My visit to the heart surgeon...

Dad drives me there too early in my opinion. He lets me out near the entrance and shuts the window on my fingers as I'm trying to get out of the car and shut the door. He has tunnel vision when it comes to medical appointments and doesn't think things through.

After an hour plus wait, I get to see the heart surgeon finally. He told me that based on all the testing, photos, and such that only one of them showed any bleeding of a valve. Therefore he did not think it wise to perform any surgery on my heart as weak as it already is.

He is consulting with my cardiologist about this and then we go from there.

Always playing the waiting game it looks like. Now it's time to make an appointment with the cardio and see what's up.

It's an awful situation to be in Luke, but best to know "what's what" first and then take it from there.

God how the waiting game sucks! It is stressful enough knowing there is a problem, but to have to keep waiting to see what can be done is maddening! Go sit in the sunshine out back and let the pixies make you a delicious yet healthy meal. Later tonight, you can sit in the living room or curl up on the couch and read or watch a great movie to keep your mind off of things. Still praying Hun. Hugs!

I think it's time for a Shed song.
We're getting close to the end of Shed 16.

We always seem to have songs at the start of a new Shed, or for special events.
So this might be a good song for the approaching close.

Shed close? How so? I cleaned the toilets (well, I put the ladies seat back down again and spilt a little bleach over the floor) and the bushes outside and even moved and painted the trees with UV paint to make it look all pretty and everything!

OMG, Hiya Cody! great to see you!

Thank God I saw your post or I would have missed Timely's Birthday. I used to have an endless list with everyone's Birthdays and after a while the list got messy by scribbling names and dates in between, making new lists and losing lists.

Awwww, cute pic! Driver, every so often after we get close to 200 pages, we make another Shed. Don't worry a link will be left at the end of this Shed and a trail of donut crumbs and pixie dust. You can find the new home by using a portal or whatever way you wish to get there.
