She was working the main bar at the Harvest Festival, the stage she's talking about is the stage that was being used got the Country singers. The VIP, refers to the VIP section of the festival (even the smallest of festivals has one)

There are no cops entering the area behind the stage at all..... ?


They are at all the other gates but not in this area..... there are cop-cars on the road behind the stage but no one is entering the stage from the rear?

I've gone back and looked at both videos over and over. I've watched the 2nd full speed one on quarter speed. Whatever that thing is,its there throughout the video you can watch it and it really does look like a bug to me. The other light which could be a light coming through from the stage doesn't move to me but with the thing being there all through the video all over the place from start to finish, I'm going with bug. I would say helicopter spotlight but it doesn't seem bright enough and is too erratic.
Otherwise....no clue!

Watching the long version again, two things -- One, there seems to be several times when the dirt lot of the towers is suddenly lit up with a floodlight or something. I can't see a source, but it doesn't seem to be the emergency vehicle lights, although it could be one of the first responders using a torch or something to check it out.

And two, at the very end, during the last volley of gunfire, he pans to his left as it starts, but right before he turns it off, he seems to almost jerk a little to the right (towards the towers) and say, "Look at that!" From his position, and the angle of the Mandalay building, is it possible that he would hear the echoes of the gunfire from the building before and/or louder than the actual source which is much farther away? And did he see something to his right -- like maybe the towers -- and is that why he thought they should go?

We have been told that the suspect committed suicide. We've been shown a picture that suggests that he was shot in the head but also suggests there is blood on his chest. In an autopsy on a patient with a bullet in his brain the "cause of death" would be brain trauma resulting from a bullet having entered the brain and shutting down the brain's working systems. The "manner of death" would be dependent on who fired the gun holding the bullet that caused the trauma; suicide if the suspect offed himself, homicide if someone else was holding the gun that fired the bullet. "Manner of death" is the tricky part when there are no witnesses to the death.

This case is so murky---and the authorities don't seem very eager to clear things up for the public just yet. I'm doing my best to be patient with the authorities but I've completely lost patience with the members of the media who refuse to ask questions that might cause blowback on the Vegas community.

What I am suggesting is that "manner of death" is the only question left to answer if the reports that he was shot in head are correct. A bullet to the brain would be "cause of death" but the "manner of death" would be the result of investigations as to whether there were others present when the death occurred. It would seem to me that those cameras that have played such a large part in this story could answer the question of who was present in the room at the time of the suspect's death. We have wildly varying stories about those cameras but very little information.

I realize it is an on-going investigation and, from the time it has taken me personally to sort through videos available on the net, I know that literally hundreds of hours of research will need to be done to come to any final conclusions. But for the coroner to say that "cause of death" will take weeks or months to determine sends up a big red flag.

Bugs don't have a height limit do they? I dunno its either that or the fact that its there throughout the video and seems to go wherever the camera goes is foxing me tbh

It doesn't though...sometimes you can see it, sometimes you don't depending on where the light is and where the camera is panning. The camera and the light are doing their own separate things.

I have watched that video a dozen times+....at first, I thought the same. But then I realized the light is not an effect caused by the camera.

The part I slowed down and clipped...completely independent from what the camera is doing.

ETA: Also, the higher you go, the less likely you are to have flying insects. Some can travel up high...but it's not the norm for them to travel away from food sources and into high winds.

Why is that?

There are no cops entering the venue from behind the stage because there are no gates back there by which to enter. If you go to Google Earth and walk around the venue, the gates are clear. There is Gate 1 that can be seen at the corner of Mandalay Bay Rd. and S. Las Vegas Blvd. the main focus of the photographer in this video. Making a complete circle of the venue using street view on Google Earth will give you the exact placement of the gates where police and other emergency personnel can enter the venue. This isn't their first rodeo, they know the entrances of the venue quite well.

At the beginning of the video there are no police cars parked at that gate (Gate 1) but there is one with flashing lights parked at the intersection of MB Rd. and S. LV Blvd.
Within 18-20 seconds two cars arrive there and stop at Gate 1. Within a few seconds two more pull up there and stop. By the end of the video there are at least 8 cars at that intersection and one can be seen (with flashing lights) parked on Mandalay Bay Rd. directly between the "towers" and the stage. There is an additional dark car without flashing lights that arrives and parks behind the car stationed in the middle of MB Rd. There are police cars with flashing lights parked all along S. LV Blvd as can be seen when the camera pans to that spot as the guy is saying, "...look at all the police."

