With just cause in my humble opinion. I started off as Anti- Rittenhouse, but after watching the trial, I have revised my opinion.

I also started off Anti-Rittenhouse. After watching the video's it's clear as day he was defending himself because he wasn't experienced enough to handle the situation he helped create.
What he's guilty of I don't know.

If you watch all the videos you can clearly see the confrontation that was 100% one-sided with Rosenbaum the aggressor.

Just so happens both parties somehow ran into each other again when Kyle was on his own and Rosenbaum saw his opportunity to chase him down. The kid got scared and it snowballed from that point.

He wasn't mature enough to handle the situation like the cool calm and collected operator he thought he could be.
As I said previously. I don't know what the charge should be in this case...If any.

American Law state on state varies massively, never mind anywhere else on this planet.

It is indeed a test case. The Police's failure to protect property also helped in fueling the fire..so to speak.

Sorry, we're talking about 2 different things. I thought you were referring to the alleged pointing of the gun at the other guy who fired the shot in the air which triggered Rosembaum and the chain reaction that follows. That's specifically what they are trying to prove right now with this drone video.

People will never stop defending or protecting themselves because of some law or precedent.

What will happen is that there will be a lot of missing persons and my buddy with a backhoe will be busy.

I was specifically talking about when Kyle turned just as he got to the two cars. He was clearly pointing his gun in Rosenbaum's direction.

At this point, the wheels were already in motion. Rosenbaum wasn't stopping and lunged at Kyle. Kyle pulled the trigger.

Apparently, the software "Handbrake" was used to compress the drone video in dispute and then rename it when it was first sent via text, then email, then put on a jump drive.

I probably should just block/ignore you because you OBVIOUSLY did not watch this trial. Every comment you have made is 100% evidence of this. Your talking points are from CNN, not the evidence presented in the trial. In fact, even the prosecutors would disagree with you.

Been thinking about the video being texted to them and the comment the prosecution made about their smart phones.

I don't use a smart phone, don't want one don't need one. I still use a flip phone just for calls that i have to make or emergencies.

I haven't seen one in a long time on a laptop or desktop and don't know if they still do it or not, but don't video players display a pop up that a video has been compressed and is a lower quality do you want to view the original file.

If that is still so wouldn't that suggest that if they do, the video was manipulated before being sent, and not due to text compression?

Maybe the jury needs to be assured that if there are riots when Kyle is set free that Kyle will be free to protect the jury? But if they convict and people riot, Kyle can’t help them. I mean, the kid single-handedly ended the rioting in Kenosha the last time after all.

It was just reported that the file received by the defense was created 21 minutes later than the file held by the prosecution. So far the prosecution hasn't even been able to BS that one away.

It appears rather than a mistrial, the prosecution is going to make everything requested available to the defense.
