Very interesting Adam. Perhaps someone can explain slide no. 68?

I havent read that private paper...
But wow that stretch makes all my theories put together resemble Newtons Third Law in comparison.

Once you read the Davis/Valee paper (its on JV's website) you will see what i mean.

Reference

I"m not sure which is the most commonly quoted version of Dr. Puthoff's paper..
but I'm sure Adam has it bookmarked!

Glad you joined up just to answer!

Now the more difficult part of the question

Exactly how does a fictional character write a private paper?

Well when i sent my papers out to the "Invisible College" through JV,
I used the nom Deplume "Kevin PrettyBear", so I guess that someone
else got even more "cute" than I did.

Good observation!

I have only seen "contact" once.. as I hate the movie..

I guess I'll just put this out here.. i was going to just PM it.

My theory is that the 100.000000000000000000% bull# involved here,
is that someone wants to cram disinformation down our throats, that
little green men who are space aliens, are using HP's warp ship theory,
they then land at RFI and it was the warp core that zapped our erstwhile
heroes. Or I suppose they might go for Time Travel... but that's no better.

That sickens me on a scale that is hard to describe.

It flies in the face of even rudimentary logic.

But everyone is entitled to an opinion, and the right to push
nonsense down other people's throats.

(some people say the same about me).

John Burroughs has constantly put out "Contact". I doubt for the good of his health? Ellie has been a staple on his page.

I'm not in any way digging into anything private...

but could you explain more what you and he mean?

Now.. if there was some energy field (a sentient BOL say) and let's say
John felt some form of communication with it.. that's pretty standard
stuff...

It's only the "warp core" delusion that really irritates me.. as nuts and
bolts is a massive pschoclogical operation.. that in some ways is more
than 200 years old.

Automatic writing?

To be fair, we don't get the presentation here, just the slides, so we don't know if an explanation was offered. (Or if anybody noticed.) BTW, I looked into MARAUDER a little and as of 1993 they were still trying to make it work, so it's a little late for RFI.

As indicated, i'm just now reading the book.

I still maintain that it's higher quality than I expected (no offense intended..
"UFO books tend to be pretty disappointing).

I'm just now reading Jim Penniston's story about the binary code.

My first comment, is that the symptoms he's describing.. the sensory
impressions.. are ALL classic high-strangeness BOL symptoms..

the static field.. the "dead air" (silence). I believe him that he encounterd
a non-physical energy field just like I did in 2013. It's all there.

Now.. I won't speak to the whole "binary code thing", other than to say
that when I experienced a BTUFO in 2013, i too had a sensation of
a mass data download that wanted to find clarity and emerge into
my conscious mind.

Only I ignored it, as I knew it would be deception.

Oh a few things forced themselves into my mind.. the whole South
Pole thing was very persistent.. the concept that sentient BOL
were getting caught in military craft and damaged.. very persistent..
over years as a matter of fact.. would not go away.

So I have a certain sympathy for Jim Penniston.

But in all likelyhood those "binary codes" meant nothing of any
significance.. I mean.. they haven't had any real impact.. or
communicated any information that hasn't been heard in a similar
vein since Adamski.

i won't address the fraud issue.. most people on this forum seem to
agree that the symbols and codes were pure, caught red-handed
fraud.

Well that might be true.. (I can certainly understand why peoople
are saying that). But it means nothing to me either way. if its fraud..
then it's like MOST of UFOlogy. If it's NOT fraud, then its just
Experiencer Syndrome and has no significance.

I understand that to the experiencer it means a LOT. But if you study
the Phenomenon for 50+ years you learn that YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL;
YOU ARE NOT SOME PROPHET.

Some 30 years ago I had delusions about this very thing.. it didn't help
that I had people telling me that... who were priming me to fulfill
their crazy plans.. and USE ME.

So i can understand what happened to Jim Penniston with utmost
clarity, as it happened to me.. and the event was only of significance
to Jim, and not one other living being in the world, in all likelyhood..
just like it is with most every other experiencer that has ever lived.

So I don't take it as negative or a "psyop" that his account was included
in the book.. it was HIS ACCOUNT and the man deserves to be heard.
That doesn't mean his account was worth anything.. but that's a
different matter entirely.

Ok... question for the experts..

Can anyone verify Jim Penniston's claim that he was rather brutally
interviewed for months by various agencies and individuals of all
kinds?

One would think that is not so esoteric a thing.. that that could
be verified at least somewhat?

I mean, he's have missed a lot of duty shifts for his normal
job. That would be documented..

Just curious.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit if people were brutalized by
various agencies for a variety of reasons.. but it has never
been verified, right?