The "dancing light" is seen at 1:19 in front of the semi parked behind the stage. If you pause the video at that time stamp the light moves from between the trucks (or between the truck and what might be a tour bus), to the edge of the screen and bounces around the edge of the camera just before the portion you clipped out that shows it on the back of the stage. Playing the video at half speed will show clearly that this "dancing light" is some sort of artifact of photography since it can be seen going all over the venue. By the 1:30 mark it is dancing on the wall of the venue and into the street. I have no idea what it is but what you've isolated isn't the entire story of the dancing light since it is there dancing all over the scene. At 1:38 it can be seen dancing over the VIP tent area.

I have been looking for the gun in question in this video for days. They really have this thing hidden good.

This is probably a M240 by the sound of it. This thing would light up like daylight when shooting in the dark.
The weapon can not be hidden inside a trailer or a container because it would not have been this loud then.

It must be hidden where there is a lot of light so that the muzzleflash blends in With the surrounding light. And the shooter is laying somewhere behind the light Source. The only real massive lights that realy blind the spectators are the once on top of the stage. The massive light on top of the stage could be sufficient enough to hide the muzzleflash from a large calliber weapon like the M240. But from that distance With M240 there would have been a lot more kills. Unless the gun was just used for effect/terror... just shooting blanks. This weapon would dig up dirt and make a real mess of everything it hits. Dident see much of that at all.

I am starting to think it was only the Three shooters hidden back stage that actually shot at and killed the spectators. And they only used AR type weapons With suppressors.

I was on the Las Vegas strip Sunday night.

There is a lot that’s being reported in the media about the tragic events in Las Vegas that unfolded just over 48 hours ago. Interestingly - it also appears that there is much that’s not being reported. Here is my account of what we experienced in a hotel nearly 2 miles away from the Mandalay Bay Casino, and 1 hour 12 minutes after the first shots were fired...

On Sunday night my wife and I were just starting to wrap up our final night in Vegas. We had an amazing 3 days - our grand finale was attending the Cirque du Soleil spectacle “O” at the Bellagio. The show wrapped at 11:10 -we made our way out of the theatre. We wandered through the casino happily chatting about the incredible show we had just witnessed. We wanted to catch the famous fountains at the front of the hotel. Sherrise stopped to use the washroom, and we continued on through the hotel lobby and into the floral conservatory. We began taking photos of the breath taking garden and sculptures.

At approximately 11:20 we heard gunshots coming from the lobby of the hotel. Not echoes. Not “bangs”. Gunshots.

“Shooter, there is a shooter” someone yelled and all hell began to break lose. Screams erupted from the lobby just a few feet from where we were, and hundreds of people began running towards us. I grabbed Sherrise’s hand - and we began to move with the crowd. Panicked and not knowing what was coming towards us. I have never felt a moment like that one. I thought we were going to die and I’d never have a chance to see my boys again. I literally began running through plans of action. What would I do? How could I save us? How could I get us home? A part of me was focused on getting us both out - another was prepared to do whatever I needed to ensure that the boys got to see their Mommy. I’ve never been more afraid in my life. Pure terror.

We ran into the Bellagio cafe - and came to a dead end. A 4 foot dividing wall. I don’t even remember getting up the wall. I remember reaching back and frantically trying to get my wife over the wall with me. She lost her shoes. She was being trampled by terrified people. I was grabbing for her - trying to pull her to safety. She was injured. Crushed by the crowd. A table collapsed when her and another person tried to get over the wall. Finally she made it over and we found our way into a kitchen and then into the basement.

We spent approximately an hour in the ballroom of the hotel. Few details leaking in via social media. Reports of multiple shooters taking over the strip etc. Our phones dying. We notified friends and family members of what had happened. We didn’t have answers until a police officer showed up and stressed that there was only a single shooter and he was deceased. That if we wanted -we could leave.

We decided to go back and recover sherrise’s shoes. The hotel was covered in broken glass and walking was dangerous. Just as we recovered the shoes from an employee -more screams erupted once again. More people running. More fear. Once agin we were ushered into a ballroom and spent the next few hours there. After 4 AM we were permitted to leave the Bellagio and make our way back to our hotel. We were sent out the back of the hotel and not allowed near the lobby where we had heard the original shots.

