh, you’re not telling me the truth.”
So, stop for a second and ponder the strange scene I just described as recounted by Garth Myers to Dr. Frank Salisbury. Why was billionaire Bigelow attempting to bully Garth Myers who sold the ranch to the Shermans into admitting high strangeness activity on the ranch that had no basis in reality? Wag the UFO.

Red Flag # 2: The Bob Lazar tie-in to the Skinwalker Ranch.

Junior Hicks who coauthored the Utah UFO Display had his own interesting story... he arrived on the ranch during the time when Bigelow’s (NIDS) group was there//. Some strange metal rods had been found on the ranch after a recent UFO sighting and one of the NIDS' scientists told Hicks that they had the metal rods analysed, and lo and behold, they were made of Element 115.....Wag the UFO.

Red Flag # 3:The Bigelow-Lazar Business Relationship

Robert Bigelow is an interesting character... he sure keeps some strange bedfellows. One of them was charlatan Bob Lazar who worked in 1990 for a Utah corporation that Bigelow was president of called Zeta Reticuli 2...

...Lazar went public in late 1989 with his fantastic tale ...that same Element 115 that was “impossible to synthesize” as Bob Lazar claimed in his George Knapp interview, mysteriously shows up as metal rods on the Skinwalker Ranch. You see where this is going? Yes, wag the UFO.

So before you become too enamored of AATIP and AAWSAP and DIA personnel on the Skinwalker Ranch, spend some time first pondering these red flags that indicate that all is not as it seems. Myth built on top of myth, built on top of more myth and sprinkled with a Billionaire trying to bully you into his version of the truth equals a whole lot of BS.

The fact that millions of US taxpayer dollars were spent chasing after these fairy tales is what investigative journalists should really be exposing to the light of the day. Instead we are being fed a daily diet of the sensational and the amazing – with even respected newspapers like the New York Times falling under the spell of feeding the public what they most desire. Are you entertained yet?

Wag the UFO

Not anything we don't really know. But he seems to have re-entered the blogs-phere and has first hand knowledge of how Bigelow and his associated chums operate.

Paco's article was published 14th March 2015, whilst the double-handed Gimbal/GoFast incident occurred on 21st January 2015 - 52 days earlier.

It's a tight squeeze, but you may be right, Guest.

A curious point is how comparatively little attention the two 2015 videos have received since TTSA launched, as if they were the Nimitz's more awkward cousins. One would almost think they've been brushed under the carpet ever since eagle-eyed analysts pointed out discrepancies such as potential parallax effects within the GoFast footage.

The ‘cold case investigation’ by the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) may have even started earlier.
According to the NYT, a Super Hornet pilot had a near collision with one of the objects in late 2014, and an ‘official mishap report’ was filed.
An ‘official report’ typically launches an investigation in military circles.

At 11:00 In the video above, Paco shows the official 2015 ONI report on the Nimitz case (about 35 pages) and tells its ‘executive summary’ is on the internet.
I guess that is the elusive ‘executive summary’ which has been around for a while. So the source of that document may be ONI.

During the interview there is some confusion whether the report was made by AATIP presenting themselves as ONI, or ONI. I guess it’s the latter, and someone leaked the executive summary, because AATIP was officially terminated in 2012 plus I cannot imagine they pretended to be an agency they weren’t.

James Carrion, to me, was a sincere seeker not one of the numerous thrill seekers within ufology.

I saw him on a few documentaries and he demonstrated an objective and sincere outlook.
