Something will happen on August 23rd. Or start. Or continue on that day. Either way, something is starting, or continuing on that day.

I hear ya. I've seen hundreds of Doomsday threads over the nine years I've been coming here and not one has panned out. It's like the Seinfeld episode where George decides the opposite must be the way to go. As long as the people on here make end-times predictions, rest assured nothing will happen.
