Loud Bangs heard in Manchester UK

I just got an email from work saying our crew on this tour made it out safe and that there was definitely an event that didn't have to do with the production in any way...Or I'd have heard by now. I hope they get on top of this and shut down any further attacks hearing that there may be another isn't a good sign.

This is pretty much the same feeling I had with Sandy Hook. This just isn't right. Most of these victims are just kids.

I think your link shows one of the problems with 24 hour news and social media when it comes to getting the facts with these types of events.

What I find scary is how many young kids have attended this concert on their own. No friends or family with them.

Likely, but there was speculation they were studying how to draw all emergency response to one area in order to attack others.

Haven't seen it manifest though.

Radical Islamic terrorism right now seems the most likely.

However i would point out that in the UK we have threats from other terrorist entities such as Irish republicans and nationalists. So yeah i agree that as this develops we are probably going to find out that this has been a act of Islamic terrorism however I am going to keep a open mind for now
