By virtually any reasonable or rational measure, Trump is obviously unfit for the Presidency ... his willful ignorance, his ridiculous foreign and economic policies, his demeanor, comportment, and generally incohent behavior which has been both witnessed by the public and documented by White House staffers.
If Rosenstein did suggest the 25th Amendment, he's a patriot, and history will attest that.

www.axios.com...
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has verbally resigned to Chief of Staff John Kelly in anticipation of being fired by President Trump, according to a source with direct knowledge. Per a second source with direct knowledge: “He’s expecting to be fired,” so he plans to step down.
two sources with axios...
I can see either side on the validity of the claim. We've seen tons of news stories claiming someone is days away form stepping down.... The results have been mixed bags, best taken with a block of salt.

Can you cite where Mueller has stated that Trump is being investigated for anything, let alone "obstruction"?
Im happy to wait.
Mr. Mueller wants to question the president about the tweets. His interest in them is the latest addition to a range of presidential actions he is investigating as a possible obstruction case: private interactions with Mr. Comey, Mr. Sessions and other senior administration officials about the Russia inquiry; misleading White House statements; public attacks; and possible pardon offers to potential witnesses.

I always believe talking heads and lawyers over the constitution too.
Good, you should believe people like Alan Dershowitz who teaches this subject after practicing it himself for decades because he's correct.

Wouldnt it also apply that trump firing comey or rosenstein is also within his rights, and not a crime such as obstruction?
According to Alan Dershowitz it wouldn't be a crime and is within his powers as President.

Mueller examining Trumps tweets in Wide Ranging Obstruction Probe
Hope you didn’t have to wait too long.
according to three people briefed on the matter.
If you think the idea was that people could spy on the President to try and create some evidence via a recording and then lobby the cabinet based on that recording, then you are sorely mistaken.
