Oh...and if you are going to bring up House passed bills and say the GOP has done nothing on jobs....why not bring the stats for how many of the bills the House did pass for economic growth and job security and how many of those the Senate has stalled...can anyone say Harry Reid?

I'm a regestered Democrat but truely an independant. That said, after I voted for Obama the first time around hoping for real change I could believe in, I have learned my voice doesn't count because it's all a ruse. I will never again participate in an orchastrated fantasy bent on convincing us they are true and fair elections.
yeah right! They are puppets themselves.

The only thing we as americans can do to show how we really feel about our democracy is to simply stop participating. Total non-action by evryone would invalidate our "democracy". That is the only true weapon we have. Could you imagine CNN: Hilary Clinton has won the 2016 elections against opponent ________ 3 votes to 2. WHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

What's even funnier is that the Republicans don't have to do anything except sit and wait!
Obama is doing the job for them. Which is unfortunate namely due to the fact that it hurts the United States. I don't adhere to either Republican or Democratic beliefs, but I'll always want someone who is in office to do a good job because it effects all of us.

Forgive me rabbit for siezing on this one thing in your post...

Yes...It's the Republicans to blame for gridlock.

It always confuses me when Republicans occassionally try to pretend otherwise?

They stated gridlock repeatedly as thier objective. Publicly...proudly...under the heading of it was thier obligation to bring government to a halt if they believed the President was the Socialist Tyrant they claimed him to be.

Just as recently as last week Boehner, Leader of the do-nothingest congress in history declared.."‘Judge us by how many laws we repeal,’ not how many new laws created"

Which kinda cracks me up...cuz...OK...how many laws have they repealed? ZERO

Yes but that happens every 8 yrs or so. cyclic and all. Typically if one party is in office in excess of 4 years # is bound to leak out and people grow tired of faces quickly.

It only takes one blunder to ruin someones image and how quickly people forget the good that people do. Not saying that this administration has done anything good. In fact, I thought it was impossible to hate an administration more than the Bush administration.

I am a big enough man to accept when I was wrong and boy was I wrong.

Now I am willing to make another statement:

It is impossible for me to hate an administration more than this current one!

When "we the people" bicker about which "side" is wrong or which "side" is to blame for the mess our country is in - they (the politicians) win and we the people lose. It's really baffling to me to see that there are so many people who willingly put their blinders on and fall for this whole democrat vs republican charade. I mean, you really have to try to be that gullible to believe either "side".

The reality is that the two "sides" are we the people on one side and all politicians on the other side. Obama, Boener, Leahy, the Bushes, the Clintons...all of them are on the same side - fattening their own wallets and purses at the expense of all of us while giving us these fictional democrat vs republican problems to debate about. Then there's the huge population who can't be bothered to care because they're too busy being distracted by the time tested "bread and circuses" to actually be aware of anything.

To me, Bush and Obama are the biggest examples of the sham. If you put your blind adoration of one political party aside, you would notice that there has been very little significant difference in the direction the country has been driven under either one of these men and that the democrats tried to attack Bush just as hard as the republicans are trying to attack Obama...business as usual.

There are a few "scandals" that have been warranted, but the point being that several of them were only "scandals" when appropriately spun and dishonestly "investigated" by Issa and crew. They have value in headlines, not substance.

Benghazi was not a "Scandal"...it was a terrorist attack and tragedy. Much less a "scandal" than 9-11...a "scandal" which garnered support for that Whitehouse. F&F was ATF...not a WH initiative and was going on before Pres. Obama...IRS? No connection to WH...

Again...these scandals are NOT manufactured...but they ARE spun and publicized in a dishonest way to try and hang them on the POTUS...which has failed repeatedly, because the substance differs from the spin.

12. Sebelius violates the Hatch Act
13. Solyndra
14. AKA Lisa Jackson
15. The New Black Panthers
16. Waging war all by myself
17. Biden bullies the press
18. AKPD not A-OK
19. Sestak, we'll take care of you
20. I'll pass my own laws (* and not enforce the ones I don't want to)

Just wait until the next administration. You'll have to change your sentiment again!

We'll get another corrupt republican administration....then swing back to a corrupt democrat administration...then back...etc.

When will we all learn?

He said she said game that is our American politics. Well don't worry Muse, no one will ever be held accountable for any of these scandals whether Democrat or Republician because they are both apart of the same machine, the 2 headed beast.

Sleep well Muse, your man is gonna be just fine but its the America people who will suffer, as always.

Yes but my knowledge of such things is predicated on my experience and my experience doesn't allow for a new threshold of understanding until the new experience expands the borders of my reality. At which time I will concede that I was once again wrong and will adust my position at that time.

That is commonly referred to as the "Laundry List fallacy"...the fallacy of the longer the list, the more certain the guilt...with the added bonus of discouraging specificity in claims or rational responses.

NSA...and the Fox reporter being accused of "co-Conspirator/espionage" for warrant purposes in the leak investigation. Those are the only "scandals" with meat.

The rest have been shown to be partisan driven BS without substance to back the claims.

Before Obama came into office, guns WERE NOT walking across the border. Once again, Holder lied about his knowledge of it.

But they didn't lie....That is just the absolute fact of it after 11 + investigations and hearings.

The concept that they lied has been adopted by the right wing, while the facts show the opposite.

And how can a 'scandal' be orchestrated by some one else other than the fools that led the scandal to begin with???

Which BTW, is the Obama administration.

And why put quotes around the word?
Call it like it is, a SCANDAL!!!

Only Obama and his crew are responsible for their blunders.
Talk about not accepting responsibility.

No, not "scandals"... "criminal conspiracies"... let's call them what they really are...

The whole world, excluding Obama, Clinton and Rice, knew that the attack in Benghazi had nothing to do with the Muslim video trailer. If you want to believe that one, you're more naive than I thought you were.

Again...we can derail the thread, but it has been definitively shown that the policy was in place prior to Obama. Or is it your assertation that Operation Wide Reciever never existed? Project Gunrunner?
