House Intelligence FISA memo released: What it says

Patience. When the manure is this deep it takes a bit of digging to make sure that you've gotten to the bottom of it. Make no mistake, this is not a new thing within these agencies---it is a decades old problem.

Don't know if you're old enough to remember WaterGate but in case you're not---it took two years of investigations before anything real popped to the public. This is far more massive and serious than breaking into campaign headquarters so whoever is herding this flock of ducks into line has a lot of work to do.

Notice there were really no major leaks concerning this MEMO? Notice also, the Inspector General and his enormous team of 450 special agents and virtually no major Leaks concerning his investigation. Contrast that with Mueller's team and its leaking, Comey's FBI that leaked like a sieve and the list goes on with former Obama employees. The Media, never leaked that the President was NEVER UNDER INVESTIGATION. THE MEDIA never leaked how corrupted Steele was with his bias. The leaks were designed to take down the President, especially the leaks they got wrong. THE MEDIA leaked EVERYTHING ELSE THEY COULD.

How can anyone in their right mind, not see a wider collusion? This MEMO as produced, is in harmony with such behavior, and should tell anyone the Dem's are lying and they are lying with the Media. Who in the Media or among the Dems (Schiff) wanted the Info on GPS FUSION and its funding to be made public? Was that(funding of FUSION) EVER LEAKED and WIDELY reported before it was revealed?

Just going by the leaking, one can see a pattern. The leaking against Flynn, the FBI AGENT involved in Flynn's case, who hated Trump.

This is an absolute farce and this lie about the Russians is a scary lie that smacks of McCarthyism and racial bias against the Russians, considering Clappers own words “If you put that in context with everything else we knew the Russians were doing to interfere with the election,” he said. “And just the historical practices of the Russians, who typically, are almost genetically driven to co-opt, penetrate, gain favor, whatever, which is a typical Russian technique. So, we were concerned.”

Genetically driven? To guests on Tucker Carlson's show who are Dems and accusing him of "carrying water for Putin".

This is absolute insanity. Now, people are not allowed to question the FBI? Eventhough Martin Luther King was lied about by the FBI! J EDGAR HOOVER is a name that doesn't sit well with many, and Comey in my mind seemed like a man who walked in his counsel.

Given the past, and the current problem with the leaking inside the Government against an elected President, with intent to take the President down, there should be a FULL INVESTIGATION into the Intelligence services regarding all these matters and made PUBLIC.

These problems go FAR BEYOND DONALD TRUMP. He just got caught up in this. This goes way beyond him. Any person who might want to go against the Establishment like Ron or Rand Paul, can't do it, because the Establishment is designed to not want to give power away.

I don't see Donald Trump offering ideas on how to fix this. Sure, he is caught up in this, but there are no ideas. The Congress is divided, and sure somethings are highlighted, but where is the proposed FIX?

Perjury, is intentionally lying under oath. One would have to prove and provide proof of said lie. So if Comey did commit perjury, then by all means provide the proof of such. If it is cause Trump said he did, well now we get into a bit of a problem as now it is a case of he said/he said, and that would also mean that Trump would have to appear under oath to give his side of events.

Its just standard wikileaks when it comes to the DNC hack. They have been saying on one hand "they never revel their sources" while the other is all "its a leak wink wink nudge nudge but here is no evidence just trust us".

Unless they mean they never reveal a Living Source? I dunno, if Seth Rich was the source, but it sure seems like it is pointing in this direction. If he has evidence that the source was not the Russians, for him to reveal this, would have enormous ramifications.

There is one slight problem here: Adam Schiff can not issue a subpoena. He is the ranking member, but it would require the cooperation of the Republicans that sit on that committee as well, and if he does not have the votes, no subpoena. But Trey Gowdy is the head of the Oversight committee, and can issue subpoena's to his committee, and it does not require his committees majority vote for him to do such.

So here again the question is why are they not issuing subpoena's and getting people in to testify before congress on this?

They may very well, and could be waiting for the Inspector General's report. From what I have heard, this is only the beginning, and yet Gowdy won't be back.

Try reading for comprehension and not argumentation this time:

A Schiff, and later the transcript of the vote, let slip that there is a congressional investigation of the DOJ/FBI active. Perhaps they are awaiting the return of the documents they requested in multiple letters this and last week so that they have relevant questions before subpoenaing executive branch heads to hearings (which they already hate having to do). 

Which is to say, they already subpoenaed records (texts, emails, etc) from several key players and will perhaps subpoena dept and bureau officials after those requests are complied with so they can ask pertinent questions rather than witch hunt.

As Democrats frantically attempted to discredit the memo, Zeldin wrote that McCabe testified under oath that there would not have been a warrant without the dubious Christopher Steele dossier which was commissioned by Fusion GPS and paid for by the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign.

“McCabe did in fact testify under oath that there would not have been a FISA warrant if not for the dossier. It was recorded,” Rep. Zeldin tweeted.

If McCabe did say that then the SC should be stopped... it's the one thing in the memo that if true completely undermines the Mueller investigation.

One thing that needs to be followed up - how did the FBI get their hands on transcripts of General Flynn's call to then use to trap him on a perjury charge? If they were surveilling Kislyak then Flynn's information should not have been unmasked and it should not have made it's way to the FBI. This is where Obama himself is on the hook because it was he who wrote the EO that allowed unparalleled sharing of intelligence between agencies, and it was his team that requested all the unmasking.

Flynn was completely set up by McCabe. Trump will pardon Flynn, no doubt.
