As we have talked about on this thread, someone is definitely trying to tie thousands of years of religion and mythology together with the more recent UFO phenomena in some kind of grand unified theory of woo. But somewhere this group seems to have splintered into two camps, one of which thinks this is a massive extinction level threat and the other who thinks this is a warm friendly sip of cocoa from your mom.

This has always been the case withing ufology: you had the aliens are our friends from the space brothers in the fifties, to the aliens are demons from the Karla Turner types.

There are many sides and levels to these cult-like groups.

And we even have cultic-science based ufo types as Pasulka showed in her book.

Somewhere within and without these myriad theories lies the truth, which I hope one day, for better or worse or somewhere's in between, we find out what it is.

"...a massive extinction level threat and the other who thinks this is a warm friendly sip of cocoa from your mom."

Can't it be both? Like say... a sip of apocalyptic cocoa?

Sorry. Just wanted to be included. I'll show myself out now.

Ok, time to finally solve this TTSA puzzle. You guys did your work, now i’ll do mine. Here it is.

Bigelow. Bigelow gets the government UFO study contract as the only bidder. 22 million. Not chump change for junk science. Many from TTSA’s current staff were Bigelow’s staff.

Skinwalker Ranch, the scene of some of Bigelow’s work, had a media arm! He could also contract out media rights. Yet Bigelow turned the report he was contracted-for to the government...it is classified. So Bigelow did secret, classified contracting while maintaining a public media arm. The media arm produces revenue, provides a cover for classified studies, etc. yet the media arm did not leak Bigelow’s classified findings. It leaks basically nothing.

Enter TTSA. TTSA has a media arm. TTSA wants desperately to build a massive fanbase. TTSA wants media revenue too. Yet TTSA has this strange group of spooks and scientists. Bigelow’s boys some of them. Two agendas...one company.

So, are TTSA’s scientists going to find zero point power? Dimensional space travel? Disclose alien visitation? Nope. They said they aren’t because they aren’t.

What are they doing then? Building a fanbase. Making UFOs a topic of discussion. Wait, there is also a threat to our flyboys. We (the government) NEED to study this, Mellon says.

Read the writing: No disclosure (nothing to disclose). Build fanbase...yet make fans non-participatory...like fans of a rock band. Stir up the UFO public pot...get people talking. MELLON WRITES ARTICLES ESPOUSING THE NEED FOR CLASSIFIED STUDIES BY THE MILITARY!!!!

Read that. The studies will be CLASSIFIED and military...like Bigelow’s contract. THAT is what Mellon/TTSA wants. Nothing for the public.

TTSA will release an app (my assessment based on their announcements). The app will have public input ufo sighting data. But TTSA will keep and sell that data, again to classified sources no doubt...probably something to do with getting people’s eyes on the sky searching for foreign duplicates of our own tech or some such. The point is the app is for the TTSA contractors to market data harvest/assessment (to military buyers).

Read Mellon’s latest article. HE IS LOBBYING GOVERNMENT. Why do contractors lobby government? “There is a threat...we need more study...”. Mellon notes there are scientists “ready to go with clearances in place”. Mellon would like access to that satellite data too. Mellon would like government to requisition a classified study...44 million? Not chump change.

Hmmmm...who would the ONE BIDDER for the classified government contract be...who would be qualified...hmmm????

THAT is why Mellon is lobbying. that is why TTSA wants an idiot-laden fanbase (make public noise, generate revenue, get congressional funding for junk science). That is why TTSA doesn’t care about ufology or facts...they want the government contract not the public connection. That is why they are the sole “experts” (in their own opinion). that is why Tom’s media arm doesn't link with what the TTSA spooks are doing (skinwalker style), and is in fact a revenue generating, fanbase creating cover for the classified contract in a manner of speaking. That is why a fanbase matters...and UFO facts and research don't.

The reason they stick with the nimitz case is that it is the best seller for congressional lobbying. Proof that more study is needed by a good source for proof...the military. TTSA has been shady about this because getting that bigelow easy money contract IS the goal (just a bigger and longer contract). It never was about UFO research per se. It never was about disclosure. It was not anything other than seasoned contractors hitting the government feeding lot...clearly a strategy planned and executed from the very beginning. Obviously, it was the core plan...bigelow’s blueprint to a certain degree perhaps.

Maybe TTSAs motivation is that it was fun and easy under Bigelow so why not do it again? Maybe they want access to government classified tech. perhaps it is because the subject is of personal interest to members, or more likely those together and most importantly...TTSA KNEW THEY WILL BE THE ONLY ONES SUITED TO GET THE CONTRACT. Thus the lobbying.

