So the word "I kept my promise" must have been the portion of the tweet that Q was responding to.

Kept his promise to the CIA or is there more to it?

Wowza..why in the heck would the Obama's be in Kenya with Sec. Tillerson ? Is Q implying they are some sort of Kenyan leadership ? Is Tillerson there to broker some sort of "deal" with the Obama's regarding their prosecution?