I am not a supporter of conspiracy theories. That’s not what this is. There are however inconsistencies in what’s being reported vs what I witnessed. In my opinion there were multiple instance of gunfire along the strip. We are still trying to piece the events together. I know there *were* shots fired at the Bellagio long after the tragedy at Mandalay Bay was over. I’ve heard multiple accounts of this. Others I spoke to that night heard the shots. Tonight I found a YouTube video taken by another tourist in the Bellagio. Her video confirms what sherrise and I experienced.

I think there was more than these three, but yeah, I'm strongly believing there were gunman up on the stage. I posted a link to the audio of another woman who was hiding in one of the vendor tents, and she was sure the sound of gunfire was coming closer, and was moving from west to east.

Did you see this account of what happened at the concert that I posted earlier? I'm pretty sure she wouldn't argue with you!

My sister was bartending the bar at main stage..
Everyone around her getting shot/dying..
She saw multiple shooters on stage shoot up VIP, then start aiming at the crowd and shooting everyone running away.. There was also someone shooting from roof of casino down at everyone simultaneously..
It was all orchestrated..
She barricaded herself.
Bodies dropping next to her and the gunman walked RIGHT NEXT TO HER and was firing at everyone.. She somehow/by the grace of God, managed to stay hidden/unnoticed by him..
My bro raced to get her,,
And their car was mobbed by shot/dying people demanding he take them to hospital..
He took numerous people to hospital and the description he gave me of the whole scenario and blood/guts/flesh dying people in his car is something I hope nobody will EVER have to go through...

I'm not so sure the overhead gunfire was coming from the hotel, and she may have just repeated the official story there. It seems to me that the overhead fire could have come from several surrounding hotel roofs, from the SkyVue Towers to the south, from the helicopters heard circling above, from drones... I know more have been suggested that I can't remember. Wouldn't surprise me if it was any or all of them.

Who ever was working the lights on that stage that night would have been a interesting individual to speak to. This individual must know something.

Why did the individual change the lights and put on floodlight and light up everyone?
Is that something you would do before you run for Your life?



After the shooting they actually turned them of...... That is probably when the lights were moste needed.

Definitely. But I'm pretty sure he's getting a lot of pressure not to talk, perhaps even from the band, but also from authorities. And they could have him and everyone involved under gag order for all we know. If they could convince a judge that it pertains to national security, they could even get secret gag orders in a secret ruling after a secret motion...

Oh dear. Now I sound like Speed Racer and his secret meetings in secret rooms in secret buildings in secret cities... but this is real life! Arg!!!

Anyway, while it's all quite bizarre with the lights, I am glad the folks had lights to see where they were going while fleeing. I think it helped more folks get away safely than if they'd been fumbling and panicking and running in the dark.

A Kamehameha graduate working as a valet at the Mandalay Bay Resort said he parked the shooter's car on Saturday. The gunman, 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, checked his car into the hotel on Saturday morning.
Valet Chad Nishimura, who is from Mililani, said he spoke briefly with Paddock.

"Just in shock, really. It's scary to know that I was close to someone that was that dangerous. I would've never thought. He seemed like a normal guy. When he came in, nothing too weird about him. He didn't have any crazy bags with him that I can remember. We are a convention hotel so we have a bunch of people that have boxes and multiple carts worth of stuff. There's nothing weird that I can remember," Nishimura said.

Nishimura and hundreds of employees at Mandalay Bay are cooperating with FBI agents as investigations continue.

A number of people from Hawaii were at Sunday night's concert or nearby. Social media helped connect family and friends worried about their loved ones.

Tara Spangler, originally from Pa'ia Maui, was working close to the concert venue, at the Hooter's Casino.
She posted on her Facebook page that she was safe but said shooting victims fleeing the concert, swarmed into the casino.

"You can just see towels of blood everywhere and people walking past and they have like blood spots on their shirts and even on their face. I remember asking a girl, 'Hey are you OK?' Because she was just covered in blood and she said, 'Yeah, (she was shaking) and said this is not my blood,'" Spangler said.

Spangler said they could hear bullets firing in the distance. Fearing for her own life, she hid inside a closet.

That story is from a very disreputable source which got that story from another disreputable source Neon Nettles. The valet has not disappeared after giving the interview to kitv.com there is zero evidence to support that since he has been posting on facebook after the interview
