Well I have kept pretty quiet on the Hillary email threads but I think the conclusion I've come to is that...a) if she is actually prosecuted, because well I don't know how much she really has control over or how many people she can bring down with her, it will bring to light a lot of the type of actions that cause quotes like the famous " if they knew what we were really doing the citizens would hang us in the streets". This leads me to b) and my conclusion... If she is pardoned either to save those above her which are more than likely involved or for any reason really, not like its unheard of, I see the people rising up. It will be the biggest over sign that the laws are just for us and not them...it will be the moment where so many will wake up and be like whisky tango foxtrot....how in the hell. A proven spy basically, and traitor to our country let free as if the law didn't apply. That's my fear here...its only a matter of time now that the FBI decided to jump sides. Probably became obvious it wasn't going to stay hidden so they picked up playing good guys. Anyway that's what I see with all this...it will boil down to if she is tried and then will she be pardoned. The trial seems all but set, but how many will go with her.

I'm looking for an actual government website.

While I've read "questionable", I have still not read any official statement of illegal wrong doing.

Every day I log into ATS to see yet another "Hillary's goose is cooked for sure now!" thread.

They either have what they need to indict and charge her, or they don't. We do have computing capability to sift through her entire email server in days to find keywords. The NSA has records of any and all emails sent in/out of that server as well.

Hillary sure doesn't seem worried, and that's pretty telling.

I get the feeling that this email thing is going to be Hillary's birth certificate scandal. Several years down the road there will be "Emailers" instead of "Birthers" screaming for more investigations into her emails.

That's where I'm at. Or Kerry and the Swift Boat. Both unfounded smear campaigns.

I'd bet any politician investigated would have done something "questionable". Or made a bad judgement call.
