Could I make a request for all people putting their feet up on me, um, I mean the coffee table to take their shoes off at the door.

I think it would be more comfortable for everyone involved.

I used to like planes until I started flying (or rather being flown by somebody else) a lot.

I was struck by lightning in a Dornier 228 over the Himalayan foothills once, if that gives me any cred in there.

Thank you Zaphod most gracious of you,I will drop by sometimes.Actually most of my threads seem to die not with a bang but with a whimper

But it's usually about rather obscure subject matter anyway,so not a great loss.I don't know if I've ever killed a thread of anyone else? I seem to do pretty good jobs on my own threads,albeit unintentionally:-)

Isn't that in similar style akin to the likes of Al Gore and Paris Hilton? It's the Willy Wonky of ATS threads, is basically what you're getting at.

I was asked nicely to remove my shoes.

I complied.

I was most receptive of the complimentary nose plug - thingies.

The foot massage was just awesome ! ( thanks Shugo ! )

The only problem was; on my way out there was an unseen yet particularly large and concentrated;

pachyderm egg, which required a thorough scrubbing by various nubile ... ummm that's not my point.

Anyhow, can you please be a little more thorough or possiblly train a couch as a bench warmer ?