Thanks,

Kev

PS:

I don't think it's true.. but if there was indeed a big circle with a triangle
in it.. and an upper circle outside and a lower circle outside.. that
symbol might be exactly something that a Dark Ages "magician"
might have used to summon a demon.. or angel.. or enochian
entity.. maybe Jim was lucky that he didn't get ll "Evil Dead 2'ed"
and sucked into the dark ages.. being summoned by a magician.

I'm 90% kidding.. but what he described is arather typical
magician's symbol.. I'm surprised that nobody ever has gone
there.

If you follow John Burroughs Facebook page you will note the "Contact" theme. Heck, even the Phenomenon radio he and Linda host, one of the banners is of John walking on the beach "borrowed " from the movie.

Well I halfway finished the book.

By this I mean, I read from the "Condign Report" chapter, which had good information
that I was lacking to the end.

I had had someone from this thread ask me, whether I thought Nick Pope was hopelessly
corrupted by the "cabal of bull-# like TTSA for example".

Here's my answer:

Scarcely one single thing that Nick Pope put in the end summary had any connection
with know facts. There was no value to the end summary whatsoever.. it was a disjointed
"tell people what they want to hear" salute to the grotesque global deception.

And this was after the really good information about Condign.

To say that I'm disappointed in the worthless ending to the book is an understatement.

I had hoped the Brits wouldn't just go along with the Yanks deception program.

Ah well.

Bits of the book are quite excellent.

It's a monument to our times..

Good day MM.

When the name Ellie Arroway appears on John's post, I notice he types it as 'Ellie Arroway'

This suggests to me this may be part of the 'more to come' aspect of the next Woodbridge Conference.

Also looking at things and how they stand now, I really do not think that he would have missed this, considering it has already been addressed on earlier posts to this thread.

I think the conference will be the place to address these questions.

I will let you know the outcome.

Well for our friend 808Funk there is a summary here from about a year ago :

www.abovetopsecret.com...

I might do another one eventually as we are almost another 100 pages on from that now.

In other news there was a Guardian column about Project Condign today (even though it is not named specifically). Some interesting comments from the author are:

"...we can not discount the possibility that UAPs are real” or that they could be natural phenomena but with “possible military applications”. “It could be argued that UAPs pose a potential threat to the defence of the realm since we have no idea what they are,” the writer continues.

It emerges that the analyst commissioned to write the report had a personal interest in the subject. Pointing out that the same UFO questionnaire had been in use since the 1950s, he notes: “I filled one in myself after a sortie when flying in the RAF at the time.” The author adds that he wishes to keep a low profile for fear that the media “would undoubtedly link [this work] with my other known activities on SDI [strategic defence initiative, better known as the Star Wars project], BM [ballistic missile] defence etc.”

Documents reveal how MoD played down ‘UFO thesis’ in X-Files study

Additionally we had British fortean researcher Nick Redfern mentioning Rendlesham in :

Aliens: Us From A Future Time?

while under hypnosis, Penniston stated that our presumed aliens are, in reality, visitors from a far-flung future. That future, Penniston added, is very dark, in infinitely deep trouble, polluted and where the Human Race is overwhelmingly blighted by reproductive problems. The answer to those same, massive problems, Penniston was told by the entities he met in the woods, is that they travel into the distant past – to our present day – to secure sperm, eggs and chromosomes, all as part of an effort to try and ensure the continuation of the severely waning Human Race of tomorrow.

And even Dr. David Clarke has written an update on this blog

Why Britain’s MoD closed the UFO files: exclusive new evidence

Concerning the author of Condign the picture is becoming a little clearer.

...investigations discovered he is a retired RAF pilot and intelligence officer who flew top secret missions during the Cold War.

During the 1980s he advised on the sensor aspects of the Pentagon’s ‘Star Wars’ missile programme. Until his retirement he worked for GEC-Marconi, the premier electronics company in the UK, now part of BAE Systems....The new papers reveal this man also had a personal interest in UFOs. In one of his memos to the UFO desk he refers to his own sighting of ‘aerial phenomena’ whilst flying with the RAF in 1950s.

Some intelligence officers expressed belief in the existence of a ‘real’ phenomenon. In a April 1997 policy document another DI officer refers to ‘Extraterrestrial Objects’ (ETOs) as one potential explanation for UFOs.........

There is a lot of other information in all of those sources above. Read them carefully.

Surreal that the Condign author says i the memo: “I’ve not seen Redfern’s book yet”.

I note Clarke’s emphasis of the word public at the end.

I think he has something here, and well recognises it.

Having said that, the timing here is odd with what is happening over the Atlantic.
