I remember seeing a stand up comedian who laid out the illogical idiocy of security lines at airports... liquid could be bombs, so everyone put your liquid filled containers in these trash bins near all these people in line...

I would attribute the bit but I don't have time on my phone at the moment.

I sincerely hope the fatalities are minimal and send prayers to those affected. Changes the way you think about things now that I'm raising my daughter who's only 10 months old. How do you explain this type of thing to a kid, if it indeed was not an accident?

It was in the 70's. Dust off your stool and order another.

Never give in to terror or terror wins. Was true then, is true now.

( but find and bury the bastards)

Supposedly another explosion in Victoria station. It appears to have been explosives using nails. Here is an injured woman. I'm beginning to think the explosion was outside the concert and they just panicked.

Quite sad on twitter to see the photos of missing teens at the concert people are trying to get a hold of but can't.

The radio just said counter terrorism are treating it as a potential terrorist incident.

And from the sounds of it security stopped the potential bomber from getting into the arena, hence the explosion in the foyer

I saw that too. Is it correct, is there any confirmation?

That's the same here in Australia, at least for football (soccer) games I have attended. Mind you I get there super early because I hate crowds.

This looks really bad, not much info after a hour other than multiple casualties and fatalities.

Keep seeing reports of other explosions at train stations and even shootings.

Sounds like a very confusing picture.

Even better ... for American football we tailgate which means lots and lots of BBQ in the parking lots. They have barrels for hot coals. Imagine a device in one of those disposal barrels in the parking lot.

It's a grim sign when it's already this high.

God bless the kids, the parents, and the U.K.

This is TERRIBLE.

Regarding security eye witness statements of security presnce and checking all bags, Caller stated that a security gaurd has prevented a larger disaster by preventing person on foot with bomb entering arena and reducing loss of innocent lives, if this is true then he should be honored

RIP to him/her if this is true

Attacking kids at a concert? The POS bastards that want to be hated and attacked with a vengeance to further their cause. Terrorism 101.

The usual suspects, circa 2017.

Yup when you look at other recent attacks the news cycle usually starts off talking about a few casualties, maybe one or two deaths.

But just saying that there have been multiple fatalities so soon after the news then the news already talking about double figures.

Very worrying.
