The fact is that the Soviet Tochka-U missile system has long been out of service with the Russian Armed Forces.
"As the source of the publication clarified, the last missile brigade in the Russian Armed Forces received the Iskander at the end of November 2019. The 448th Missile Brigade of the 20th Guards Combined Arms Army of the Western Military District stationed in Kursk has completed re-equipment from the 9K79-1 Tochka-U operational-tactical missile systems to the new 9K720 Iskander-M operational-tactical missile systems.
Until recently, the 448th missile brigade was the last of the 13 missile brigades of the Russian Armed Forces, equipped with outdated Tochka-U missile systems. Thus, the re-equipment of this brigade marks the final removal of the Tochka-U OTMS from the armament of the linear units of the Russian Armed Forces (although, probably, the operation of the Tochka-U will continue for some time with parts of the 60th training center for the combat use of the Rocket Forces and Artillery of the Ground Russian troops in Kapustin Yar).
The remaining 12 missile brigades received Iskander-M OTMS brigade sets from 2010 to 2019 (nine brigades were re-equipped with Tochka-U OTMS and three brigades - 3rd, 12th and 464th - were additionally formed)."

Zelensky now is completely under the control of the British special forces. His guards are all British. If he says anything that the British do not tell him to, he will be destroyed on the spot. And he knows it.
And Britain needs eternal war in Ukraine, eternal chaos, so that the Russian people on both sides kill each other for as long as possible.

The fact is that the Soviet Tochka-U missile system has long been out of service with the Russian Armed Forces. More than 20 years ago, it was replaced by the Iskader missile system, the third modification of which is now in service. Tochka-U is in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Prior to the start of the Russian military operation, Ukraine had about 700 Tochka-U missiles and about 80 self-propelled tracked launch vehicles to launch them.
*snip*
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are armed with a large amount of old and obsolete equipment, which leads to misses. For example, on October 4, 2001, the Ukrainian military organized an air defense exercise in Crimea with demonstration firing from S-200 and S-300 systems. And as a result, a passenger plane was shot down over the Black Sea which resulted in the death of 78 people.

Kramatorsk is a city of the Donetsk People's Republic, which was under the occupation of the Nazi battalions of Ukraine for 8 years. These are the same residents as the residents of Donetsk and Luhansk, whom the Kyiv regime does not consider people whom Kyiv has been systematically destroying for 8 years and whom it is ready to sacrifice for the sake of provocation.
On 24 February 2022, a 9M79 Tochka missile was used by Russian forces striking near a hospital building in Vuhledar, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, killing 4 civilians and wounding 10. Amnesty International investigation confirmed that a hospital was targeted, not a military target

Pretty much what I was thinking too?
the answer is "the Great Game" ?
While Im a fan of history and its linkage to current events, this seems dubious at best.

Fantastic claims require at least some evidence from this century

You do realize that large numbers of people had worked out over a week ago that Russia was more or less out of its regular missiles. Hell its just not missiles either, Russia has been fielding crap from 50+ years ago in their invasion the last couple of weeks, hell Russians were seen fielding motorcycle flatbeds with WW2 machine guns mounted on them lol. Yet somehow this is 100% a Ukrainian missile only and not the Russians dredging their old arsenal for munitions and armaments?
So the missile landed in an area that is a separatist pro Russian held break away region that calls itself a republic... yet somehow its the Ukrainians bombing themselves? You do realize that every time the Ukrainians have tried to get a humanitarian corridor going for civilian evacuations in cities undersiege the last month and the Russians say every time yeah we'll let you... the Russians turn around and start shelling the corridors any way.
Provocation?... who the f'ing f is the country that invaded the other? f me f'ing sideways... what on earth is Ukraine trying to provocate in any of this? Honestly, WTF?
From what i can find Ukraine has(had) 90 Tochka-U (not your 700).
Also you say Russia has none of these missiles... then why did this happen according to Wiki?

And you just jumped the shark, the stadium next to the pool, the car park, the state border and landed into a stable low orbit around Earth with that one... wow.
