Came across a page that has excellent piture and background information on Area 51 and surrounding areas. Including a pre developed picture of S-4 aka Papoose lake. Included is alot of history and historical photos etc. Its really worth checking out IMHO. Whats not here is alot of idle speculation or wild claims.

Excelent reference.
Very interesting with ref to the MIG 29 ans SU27
But then these two fighter aircraft were very simple yet could out perform similer aircraft that the USAF operate. (Well Ok thats a matter of debate )
But still very interesting page anyone with an interest in Area 51 should look.

Site's been up for awhile.Steve Hauser the site creator was on a episode about Area51 on Discovery Channel awhile ago.He climbed Tikaboo Peak to get a peek at the base with a telescope.Pretty cool stuff.

Has anyone watched the History Channel Documentary on Area 51?
There was this Documentary on Area 51 that said that it had been "moved" someplace else.
Meaning it was shut down.
Some of the reports were that the people who took a plane to the facility no longer took the planes.
Some even claimed that they drove by and saw no security personel outside the premises.
But no one said that they actually went to the facility.
