"It was during experiments with Shiva that another serious unexpected problem appeared. The infrared light generated by the Nd:glass lasers was found to interact very strongly with the electrons in the plasma created during the initial heating through the process of stimulated Raman scattering. This process, referred to as "hot electron pre-heating", carried away a great amount of the laser's energy, and also caused the core of the target to heat before it reached maximum compression. This meant that much less energy was being deposited in the center of the collapse, both due to the reduction in implosion energy, as well as the outward force of the heated core. Although it was known that shorter wavelengths would reduce this problem, it had earlier been expected that the IR frequencies used in Shiva would be "short enough". This proved not to be the case"

Hi all.

"Here, we show theoretically that the enhanced fluctuations in the antisqueezed quadrature of a squeezed vacuum state allow for engineering interactions between electric dipoles without the need for a photonic structure. Thus, the strength and range of the interactions can be engineered in a time-dependent way by changing the spatial profile of the squeezed vacuum in a traveling-wave geometry, which also allows the implementation of chiral dissipative interactions"
journals.aps.org...

Is it possible for a form of negative mass to be generated in the area due to what they were doing?

Could this this be the odd air form that interacted on the first night and possibly consecutive nights?

"coupling to this from certain distances Fluctuations causing different interactions"

Would any energy generated in the from this cause a form of coupling to individuals depending on distance or other factors?

Could this also, potentially, warp spacetime causing a form of artificial gravity?

Adam,

do you have the physics/metaphysics version of experiencer syndrome?

Lets say that there was a negative mass star drive being tested... would they
test it on a rented nuclear airbase?

Would they test it in space above a rented nuclear air base?

Would they allow such a wondrous craft to fly anywhere unescorted for
any period of time?

If it existed, and crashed at RFI, I would imagine that they would have had
it on radar tracking from all over the world... not just NATO.. but everybody
wold have a shot at seeing it descend.

That never happened.

Ok... all that simple stuff aside..

This article, while on a related topic, was very informative to me.. I'm not
educated about "stretched space" and what that means.. but this article
was very helpful:

en.wikipedia.org...

I can see that possibly there could be a negative mass craft, which had some sort
of pulsed negative mass drive.. if you are going to rob peter to pay paul
(have lessened uncertainty for a bit.. you have to have increased uncerainty
to equal out.. that's what that article said to me).

now.. these effects are very TINY.. I think it would take a really huge ship, to
allow for huge banks of possibly supercooled, superconducting bose condensate
mass state, to possibly reduce uncertainty in pulsed phases.. then you could
aim a laser or whatever at these banks of squeezed space.. and potentially
get massless, ejeca free drive. that's what I took away.

But I'm not a physicist.. I just took basic nuclear physics, basic thermodynamics,
basic nuclear chemistry and the like.. I have had no quantum mechanics at all..

So maybe with a mammoth, ridiculous ship, you could get some sort of ejecta
free dive system.

Of course if you got up to 5% of the speed of light eventually... a single mote
of dust hitting you would destroy you... that's just one of a million things..

But again.. I'm a techie.. not a physicist.

Kev

PS: Adam.. just so you know.. I'm not picking on you.. you are brighter than the average
bear and I really value you on ATS. But you did ask my opinion... and just like I give myself
no mercy, I won't BS anyone.. even a friend. Keep thinking.. keep up the excellent work.

I find no malice in your reply.

After some careful consideration, my last post was in the context of ejecting a structured object on the first night within my thoughts in line with the summary from pigsy2400,

What I find most intriguing is that for an Alcubierre drive to work, it would require something like negative mass to achieve its desired outcome.

Which is what Harold Puthoff spacetime metric theorizes the way to warp spacetime and.....

"A theme that has come to the fore in advanced planning for long-range space exploration is the concept that empty space itself (the quantum vacuum, or spacetime metric) might be engineered so as to provide energy/thrust for future space vehicles. Although far-reaching, such a proposal is solidly grounded in modern physical theory, and therefore the possibility that matter/ vacuum interactions might be engineered for space-flight applications is not a priori ruled out"

I"m glad that my less than perfect social skills do not disturb you.

I know about Harold Puthoff's thoughts on negative mass
and "warp engines".

I put them on the same level as his thoughts on e-meters,
but he's a major physicist brain and I am not.

so perhaps he's right?

I am very (extremely, off the scale interested) in the topic of coupling between
organic systems and the "raw laws of physics" so to speak. Whether quantum or
classical.

I may have to go out and hire a specialist, as I can't get a good egg with the
required skill set to BS with me for 5 minutes on a very difficult topic.

It has the ring of the possible and highly obnoxious to it.

Away from the main events around Xmas 1980, Steve La Plume witnessed what appeared to be a 'structured craft' some 2-3weeks later in Jan 1981. Although he has kindly participated in this thread a few years ago he prefers to keep out of the limelight. He rarely gives interviews and has spoken only a few times about his experience.

My personal thoughts are thus; We were Efed with in some manner to believe we saw a UFO. I can not explain how Penniston came up with a bunch of 001101010101010 stuff to actually get Coordinates to hot spots around the world one of which was in China at a place that is one of the most sacred Mountains in Chinese culture and historically was very important to the Chinese. Again a whole slew of unanswered questions makes this case very interesting.

I talked to John Burroughs about this like maybe 4 years ago and he at the time seemed to think Electro Magnetic Radiation would have been used to somehow make us open our minds while perhaps holograms were shown. again I have no clue. But I do know that there are a few side effects to this upon studying it and radiation burns to the eyes as some had. Uncontrolled feeling of grief or doom (Some airmen were supposedly seen leaning against trees and crying) and also a very aggressive attitude where there was none before. I would have to say I fell in to that category.

