It is on center stage TV.. every news channel right now.

July 4th weekend, lots of folks outside and this is the
biggest travel holiday of the year, equals very low viewers.

It will still hurt her.

I'm glad that she was finally interviewed. It shows progress.
But I am a little disappointed.
Where were the handcuffs?

Yep, the spin is, "the interview has happened, every thing is all done and past. Let's move on now."

She will be campaigning with Barack Obama on Tuesday.

MSNBC talking head is focusing solely upon the email server and how it "wasn't illegal."

Ok, if Hillary didn't do anything illegal, she certainly did not follow proper procedures. To connect, she must have approval. There is a process, IATO, IATC, risk assessment, CAP, hardening, etc.

If I were to connect without DISA approval, I at the minimum would loose my job, and likely prosecuted. I would not be here talking about it.

I hope she does get in trouble. As far as who is elected, there is no difference who is. There would be no changes in policy, there never is, I have been watching this since Kennedy. The candidates will go on talking about all the changes they will make, which is just talk. It comes down to who you would prefer to see on your television for four years. Clinton damages my eyes. I really wish we had more choices.

I fully expect that no charges will be filed and a whole lot of people are going to crap themselves.

Are you ready for the #storm?

For an interview?

If on the far far off chance they found wrongdoing then you still have a few years before you ever see that.
Grand jury inquest, indictment, discovery (could take years of depositions) trial...oh and of course conviction.
Can you wait?

I have to agree.
Ill be surprised if they charge her.
Ill be humble and say I was wrong.

I think it's obvious she did not follow proper procedure, but that is not enough, historically, to press charges against her.

The JD rarely prosecutes cases like this unless very specific conditions exist.

Here is a good read on the topic if you are interested.

I'll say I was wrong as well, if she is charged. It's the honest thing to do.

Now what if she is not indicted? Will those that have proclaimed her guilt be honest and admit they were wrong, or are we going to hear about the "conspiracy" for years to come?

My vote is on the conspiracy.

The FBI will recommend an indictment next.
THEN the fancy footwork from the administration begins.

NO. I can't wait

I do hope you know I was being sarcastic. Maybe hopeful.

I am waiting for that moment, and it better include handcuffs!
And an orange jumper would be good too.

What if handcuffs and orange jumpers are not forthcoming?

Putting the cart before the horse, don't you think?
The FBI just left her house, and you think its time to make a
decision with out the facts? Hmmmm......

Because Clinton campaign says its over so it must be over?

I've always said we have to wait and see what happens. It is my personal understanding from what we do know and other cases from the past, that certain conditions have to exist for the JD to prosecute. 80% of the time, they don't.

Now what will you say if she is not indicted?
