Kind of hard to use other missiles when you don’t have them. I feel bad for the people believe they pulled out of Kyiv because of peace talks. Countless Russia deaths, destroyed air and armor, and lack of munitions. Literally ever source outside of Russian ones has said how Russia has embarrassed itself militarily and ran out of most munitions. You can’t honestly believe that everyone is lying about Russia? China and North Korea even stay silent on the subject. Which is very telling.
Keep cheerleading though. Even the losing team needs cheerleaders.
The worst part about this for Russia is they showed their hand militarily and the world powers are not impressed. Literally the only thing Russia has left is nukes to fall back on. The world is not impressed with the Russian conventional military….at all.
Experts said Russia is likely to turn to China to buy software and hardware products if it is cut off from U.S. and European products for too long. And Russia might have to scramble to find enough physical connections for its internet traffic if neighboring countries or non-Russian companies refuse traffic that runs through overland fiber optic cables.

Belarus-based analyst released Wednesday video footage reportedly showing a column of Russian military vehicles with “V” marks, which was moving from Rechitsa towards Gomel along the M10 highway.
“There were at least 8 Tochka-U, several BTR-82a, about 9 KamAZ trucks, some of which are carrying Tochka-U missiles, communication vehicle and a crane,” the MotolkoHelp said in a Twitter post.
Russian Armed Forces are reportedly using Tochka-U to strike targets in Ukraine.

The fact is that the Soviet Tochka-U missile system has long been out of service with the Russian Armed Forces.
"As the source of the publication clarified, the last missile brigade in the Russian Armed Forces received the Iskander at the end of November 2019. The 448th Missile Brigade of the 20th Guards Combined Arms Army of the Western Military District stationed in Kursk has completed re-equipment from the 9K79-1 Tochka-U operational-tactical missile systems to the new 9K720 Iskander-M operational-tactical missile systems.
Until recently, the 448th missile brigade was the last of the 13 missile brigades of the Russian Armed Forces, equipped with outdated Tochka-U missile systems. Thus, the re-equipment of this brigade marks the final removal of the Tochka-U OTMS from the armament of the linear units of the Russian Armed Forces (although, probably, the operation of the Tochka-U will continue for some time with parts of the 60th training center for the combat use of the Rocket Forces and Artillery of the Ground Russian troops in Kapustin Yar).
The remaining 12 missile brigades received Iskander-M OTMS brigade sets from 2010 to 2019 (nine brigades were re-equipped with Tochka-U OTMS and three brigades - 3rd, 12th and 464th - were additionally formed)."

And you can list these brigades, their numbers, locations and photographs of weapons.

So if both sides use the same missiles it's down to who you believe be the culprit I guess.
TV 2 points out that the Special Operations Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced in early March that it would no longer show mercy, but would "slaughter like pigs" anyone who contributes to bombing civilians. POWs are officially protected persons. It is not allowed to carry out executions without a trial. A prisoner of war can in principle be brought to trial and sentenced to death, but the death penalty has been abolished in almost all European countries. Once soldiers have laid down their arms and are captured, they must be spared under international law.

Kapustin Yar in the Volgograd region of Russia is the world's largest testing ground for anti-missile systems. Tochka-U missiles were used as living mock targets. But these missiles are so ancient and primitive that they are guaranteed to be intercepted by modern medium and short-range air defense systems. This was shown by numerous interceptions of Ukrainian Tochki-U in Donetsk, Lugansk, Taganrog and Belgorod.
Even as mock targets, they have long been irrelevant.
Tell me then. Since they intercept every other single Ukrainian Tochki, why not this one?
Ohh, because it was fired from Russians.

Russia trying to flex it new missile system was the cause of it outing it’s own troll now. Can’t make stuff like this up.

Actually, yes. Video shows Russia has activated them.
For further consideration Sander1976 made a post about Ukrainians killing Russian POWs. Let me quote the quote:
TV 2 points out that the Special Operations Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced in early March that it would no longer show mercy, but would "slaughter like pigs" anyone who contributes to bombing civilians. POWs are officially protected persons. It is not allowed to carry out executions without a trial. A prisoner of war can in principle be brought to trial and sentenced to death, but the death penalty has been abolished in almost all European countries. Once soldiers have laid down their arms and are captured, they must be spared under international law.
So you have a commander being in a rage of passion, obviously he didn’t think it would turn up later, saying to slaughter like pigs anyone who contributes to bombing civilians. So while being used to prove the wholesale slaughter of POWs, in the same sentence it confirms Russian bombing of civilians.
So people use it to complain about murder of POWs, they don’t realize it is also showing the murder of civilians.
While I condemn the slaughter of POWs, I know it’s happening it’s war. If you were in his shoes and innocent civilians dying to Russian bombs in your country….can you blame him? The human element is always taken for granted.
