The best way to handle civil war is to handle it civilly. How Many people actually write letters to there congressmen? a very small handlefull. we have now the most powerfull tool ever known to mankind at the tip of our fingers. there are many of you smart enough out ther to design a site that people (Rashional People) go to so we could Collectively Concentrate and share our aguements of protest and generate downloadable letters that can be mail by the citezens by the masses to express imediate urgency for changes, recall of of crooked polititians, protest illegal one sided evidence and history destroying agencies, and tell them how pissed off everyone is getting. At this point an unorganized civil war would be music to their ears, an excuse to blow away anyone they felt raised a finger of protest would surely be slain. But standing together United as Americans we have the capabilility to put alot of pressure on to purge the corruption and take back the constitution from the corporations, from people like the president of enron who walk scott (not peterson) free after sucking dry entire lifetimes of savings from little old men and women. This crap has got to stop, these people ned to be made examples of what not to do, not never ending protection from congress hiding under the fifth amendment, and thats only the tip of the iceburg!! Can you imagine a congressman getting flooded by a million letters within a week by a million different people all pissed off about the same things! in every state of the union ? If something like that did not generate a response THEN it would be time to say " HOUSTON, I THINK WE HAVE A PROBLEM!"

i dont know i would be all for a civil war..

between the governent holding valuable info from citizens of America and the rest of the world...then you got unethical politics and conspiracies and everything else......which holding some kinds of info from citizens and the world are definetely reasonable to sustain peace and sanity...

but anyways..a civil war would be logical...but the people not on the side of the government are in for a major war....of course we have long range hunting rifles, know the territories everywhere around where we live...as well as influence on our friends and family...

but then the government..they have very long range weapons...all kinds of awesome airplanes..helicopters as quiet as anything else you know...they have secrets such as whatevers inside of area 51 and every other secret area in America...could call on all that secret stuff if the government got backed into a corner as a last ditch effort...
they have snipers that could camouflage themselves to look the same as any piece of scenery around them and not look any different than the real thing...control over every piece of military in America...

the only way the opposers against the government could win would be strength in numbers...full assault kind of like something Napolean would do even...

but with lack of air support how would it be possible to win, the civil war wouldnt last a week before it was realized we were overwhelmed majorly...

what would the two sides name themselves anyways...maybe bring out the old rebel flag again...union vs. rebels...or would it be named something else

Writing letters and calling your senator or representative is step one, and unfortunately step one is no longer a viable option to produce any change in the system. When was the last time you had a steak dinner with your senator or made a major monetary contribution to their campaign? The Industrial Revolution, as I have said before, was indeed a revolution and the capitalist seized power in this country and the soverignty of "We the People" is a memory. You are not a constiuent of your representatives anymore. Do you honestly think that writing a letter is going to make an impact when we have folks like the 9-11 families filing law suits and beign told that the evidence they need to persue legal recourse is unavailable to them because of 'National Security" issues? There is no "Internal Affairs" department inside the US Government for our legislators or president to answer to, yes there are committees who would seem to function as such, but your asking criminals to investigate their own criminality, it simply isn't going to happen. Given the recent election scandals (yes I said scandals), how much more do you need to see to know that the power of the american people is not waning any more, but gone completely. Diebold and ESS put the final nail in the coffin of the soverignty of the American People. Write all the letters you like, it isn't going to make any difference. Free Enterprise was a great idea, capitalism was not.

Yes, mate. The second step is to try and wake the people up, but they are brainwashed beyond belief. The third step is?

I have some sad news for you all. The patriot act 2 and the national ID card bill, using the driving liscence and a biometric chip, has been passed. There is also a law to require all citizens to have a seperate ID card for boarding planes/travel(internal passport of Nazi Germany) This kind of bill was last passed under Hitler and the Soviet union.

www.prisonplanet.com...

In a chilling act more reminiscent of the now defunct Soviet Union or the Nazi regime of Adolph Hitler, the United States Congress passed legislation yesterday that requires the States to surrender their regulatory rights over driver’s licenses and birth certificates to The Department of Homeland Security.

The massive US Intelligence Reform Bill weighed in at over 3,000 pages and though unread by individual Members of either the House or Senate nevertheless passed all of the legislative hurdles needed in order to become law.

President Bush lobbied hard for these provisions, only objecting when Senator Sensenbrenner attempted to require these same provisions for illegal aliens but which the President opposed. This provision was dropped from the final bill.

Beginning in 2005, the Department of Homeland Security will issue new uniformity regulations to the States requiring that all Drivers Licenses and Birth Certificates meet minimal Federal Standards with regard to US citizen information, including biometric security provisions.

Added to currently existing Federal Laws and Supreme Court rulings American citizens when born will be issued a Social Security Number that will be included on their Birth Certificates, along with DNA biometric markers. All birth certificates will also be registered in a Federal Government database maintained by the Department of Homeland Security. No child will be allowed enrollment to schools or be entitled to either State of Federal Government benefits programs without first presenting a certified Homeland Security registered Birth Certificate
