Just to add something off topic but will relate. Julian Assange tweeted this today
twitter.com...
"Big puzzle: why does #FBI claim its investigation is based #Papadopoulos hearing in April "Russians have thousands of Clinton emails". Simple cross-check shows #WikiLeaks' #DNCLeaks weren't obtained from DNC until 25 May and investigation started in July after WL has published."
Am I reading him correctly? THE DNC leaks came from the DNC? So, someone at the DNC leaked him the info?

Its just standard wikileaks when it comes to the DNC hack. They have been saying on one hand "they never revel their sources" while the other is all "its a leak wink wink nudge nudge but here is no evidence just trust us".

There is one slight problem here: Adam Schiff can not issue a subpoena. He is the ranking member, but it would require the cooperation of the Republicans that sit on that committee as well, and if he does not have the votes, no subpoena. But Trey Gowdy is the head of the Oversight committee, and can issue subpoena's to his committee, and it does not require his committees majority vote for him to do such.
So here again the question is why are they not issuing subpoena's and getting people in to testify before congress on this?

A Schiff, and later the transcript of the vote, let slip that there is a congressional investigation of the DOJ/FBI active. Perhaps they are awaiting the return of the documents they requested in multiple letters this and last week so that they have relevant questions before subpoenaing executive branch heads to hearings (which they already hate having to do).

Unconfirmed info -
FBI agents told McCabe they would testify in Flynn's defense stating they did not believe Flynn intended to mislead / lie. McCabe orders changes to the 302 document and then it was leaked to the media.

I have heard something along those lines. Is there any truth or verified source so far?

Scoop - Flynn plea deal delayed as there's evidence FBI agents fabricated the 302s (notes summarizing witness interviews) in Flynn investigation. IG Report will reveal fabrication of other 302s, at the direction of Comey and others within DOJ.
Congressman Lee Zeldin (R-NY) took to Twitter following the release of the memo detailing FISA abuse and misconduct against the Trump campaign and asserted that former-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s statements regarding the dossier were recorded during his sworn testimony.
His tweets nuked the claims of CNN’s “anonymous sources” that said McCabe never made the statements laid out in the memo.
As Democrats frantically attempted to discredit the memo, Zeldin wrote that McCabe testified under oath that there would not have been a warrant without the dubious Christopher Steele dossier which was commissioned by Fusion GPS and paid for by the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign.
“McCabe did in fact testify under oath that there would not have been a FISA warrant if not for the dossier. It was recorded,” Rep. Zeldin tweeted.

FOX News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett went on with Sean Hannity on Friday night after the release of the House Intelligence FISA memo. Jarrett said his sources told him Rod Rosenstein threatened the House Intelligence Committee members three weeks ago.
The House Intelligence Committee released their classified FISA memo on Friday morning.
The House voted on Monday along party lines to share the explosive memo with the American public.
This comes after the approval of President Donald Trump.
** Read the entire un-redacted document here.
Gregg Jarrett: I can tell you a congressional source tells me that Rod Rosenstein in a meeting three weeks ago threatened Chairman Nunes and members of Congress he was going to subpoena their texts and messages because he was tired of dealing with the intel committee. That’s threats and intimidation.

I haven’t decided what’s more annoying in the past couple years (maybe longer because time truly does fly).
-Benghazi
-Jade Helm
-Pizzagate
-Seth Rich
-The memo
They’re all overblown conspiracy theories that get extrapolated to the max, yet never materialize into anything even remotely meaningful for the country. They also smack of idioacy and leave out VAST searches of truth.
I’m all about transparency, seeking the truth, etc...