Unbelievably, it seems this all boils down to something too simple to imagine: follow the money. Spooks are not as complicated as it would seem.

If you look at TTSA in this light you will see allll the pieces fall into place...too many pieces to mention... suddenly the entire puzzle makes perfect sense.

What is your personal opinion on why TTSA has these bio folks within their ranks? Just window dressing?

The reason stems from the bigelow study when they focused on the EFFECTS of the UFOs (or whatever they were doing). They liked the biological/mental protocol imo, as they think it added an element of professionalism and a new angle on research. Dont forget, if it wasnt testing on human subjects then the study would be about HOW UFOs IMPACT MILITARY STAFF, psychologically/biologically. Good stuff to know if approached by enemy tech.

Why TTSA... well, as stated they want to line up a government contract (free money) to study this stuff, and having the bioweapons guys on staff is a HUGE selling point to being the best placed private corporation To study the phenomena... the government would be very interested in any harmful effects on pilots, etc. So, its simply to get the next government xfiles contract (the same type of contracts these guys have always gotten).

This is old stuff to them, just bigger game this time...planned BEFORE launch..to get that military classified contract...long term.

CRADA CRAPOLA News;

John Greenwald - Twitter Source

for those not familar; the reasons any FOIAs for information pertaining to the CRADA relationship that TTSA has with the Army are these;

"Exemption 4 exempts from disclosure materials that constitute “trade secrets and commercial or financial information obtained from a person which is privileged or confidential.” (See 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(4).) Because Exemption 4 is co-extensive with the Trade Secrets Act, 18 U.S.C"

So, the SME of CCDC at GVSC found 29 CRADAs for TTSA, but no FOIA under S5 of USC and TSA.

Try reading that without projectile-vomiting.

And whomsoever designated an acronym for a Subject Matter Expert needs to be summarily executed at dawn, or forced to read an essay by so-called 'physicist' Deep Prasad (BEng) in piecemeal Twatter-format.

No mercy!

Indeed, everything TTSA does with the government will be classified. The whole org. Is set up to use the classified clearances of TTSAs people. They are lobbying NOW to move past the CRADA stuff and get the classified UAP threat study contract which will pay many millions once DOD (and congress) earmark the funds.

TTSA clearly has the elite-level of government higher-up (bureaucrat) self-importance, and that translates into viewing the people (fanbase in their eyes) as incompetent masses. TTSA WILL LIKELY CONTINUE TO PUMP OUT RIDICULOUS MEDIA (similar to skinwalker ranch media) and will have no concern how crazy the fanbase’s E.T. Beliefs become because they are not about educating the fanbase. THEY ARE ABOUT STARTING DIALOGUE AND RIDDING STIGMA, using the fanbase to widen the clout, with the obvious main goal of getting classified government “threat study” contracts approved that will not be shared with the public. They are trying hard to influence the “decision makers” (as they call them) in government to approve budgets for more studies like Bigelow’s. Everything they are doing fits that singular theme. The citizens are literally TOOLS in their plans (and nothing more...the fanbase adds political clout and will purchase merchandise/media...thats it). Unfortunately, the TTSA guys brought their ignorant and arrogant government-insider spook attitudes to the initial planning sessions and have not deviated since.

Deep prasad is a bit of a simpleton, imo. As MM stated, being an expert in one field is almost certain to lead to deficiencies in others. Deep suffers from the purest form of millennial narcissistic self importance imo., and is clearly not a whole systems thinker. Every “cutting edge” UAP position he pushes reeks of simplicity and basically a small life experience that he seems to feel is significant with the zeal that leads many youths to believe they are the sole center of the meaningful universe.

I think your analysis makes a lot of sense.
Self-serving actions surrounding publicity and bothering the government to create studies in which they can garner the contract.

The 22 million to Bigelow’s BASS is a template…makes sense.

The only problem with this is that it becomes transparent that TTSA has lobbied a government entity for studies that they want to benefit from.

Not too kosher or halal

Will, agreed. i think they are acting entirely without character and in a misleading way, but also are acting in a way they are familiar with. I believe they are a bit entrenched in their government insider ways of dealing with the public (aka - we the people don't matter, we are just idiots to be used/managed).

Tom was the public interface initially, and he had the freedom to roll any crazy stuff he wanted, since the science and media divisions were not in lockstep, in the same way the skinwalker ranch media was a complete disconnect from the actual classified study done at skinwalker. Tom, with his rock star view of fans, is literally psychopathic in his relationship to “people”, as are these spooks, imo.

