Oh... hard stuff right there. I can relate. In the last decade, about 2006 i thought i was the reincarnation of Jesus (i am not religious) and in 2009 i thought benevolent aliens are going to come and ship the good folks away from this madhouse earth. Hospitalized for months both times. But there was severe substance abuse and constant deaths of friends and relatives that were too much for me to handle and remain sane.

Oh wow, I didn't know there was recovery from that type of thing, that's awesome!

Welcome to the land of the shed
where dragons roam
and angels tread
pyxies and faeries fly
over elves and dwarves alike
while the clouds are alive
in the blinding blue sky
there is magic here
if you're willing to peer
through the depths
and see the friends
that await

Well the Russian Special forces wanted to know what commonalities are there with regards to long continuous performance with a big budget they travelled the world and found that for warriors its not about big muscles but ligaments and tendons and returning the body to its primal state .Combined with this to be able to perform under duress is proper breathing ;to get to where you should be takes 2 years or more. Its not for softies the work hurts but once done you dont tear cruciate ligaments,ac joints or such anymore as their facia is restored you also develop proper core strength, there is also the martial arts component but Im mostly in it for the health benefits.

Yeah, yeah, blame it on the pyxies. They told me to tell you, they're hiring a lawyer. Something about racial stereotyping, I dunno.

Wow, a panda ant? Time for star to go to bed.

Welcome, khnum

Do you guys and girls think Nightie has a hangover when she wakes up? My guess is that no, she won't. She seems responsible. 3-4 white russians, 5 maximum. Much appreciated. The Finnish way is a long and rocky road!

The best way to avoid a hangover is to keep drinking.

That panda ant looks awful scary. I just googled....

"Panda ants are not necessarily ants but wasps in the hymenopteran family Multillidae also called velvet ants. These insects have a lovely appearance but have one nasty sting that could get ferociously painful on your skin. This is why they are also called "cow-killer," since they are capable of knocking out a cow or other animals that are much larger than they are."

Do not want.

ETA Apologies for not greeting the rest, newcomers and oldcomers alike. I feel sometimes a little too much at home here to get round to that. My bad, my round!

ETA2 I bet they live in Australia, the land of the deadly things.

Hahaha! Nope, no hang over. I actually slept like a baby, but had to get up early and let the physical therapist in, then had to go to Mark to his heart Doctor's appointment.

His health problems are serious and needs the immediate attention of specialist, but mostly himself by following orders...taking his meds and eating right. It will be non stop nurse visits, therapist, Doctor appointments and tests for some time. Even if I don't have to leave the house, I will have to get up early. I am just exhausted and so stressed.
