Just to keep balance in topics..

Since when did people start trying to unjustify justified anger and rage? What does a man need to do to get his thoughts trough to others?

I'm in a psychiatry ey, things all don't work out here. Huge mistakes they make, at psychological level and more. I'm pulling things straight here, eheh, every day I fight it. I'm getting myself clear here. No, it's just to get them to the level of reason and logic. tss..
WROA. I'm a judge around here. The level of consciousness is driving me wild at this place. I have no clue what struck this place. It's beyond imagination..

yeah..

anyone?

Find some patience.

Jesus was a great and just judge and he had patient when he was living with ignorant people.

And patience has reward in religion , otherwise it seems stupid.

You have the right to be as angry/enraged as you like. All of these "love and light" people want people to be like them. Just turning a blind eye to all problems ignoring them and claiming it "negative" and just agreeing with people claiming conformity and servitude to be "love".

True love is acceptance. Allowing people to be who they are, not trying to "drown" anyone with any "lights".

Be angry if you like. You have the right to say " NO!" to that which you do not prefer.

Does anger and rage help your situation?

Or does it make you feel worse?

Anger and rage happen. If you judge yourself then there will be trouble.
Anger and rage arise and subside in that which never passes.
Find that which never passes and you will never feel worse.

They both stem from frustration... Understanding that frustration can prevent either...

it happens, but its not needed or necessary...

And with practice one can live without either as well...

It depends. If you act on rage/anger instantly, then yes, it COULD make things worse. If you understand your anger and know that it is acceptable to feel this way - to feel resistance to something that you see as "bad" or "do not prefer" but are willing to just get away from it rather than argue - then it makes things better and gets rid of stress.

This is what I'm relearning. I was taught by these "love and lighters" to only feel "love and peace". Now I realize that stripped away my personality to just conform. Now I am realizing anger again, but instead of acting quickly on it an getting into trouble (fight, argument, conflict), I'd much rather just stay away from what caused the anger and let it be.

If I hate the taste of spaghetti. It is ok that I feel disgust when I eat it, but instead of complaining to everyone especially those who like it. I can just choose not to eat it, stay away...

but there is nothing wrong with the feeling of "disgust" because it is building up my preference for the foods I like.. and there is no reason for me to "love all food". I like what I like and I don't like what I don't. We are all individuals.

Anger and rage happen and if you believe you can eliminate them you will suffer because you will be forever judging yourself.
Be the witness to whatever arises and be free. Allow all to come and pass.

I am ecstatic to judge myself... For who else can judge me but God without bringing that judgement on themselves?

And suffering is a part of life... get used to it

Humans are always putting conditions on everything. True love is unconditional. The 'not wanting' of something is the same as 'wanting'. Why not accept whatever arises and then it will pass and not be a problem?

So as you can see by your own words, you've learned to turn from anger before it becomes rage, and you act on it...

Preferences are hardly in the same category...

Suffering is part of life if you are divided.
I did not like it so sought the end of suffering.

LOL

Don't you be quoting Thomas on me brother...

There are two... the physical, and the spiritual... when the two become "one mind" the kingdom shall be revealed...

Guess where the kingdom is my friend... Right here, right now....

And you will never find the end of suffering until the end of your incarnation...

I know where the kingdom is - my friend.
You said you judge yourself - so there is a you and there is a judge of you (that is you) - so how many are there of you?
When the judge of you goes there will only be one of you.

It is the judge that makes life unbearable.

Acting on hate/anger, will only influence others to respond to you in the same way. Then it will be a back and forth hate. If that is what you are saying, I agree.

But, I feel what I feel and I am not gonna try to "transform" any emotions to anything. From anger, I can kindly tell people my disagreement, but I want to stay away from "emotionally charged" arguments because only I will suffer from my own anger. I will stay neutral talking about my position (or at least try to).

As for fighting, conflict, and such... yes, I suggest just staying away from what you don't like if you can....