Tom, i believe, lost some of his media freedom when the spook/scientist side of the team decided he was hurting their chance at future classified contracts with his outlandish statements. Nonetheless, i believe the original plan was for Tom to have full media freedom willingly stoking nutty beliefs amongst the populace, much like the skinwalker media dramas did, just for revenue and fanbase building...

It is likely, in these guys’ minds, the populace are seen as idiots to be led; it doesnt matter if we take on stupid, harmful, religious-seeming belief-systems via wrong media TTSA produces, all that matters is that we serve as tool-fanbase...that is the sole point of “fan-people”, to serve TTSA’s financial (and classified) agendas. Remember, guys like Hal, etc., etc,, have been media stars for decades regarding woo. Benefits and knowledge to the populace never figured into these guys’ equations with Bigelow, or TTSA, imo.

Another example of TTSA’s obvious strategy is all the talk they launched about networking with government agencies across the globe regarding UFOs.

Initially, this stuff was hard to analyze...the assumption being TTSA would network with foreign entities to gain a wider comprehension of reported UFO data, as part of their effort to share with the public some sort of coordinated UFO disclosure.

This initial public misperception of TTSA’s goals happened because Tom made it seem that they were doing disclosure for public awareness with his statements that in effect were public lies. The truth has now come out however - TTSA was never about UFO study or public disclosure, as they have now clarified. Neither was Bigelow BTW (who actually REMOVED important data from the public domain), So what are they doing then?

Again, the app they will release using citizen input on UFO sightings to process and collate their own data trove that will likely be the sole providence of TTSA and any government entity they contract with...the app data is a COMMODITY owned by TTSA and for sale to classified government projects.

Likewise, TTSA’s networking with foreign groups is not disclosure oriented. The networking with foreign governments will produce a data-commodity that would be highly valued by certain segments of the Department of Defense. In essence, the TTSA sighting-reporting app, and TTSA’s connection with foreign agencies collecting Their data gives American DOD eyes in the sky around the globe. That is an asset-commodity that can be used to lock-in some nice DOD classified contracts. TTSA is commodifying their fanbase, all data collected, and apparently designed to serve their masters in government who dish out the funding.

So, as we’ve been saying for a while TTSA isn’t going to contribute to objective UFO disclosure or studies.

Their following the standard ex-government employee’s connections to get government contracts.

So, they lobby the government to do what they’ve already done and are doing.

Indeed, it seems that of all the Projects in ufology, private and government, Project Sign/Saucer was the most legit. Probably because of the novelty of the phenomenon

Since then its been all cover-up.

Interestingly, the original Project Sign analysis was UFO=ET. But it was covered up.

TTSA and all the rest are all polluted; we can settle on that.

I’m starting to think that the 2014/2015 East Coast incidents may have been pivotal and basically spawned the TTSA initiative.

Early to mid-2015, right after these incidents:
- A cold case investigation of the Nimitz incident by ONI, including an interview with Fravor (see Paco Chierici interview video on page 348).
- Tom Delonge being invited to a party at Lockheed Martin, ultimately leading to the foundation of TTSA.

I guess the East Coast incidents led to a revival of the UFO topic in IC circles, possibly even to a dilemma whether or not to disclose.
It also make some insiders smell new black budget dollars, while other insiders saw a need to bypass bureaucracy (some maybe even both).
TTSA is born, warming up the public while aiming for those black budget dollars, expecting some serious attention from the Government now.

Alas … it’s 2020 and we're still waiting ...

Yeah. I made a post 5-6 weeks ago about Paco’s appearance for a podcast interview and he clearly states it was ONI in namely only; it was Zondo and Co that put that study/report together....10-11 years after the incident.

What criticisms are you referring to with respect to Greenwald/BV?

It ought to have some sort of classification markings and doesn't; it lacks a cover page; it cites Wikipedia and in the Knapp version features a map from Google Earth. And then Leslie Kean said she got a copy from BAASS in 2017.

And I'm not thrilled with those "Key Assessments" not coming with at least a disclaimer or two of the "assuming all these reports are accurate" variety. (Or maybe I've just been reading too many Blue Book docs lately.)

I'd be amazed if Cellty has even heard of The Vapors, but since they used to rehearse above my local launderette when I lived in Guildford as a kid, here's a reminder of their one-hit-wonder's central enigma...

PS: The Stranglers used to rehearse in Guildford just a few streets away, and because they made an album called "The Gospel According To The Meninblack" about UFOs, nobody can say this post is off-topic.
