You don't believe Madeleine McCann even existed and are blaming her abduction, which happened in another nation, in this instance Portugal for the extensive CCTV networks all across the UK, and in every major town and city, which have been there since long before the little girl's disappearance.

What you are suggesting makes absolutely no sense ltrz2025, plain and simple.

You are using her abduction to climb atop your own misplaced soap box which is rather sick by my guesstimation.

By the way, protests of CCTV goes back to at least 1997 with the May Day protest in Brighton.

A $50 DNA test should tell this woman if she is from Polish parents.

It is rather a convenient claim through.

I mean if she is serious, mum or dad's hair brush, or just about anything else that gets deposited in their toilet bin would suffice, compliance or otherwise.

I'm thinking if there was any sort of veracity to her claims authorities would be involved and require tests and samples to be provided or acquired.

It is a criminal offence to test a person’s DNA without the informed consent of the person from which the sample came from.

Good luck getting a test done without permission.

False representation is also a criminal offense and qualified as common fraud according to article 286 of the Polish Criminal Code.

Which is kind of what the lady in question appears to be doing by making these claims.

Again if there was any weight or credibility to her story authorities would most likely require testing to establish veracity.

They don't need luck or tests because the woman is plainly full of crap and possibly in need of speaking to some kind of mental health care professional given the delusions she seems to harbor.

You seem to be also forgetting her own DNA would suffice where elimination purposes are concerned.

Not even any real need for the parent's DNA.

Im sure her parents have told her who they are.

Itisnowagain Madeleine Mccann's DNA will be a matter of Police record.

All that would be required to eliminate the claim made by the lady in question is a sample of her own DNA for comparison.

Edit: I don't think the McCanns are up for supplying a sample or entertaining the woman's delusions, but again the little girl's DNA will be a matter of Police record for identification purposes should the need arise.

If she has had no one help her identity who she is and where she came from .....then she is not falsely representing and is not committing a criminal offense.
She has every right to question and wonder, without being called offensive names.

Well if she's causing offense, and I'm sure that's how the McCanns see the matter, not that i have any sympathy for them.

Then she may well indeed be committing "false representation" which is a criminal act of fraud that has already been explained to you.

She is free to wonder as much as she pleases, but when she starts to make claims publicly, that's a different matter.

As to her rights well she does not appear to have a leg to stand on.

Hence the fact that to date authorities are not even bothering to test the premise of her argument by way of DNA testing.

If she's going to cause offense then people are apt to return the favor.
