What it doesn't say: Carter Page had been monitored for over three years because of his associations with Russian intelligence. He was one of several Trump campaign members who kept coming up on routine surveillance of Russian agents. These two facts were the basis of the FISA warrant, not the dossier. Speaking of the dossier, the origin is irrelevant, and it is significant that Nunes, who was part of Trump's transition team and the probable "leak" that got Trump to think he was "wiretapped," goes to such great lengths to make it look like some sort of political weapon. The dossier did claim that Page would get Trump to soften on Russia in exchange for a real estate deal. Trump did, in fact, soften the party's stand on Ukraine. (Time will tell if we eventually see a Trump Sevastopol Casino.)

The FBI notified him Russia was actively trying to recruit him. The part you are leaving out is it was a matter of public record. The russian agent was arrested and prosecuted. Page was a witness in that proceeding.

Nothing from that issue is relevant to what happened recently nor could it be used to secure a new warrant to spy on him.

As for Trump and wiretaps that info came from Admiral Rogers of the NSA. He met with Trump and disclosed everything to him. It is why the Trump campaign moved their meeting place from Trump tower to a property in New Jersey.

Trump moved the transition team out of Trump tower after meeting with the head of the NSA.

The origin and the funding of the dossier is NOT irrelevant when it's the primary piece for asking for the FISC request.

Unconfirmed info -

FBI agents told McCabe they would testify in Flynn's defense stating they did not believe Flynn intended to mislead / lie. McCabe orders changes to the 302 document and then it was leaked to the media.

Flynn was completely set up by McCabe. Trump will pardon Flynn, no doubt.

Given whats coming to light I would say Flynn has an excellent chance of having his entire investigation, including his plea, tossed out. No need to pardon.

Concerns about leaks ... Call a plumber. The leaks aren't a problem like the info being leaked though.

And most of the leaks are from the stooge gallery that is trumps whitehouse not Muellers team.
Denial is not just a river in egypt.

Nunes claims that it was. It wasn't. Wait for the Schiff memorandum.

So you don't have a problem with the FBI using opposition funded research that can't be verified as the basis for FISC surveillance and not telling the court that it was opposition funded research and you haven't been able to verify that info?

You set that bar so high I tripped on it.

Fine. Release it. Let's get it all out and have a SC investigate and find the truth?

Have a problem with that?

The Senate will be releasing a similar report.

More info and facts that can be verified, the better.

On numerous times in other threads, you said there was no way in the world the memo would be released. You said Trump would never declassify the memo because it contained stuff that he wanted to keep hidden.

Since clearly you are always so wrong, why should anybody care what you are saying now? Your instincts and opinions are severely flawed. You are the one now moving the goalposts.

Yeah there is no such crime as collusion if the federal body of law (criminal).

Cornell - Federal Law

Take all the time you need however there is no collusion law in criminal codes.

*suspects violations of 40 U.S.C. 559, fraud, bribery, or criminal collusion .........
*Must be referred to a Federal agency.

So there it is, Criminal Collusion

Guess they're going to have to call the four different judges who approved the warrant to testify what info the deemed credible when considering this because this is implicating everybody who had a hand in it. Saying the judges were biased and everybody was out to get trump. Sounds a bit paranoid trumpy baby.

The funny part is, the same folks claiming "this memo proves nothing" because it's just the opinion of a bunch of Republicans in Congress will accept everything in the Democrats' memo as 100% accurate.

I wanna see the transcript of McCabe's classified hearing.

Fox is going to have to go the way of Before It's News.
They are no longer a credible source of info.
They have become the mouth piece of the president who is a crook.

One thing that needs to be followed up - how did the FBI get their hands on transcripts of General Flynn's call to then use to trap him on a perjury charge? If they were surveilling Kislyak then Flynn's information should not have been unmasked and it should not have made it's way to the FBI. This is where Obama himself is on the hook because it was he who wrote the EO that allowed unparalleled sharing of intelligence between agencies, and it was his team that requested all the unmasking.
I think Nunes mentioned a Phase 2 where they look at the State Dept ... There are the crumbs that lead there so getting the facts in order should paint a clearer picture . I wonder what this will be called later on in book ..ie pee pee gate or Q gate ... what ever ...it will be very very big . Oh I got it "wiretapped" gate .

Why hasn't he already pardoned Flynn. ? Shut his mouth right up and stop him from talking to Mueller?

P.S. No one made Flynn lie. Those words came out of his own mouth which isn't controlled by anyone but him.

You're not even following the basic story here. The FBI presented the dossier to the judges as if it was fact and had been corroborated by independent sources, like Yahoo News. The judges were misled, along with the rest of us. You're still being misled because you've believed this nonsense for so long now you can't admit you got tricked.