For the life of me I can not understand how Palmer and I could see a craft over our heads so close to the Flight tower and we were the only two people on base to see this huge craft. There had to be something kinky going on. Do I believe it was a real UFO from outer space. Hell I have no clue. I doubt I will ever figure that out. What I do know is the reaction of the Officers was out of the Norm. I mean who in their right mind would bring their wife and teen age kid to an investigation like this. They went in to the woods like a bunch of kids going to look for elfs. really it was more of a "Oh boy I hope get to see one" sense more than "Ok lets see what is breaching our security" Totally befuddled even a snot nosed kid like I was at the time. Please remember I had just turned 18 a few months earlier and was quite immature at the time.

The one thing that I do find interesting is that, as much as my posts answers all of main questions quite nicely, sadly things are never that easy to just lay down like that.

I was purely putting down my thoughts based on my observations, things I have learned from individuals that were there and other aspects I would have never considered or knew anything about until I looked deeper into topics that people like Kev bring to the table.

Interestingly, I never addressed the tracked radar returns that the "objects" caused.

Interestingly there has been some research into BOL where it has occurred when there are no thunderstorms present. However there is research and speculation that states;

Other theories have suggested ball lightning is created by slowly burning particles of silicon formed in a lightning strike, but this is flawed. One of the ball lightning observations cited in this paper occurred when there was no thunderstorm and was driven by ions from the aircraft radar operated at maximum power during a dense fog

Study Explains Ball Lightning

I have got some of the basic weather data for the Rendlesham area during the month of December 1980, but it only states the average temperature and I cannot find any more hard data to back up what the weather was like apart from the witnesses themselves.

I mentioned in a post a few pages ago but didnt expand on it, that no one mentions or talks about the time of year that it was. "If" this was a weapon that was supposed to "project holograms or images" (interesting as THz applications are mainly within the imaging industry) then maybe the christmas period was used to see if people would see images or hallucinations based on the christian religion.

I don't know, I feel like I am clutching at straws with that one.

But with the quote you have there from Burroughs MM and how he states how the personnel on base reacted, leaning against trees and crying, overtly aggressive behavior. I am not one to congratulate my self or gloat on my own predictions or theories (thinking oneself is always right is why the world is a horrible place) but it just makes logical sense to me that it was a weapons test on military personnel.

"IF" it was a weapons test, where was the "weapon" stored/located?
How was it deployed?
Was it even on base or at a remote location?

Was there any unusual activity around the base in the days prior?
I feel that wont be known, as the memories and experience of what happened are all about the "event" which i think is a shame. I would love to know what it was like on the base in the days and weeks prior and if anything "arrived" or if anything else out of the norm occurred.

As far as I know there are no tracked radar returns. There are people who have told us about radar returns. But there are no actual radar paints from the nights in question that can be presented as evidence.

I've already posted the meteorological data twice in the last 10 pages or so.

You might want to re-read this part of the thread : www.abovetopsecret.com...

But what I find difficult to comprehend is that exotic weapons would be tested on American servicemen on UK soil during the last days of 1980. A time when there were tensions in Poland, US hostages held in Iran and a new US President was due to be sworn in in less than a month's time! Not only that the whole thing carried on for a number of days.

I'm willing to believe that they saw a 'craft' in the manner that I "saw a craft".

That means there was no craft.. it was a fricking Leprechaun or something...
or some massive EMF that made them hallucinate/possibly get some radar trace..
or whatever.. but it was not a physical craft.

Now even if they "saw a structured craft" 2-3 weeks later, that in no way
has *anything* to do with nights 1,2,3.

So my statement stands.

During nights 1,2,3 nobody credibly saw a structured craft.

That's my take.

BTW, you know that I *adored* Star Trek too. I really wanted to have it be
possible that friendly aliens in nuts and bolts ships might help misguided
humanity some day.

But instead, we are on hell planet, of our own making, and we are infested
with cranky Pixies! It's NOT what i wanted to be true.. at any point in my
life.

But nobody asked me what I wanted.

This is what the foo fighters were... created by that powerful radar.

We are littering our environment with yummy EMF/plasma sources, that never
existed in the past like they do now... and "other forces" appear to be playing
games with that flotsam.. just like they do with human "EMF/other waste".

its seems so credible.. that's my take anyway.

That's been my basic point on that topic for some time.

Now..

You may not know it, but i was part of the Iran Hostage crisis #2 rescue attempt.
(yes, there was a second time that hostages were kept in the
iranian embassy. It was highly covered up, due to embarassment).

I was told by the intelligence agent on my ship, that after 10
years I was allowed to speak about it... that was in something
like 1983. I don't recall the exact year. I remember being
a fully qualified nuclear engineroom supervisor when it happened,
and I was manning a firehose without food or sleep for like
12 hours.

it was CRAZY. The tension and seeming DESPERATION was just
crazy.

I think that if there was some fricking weird weapons option
to help rescue those people who were slaughtered, we'd
have taken it.. I don't care if there were little green
men involved and it was required that we kiss the blarney
stone to activate it.. we'd have done it.

So if there was some desperate weapon they considered
a last minute test for, before deploying it. I guess it's
possible..

but that whole weapon thing, while it sounds good on
paper.. doesn't really fit into the narrative.

YET.

For BOL to be that "frisky" over 3 nights, seems rather
unusual.. it would seem that something attracted them..

Could have been just fricking some URi-geller inffested
guy shows up for duty that first night.. that's all it would
have taken.. or almost anything.
