so what if he did or didn't america is a representative constitutional republic not a democracy or a communist or socialist state where mobs rule. if people want to get rid of an integral part of our system and bring about a majority vote system then gtfo because that will really lead to a civil war and destroy our country, it would plunge all of us into actual third world status in the aftermath either way.

You have to win the votes where they count. Over winning in Chicago, New York, and LA doesn't mean jack squat in Wisconsin, Florida, or Michigan.

I'm all for breaking up the mega populous states into smaller ones to alleviate this problem and get better representation to the population. Coincidentally though that would've caused more electoral votes for Trump and less for Clinton.

The only point of this thread is to correct the false claim made in that other thread, and to reaffirm the truth that Hillary won the popular vote.

Well, since there are well documented cases of voter fraud with votes switching to Hillary it means someone in charge of voting machines was rigging it, and also Obama saying illegals can vote and no one would cause them any trouble before the election night, that right there INVALIDATES any popular vote count going to Hillary for this election, and so NO, she does not get to be counted as winning the popular vote either. This is America's statement since Trump won fair and square.

Except that he very likely is a Marxist Kenyan Muslim, and all of his policies indicate he IS all of those things, including his arming the Muslim Brotherhood and installing Muslims everywhere in government positions, and communist Marxist people within his administration like Van Jones just for starters. To deny these things does not follow a logical path of thinking, it only follows a path of saying it is all lies because of political and emotional reasons.

I am not insecure at all. But of course many are concerned when the losers want to bully electors into changing their votes and the Linerals want to insert Beenie Sanders after the fact and he sure as heck didn't have the popular vote

This seems like a strawman argument, because your post is pre-supposing that the mainstream media is hiding the fact that Hillary Clinton is leading in the popular vote. If that's what you are saying, I'm not getting that impression from mainstream media at all.

Everything I have seen so far in several stories from several mainstream news sources, plus the "talking head" discussions on CNN, MSNBC, FOX, etc. have all noted that she is leading the popular vote. Not only are those sources not denying that she leads the popular vote, but they are in fact reporting that she is leading.

So I'm not sure what "truth" it is you want to spread, but it seems to me that the truth that is currently being reported is that Ms. Clinton will probably win the popular vote.



But it's irrelevant if she does. What doesn't seem to be in question is that Trump won the electoral vote, which is the one that really matters. Whether we like Trump or not, he is the duly elected president. This wouldn't be the first time a president wins the electoral college but not the popular vote.
