As an American soldier, if I transferred any e-mails off our SIPR network I'd end up in Fort Leavenworth.

Hillary is a damned criminal.

According to the 14th Amendment, you might be able to get away with it now.

This isn't just espionage anymore, X.. it's the T-word. F&S.
I'm glad as Hell I'm not her right now: because it looks like the second
-biggest stifle of the 21st century is either on, or it'll crash like a
1st gen. Goblin. Trust me, if you haven't seen any clips it's ugly.
Personally I'd love more than a whole afternoon of sloppy, expert
tonsil hockey to see the Major get out of that unstable little bird
unscathed after a light touchdown... but I AM after all delusional.

With the private server(s) already assumed by EVERYONE
to have been hacked and/or otherwise compromised-- this deliberate
action has given aid and a warm fuzzy feeling to every adversary
we've acquired since Ben Franklin's jar-full fermented. That's in total
deferral of the C-Foundation double bladed football bat as well.

I said this in another thread, and it looks appropriate to type in
again: there are a lot of high level spooks in the intel community
at large that are really evacuating off their bladders about the
tags left over-- that could point Hil's mails to the REAL servers.

Maybe that also extends to an industrious and talented individual or
group able to eventually bust into Langley or worse with a beard on.
For that reason alone, and in light of that old scenario of JFK
v. Dulles... she and Willie should look into an island and some
plastic surgery. Real unhealthy, you two... or three hundred.

EDIT:: Almost forgot, X. As an Illi noise er all my life, the success of
a Grand Jury in serving true bills is a matter of popularity or lack of
same versus evidence and the fallout from bringing it. See FItz's
success in Op Safe Road; and no traction at all doing Bush and Cheny.
I put the odds of the Teflon Dom getting lassoed at 4:1 no bills. If
her dirt bag is as big as I think it is, make that 10.

This is what happens when lazy, political managers are allowed to be IT personnel and/or think they are above security protocols.

Some data isn't social media.

Having a major lol...

A question about the alleged "cut and paste".

I would think having access to secret networks using the same computer that accesses public networks would in itself be a security flaw. If they are not the same machine, how is a copy/paste done?

Edit:

Ok, so they could have mailed it out to an insecure mail account. What could go wrong there...

What difference does it make? They will still vote for her!

Who is 'they' and why would they vote this obviously 'manipulated by others' person into office (gets her fashion tips from the "Planet of the Apes" series; the smarty pants Chimp Zera) wearing her armored knee length smock confabs (apologies given in advance) if you wear or ascribe to that fashionable sensibility (neglected to look at her hoof cover footwear).

All I get out of all these Hillary threads is how afraid people are of her.

If she's that powerful here, she's bound to put fear into the rest of the world.

It over for her! Somebody had to sneak in a cell phone. When you get into a government building and work around top secret information they collect your cell phone and they don't allow personal computers in the building or to join the network or even be around. How did they get the information transferred to a non secure network or computer? #2 she gave the order to strip the classification and send it over a non secure network so she cant blame it on a patsy!

The possibilities of the how are interesting.
did they make a secure computer unsecured to send the info? "highly unlikely" Did they take a picture of the emails with a cell phone? "probable" Did they set up a remote assistance type of situation where they could view the documents on an unsecured computer "highly unlikely". Was it done the old fashion way? did they write it down and emailed it back to her after they left the building "extremely likely".

the cell phone theory is what I'm expecting to hear #1 she has an email detailing the conversation to strip the the classification which isn't something you send on a secure network and can be viewed by other people. So she had to send it to someone's personal email account who had access to the secured email!

The classified markings are gone, but the content is classified at the highest levels — and so sensitive in nature that “it would have been obvious to Clinton.” Most likely the information was, in turn, e-mailed to her via NIPRNet. To work around the closed, classified systems, which are accessible only by secure desktop workstations whose hard drives must be removed and stored overnight in a safe, Clinton’s staff would have simply retyped classified information from the systems into the non-classified system or taken a screen shot of the classified document, Fournier said. “Either way, it’s totally illegal.”

Look at the most likely quote! they don't know how it was emailed? I'm guessing they are doing data forensics on the hard drives right now! My guess is cell phone and not a niprnet computer which would have been in the building which would have proof on the hard drive if true.

This is not a good thing; as most of the rest of the world (in its unreasonableness now) being patriarchal would dismiss her completely. Not exactly a Margaret Thatcher (was of a formidable intellect)

Like Hillary or not --- to dismiss her intelligence is ignorant.

I don't know her.

And factual info is hard to come by, especially on ATS --- when Hillary related.

They are real scared.

Except for the fact that the FBI and Inspector General *ARE* actually investigating.

And the fact that classified "intelligence" has been found on emails, and the fact that the FBI *HAS* confiscated her personal computer(s) and a thumb drive(s) that had damning info.

None of the above is speculation. It's all been verified by the government press releases.

And don't forget about the secret hearings in Congress because the info from her "friends" is classified as well.

But it's just a right wing conspiracy because Obama runs the Executive Branch departments that are investigating.

These emails get more incriminating with each batch, imagine
what Snowmageddon staved off for now.
