Stop worrying about Rubles. The exchange rate does not matter. The black gold trumps everything.

Start worrying about yourself - your future. Your governments will soon abandon you when money starts drying.

Hot damn, you are more right than right

But I'm not going to bother actually... but in short, BRICS control a rapidly shrinking 11% of GDP and are dependant on western investments and consumer demand

And guess what?

ITS BEEN CUT

You have no idea what you are talking about, repeat after me.

BRICs have no debt

BRICs have no debt

BRICs can grow, because they have no debt, Your mighty USA and EU, would already have collapse without QE program of money pump.

And I promise you, you will see for yourself the day money pump stops, I look forward to your posts on ATS then

Why? Ukraine is a sovereign nation and should be allowed to do ally itself who whomsoever it choses. Putin and Russia need to wake up and realise the world is not as simple as the old Soviet times.

Europe has economic depth. Sanctions are hurting Russia more than they will hurt the EU.
Regards

that's just it

USA does not give that choice, it sabotages the country, stages color revolutions, and eats you from inside

USA USA USA

You are worried about Roseneft which is OWNED by Russia as in government, you are worried about their investments of 42 billion dollars ??

Did you miss the fact they made a 400 billion dollar deal with China.

Worry more about your own purse, than Russian budget.

How did I know you would bring up the "Nazi" crap. It seems like that must be a major talking point in Russia. You guys know the war ended some time ago and Hitler is dead.

Really why is the Nazi thing being pushed as propaganda?

Oh looks like you don't have economics degree like I do. That's ok

I will explain it in simple language.

Rosneft is very largely owned by Russian government, Rosneft doesn't borrow money from government, Rosneft is an investment by the government.

40 billion

400 billion, like deal with China

It is called development.

You can accuse me of being the devil himself.

Keep being pissssed off that more and more people see through the BS that you keep spewing.

Get this through your head, I DON'T LIKE IMPERIALISM AND LIES, and great many people don't.

That's the part you have trouble understanding.

So if you have issue with US and NATO, you are a Russian shill

Are members new and old not allowed to discuss possible shenanigans from the side of the West/EU/Ukraine in these types of situations anymore without being labelled "Pro Russian" or in the pocket of the Kremlins propaganda department?

I mean come on, this stinks to high heaven.

A reporter "witnessed" a "Russian" military convoy crossing the border and said reporter seems to have forgot his camaras or camara man. Are we supposed to take this mans words as gospel?

The Ukraine Military has stepped forward and stated they had "Partially" destroyed said convoy, yet there is no evidence appearing. Are we expected to take their words as gospel?

This was reported yesterday and as yet there is no pictorial evidnce showing any kind of proof of this incident whatsoever. Not even highly questionable proof posted on YouTube or Twitter that seems to be taken for hard evidence these days.

Why is it that Russia seems to be the only one that is allowed to be scrutinised on this site at the moment? The West/EU/Ukraine should all be scrutinsised right alongside Russia.

I'm at a loss at what's going on with ATS these days. I really am. Especially when it comes to this situation. It's like the lot of you have lost your heads and have lost the ability to think objectively.

Got to love the irony.

And you have to love history...

Ukraine was known as “Kievan Rus” (from which Russia is a derivative) up until the 16th century. In the 9th century, Kiev was the major political and cultural center in eastern Europe. Kievan Rus reached the height of its power in the 10th century and adopted Byzantine Christianity. The Mongol conquest in 1240 ended Kievan power. From the 13th to the 16th century, Kiev was under the influence of Poland and western Europe. The negotiation of the Union of Brest-Litovsk in 1596 divided the Ukrainians into Orthodox and Ukrainian Catholic faithful. In 1654, Ukraine asked the czar of Moscovy for protection against Poland, and the Treaty of Pereyasav signed that year recognized the suzerainty of Moscow. The agreement was interpreted by Moscow as an invitation to take over Kiev, and the Ukrainian state was eventually absorbed into the Russian Empire.

After the Russian Revolution, Ukraine declared its independence from Russia on Jan. 28, 1918, and several years of warfare ensued with several groups. The Red Army finally was victorious over Kiev, and in 1920 Ukraine became a Soviet republic. In 1922, Ukraine became one of the founders of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Too bad irony doesn't trump history.

It's either pro Western or it's pro Russian, as they are the only two sides in this conflict. Pro Russian usually side with what the Kremlin is passing off, which in this case would be propaganda as they have since the beginning.

This was reported yesterday and as yet there is no pictorial evidnce showing any kind of proof of this incident whatsoever. Not even highly questionable proof posted on YouTube or Twitter that seems to be taken for hard evidence these days.

And there is no evidence that backs the reason Russia went into Ukraine in the first place, but it was taken as gospel because Russia said so. Also know that when Russia was asked to provide the evidence they have yet to produce it.

But yet it seems that only when it supposedly backs the Russian side is it considered hard evidence, be it either youtube or social media...which is amazingly funny how that works.

I'm at a loss at what's going on with ATS these days. I really am. Especially when it comes to this situation. It's like the lot of you have lost your heads and have lost the ability to think objectively.

And believing the lies from Russia is thinking objectively...And Russia has been lying about the reason they are in Ukraine from the start with Crimea. So really only those who don't back Russia in this conflict are the one's who need to think objectively... is that what I am getting from this comment?

How funny is that when Russia has been working with NATO until recently.

NATO-Russian relations are relations between the NATO military alliance and Russia. Cooperation between Russia and NATO started in 1991. In 1994 Russia joined the Partnership for Peace programme.[1] During the 1990s, the two sides signed several important agreements on cooperation.[2]

The Russia–NATO council was created in 2002, for handling security issues and joint projects. Cooperation between Russia and NATO now develops in several main sectors: fighting terrorism, military cooperation, cooperation on Afghanistan (including transportation by Russia of non-military ISAF freight, and fighting the local drug production), industrial cooperation, non-proliferation, and others.

Dmitry Rogozin holds the office of the Russian envoy to NATO.

en.wikipedia.org...

So now NATO is bad yet they have been working with them since 1991, and they have an envoy to NATO so it is interesting how that works.
