Also it should be said that the robberies aren't actually robberies. They were looking for something. They take things to make you think it was a robbery.

So, do "they" collect data? Well, if people give it out, I expect somebody gathers it.

So, if folks don't want info gathered about them, they need to be careful what they post. But that goes anywhere on the internets, not just here.

I have two childhood friends...One went the way of Spec Ops, both Mil and then Private Consulting...Hunted Koni in Africa for a while..Warren Buffet put out a bounty on Koni...Strange, but true..

The other was a spook for a while..

Fast forward and both in the private sector and have had moments of discontent with recent Gov....and as apt to do...more so the former Spec Ops guy who drinks too much...have gone on rants about the gov. on FB..

Either way both at different times got "visits" by local FBI with pretty much the same spiel...Check-ins to make sure that people that have sensitive, classified info in their heads are not spinning off the rails. The visits involve one part faux compassion...everything all-right, how are you doing...and one part threat...reminding them of Non-Disclosures and the governments willingness to arrest and prosecute if they start spilling classified info on FB or other places.

So ...yes..they monitor former gov employees social or digital footprint...Yes ...they flag them for follow-up if posts make those guys worried..but I can't see stalking and plainclothes, that doesn't make sense and doesn't jive with what I know....and stuff from 30 years ago?

Here's how to post a picture.

Click on the downward facing carat next to the logout button on the top menu bar.

Click on Upload.

On the screen that comes up, click on upload on the top right hand side.

When the box comes up that says Upload Images, click select files and select your file.

When the filename comes up, click cloud shaped button called "upload files" and, amazingly the file uploads.

Click on the uploaded picture

Copy the code where it says "BBCode for use in post"

and paste it in to the post - and voila, your image appears....

Quoth the Raven.

Now, lets see the image?

Quoting so this info is not lost. OP, Nef has shown you the way. Onus is on you now.

Its the only time I ever applied Modus Operandi...... was in an investigation...

Doesn't mean it's the only use though and makes another person's use of it invalid.

TextPlease take no offense...but if you have been apt in the past to see angles as people...and you admit these are plain clothes people following you...is it possible you might be just flirting between your imagination and reality here?

Well God bless you .... at least you are kind enough to be respectfully asking if I am F#cking NUTS. In August 2016 was recovering from massive cancer surgery..... part of the 4 week health cure was mental health.... passed with flying colors.

Again with full respect...If you found their opinion credible then, you might consider returning for a follow-up and explain your current predicament.

It's fairly well known that the alphabet agencies keep an eye on ATS and sites like it, but I seriously doubt they'll be intimidated by your thread.
Ever heard "Pics or it didn't happen" ? Let's see some of that proof.
Of course, I can take pictures of random people and claim they're government spooks following me.

Oh...by the way...It's a Mac 10 not Mag 10. Are you real sure you know what you're talking about? I mean, someone with all that experience should know their weapons, right?

judging me on a typo? OK......sure One fking letter across and down and then all would be OK?

Welllll, maybe it's a typo or maybe you really don't know what you are talking about. Without anything else, each explanation could be valid. Then there's the "I can't post pictures" meme. It's not rocket science. Your average ten year old could do it easily so why can't you? You know all about metadata and you can't upload a pic? That's a special kind of smart. Then there's your emotional rant complete with threats of violence. And you've done some "counter spooking" and have photos of these guys' loved ones??? That's just creepy. If someone is following you, it seems like you deserve each other. But given what you've said, you sound kind of unstable. Maybe someone should take you out.

Over here most field agents are European and not American military....civilians GS personnel.....yes ...... the military soldier NO. That is for the battle field not the civilian sector....

Now that was the way until the 90's .....since then I do NOT know....

Oh.... there are no "visits" over here. You come off base and without local police ..... you might get your ass whipped because NO U.S. military police officer or any foreign police officer has the authority of a polizist..... meaning they must escort you because you dont have any authority to arrest or confiscate personal property. ......ONLY German police official. A bit different....

I'm not sure why you say the following:

The Modus Operandi is for local FBI visit asking if you are OK and then reminding you of non-disclosure agreements and consequences.
(Bolding mine.)

You seem confused over terminology here. But just to be clear, if you enter military service, you don't just sign an NDA.

An NDA is an agreement between two parties and it comes under civil law. You know what happens if you breach an NDA? The other party can take you to court and sue you. Breaching an NDA is normally not a crime.

People entering the military swear an oath. Ditto for many in government, civilian service roles. They might also be required to sign further documents that are based upon that oath, such as holding secret anything they come to know in the course of their service. But the oath is fundamental and it comes under Federal Law. Breaching it is a crime and if you do so, you don't get sued. No, you can be jailed.

An oath is not the same as an NDA. They might seem the same in some respects but they are very different in fact.

It's an interesting point that you note your surveillance was curtailed on 1/21/17.
Did you do anything to piss off the Obama administration or the Rothschild family?

Re what you said about the police and the various limits.

It's exactly the same here. Any foreign police visiting here have no powers as they are not in jurisdiction. Only the locals can make arrests, confiscate property etc. We even have distinctions between state police and city police and what they can or can't do. But foreign police? They have no legal right to arrest anyone here.

This is pretty much the same throughout Europe. The movies where some US cop comes over and arrests someone in France or whereever are total Hollywood. It just doesn't happen IRL. It's always done by cooperation with local, legally-empowered LE. Always. No exceptions.

You are right.....and that is the way it should be.

Did you know that no flag pole outside U.S. are allowed to touch foreign land. The flag stand is made to hold the pole with U.S. flag wavering in the air without the pole touching the ground. Again a sign of respect to the host nation.

Again...I am not Law Enforcement nor military...I might say Modus Operendi...but I use it casually..

I say NDA..cuz that is what I deal with in private life...

I have never asked the exact legal documents or agreements that my friends are subject to...but know with certainty that they were visited by FBI and reminded of agreements and legal consequences...

Sorry..but I am getting bogged down in semantics here...Not familiar with Military/Police/Legal vernacular..Hoping the word "vernacular" doesn't have some specific meaning outside of how I am using it
