Dark Side of the Moon

Some people get confused. I blame Pink Floyd for this!

Does confusion come from the title or substances used when listening and exploring.

This is laughably fake. I can do this in about 5 mins in 3dsmax and/or after effects. Very very very basic particle effect.

Sorry

Ok, here you go guys, to prove this is fake and to hopefully stop you guys believeing in these SH*T videos, i will do one with a LOT more "ufos". Gimme 5 mins.

Can anyone recommend a good free video uploader?

Seriously, this is so dumb.

Here you go. Forgive the crudemness of their movements as i have work to do but i wanted to show you what could be done in 10 mins, 5 of which was uploading and finding a video hosting site

videobam.com...

Now repeat after me...there are no moon bases...there are no ufos visiting us. If there were, they would not come billions of miles on their super duper physics law breaking ships only to forget to turn off their friggin lights....

"oh shazbat! Our lights!! Turn them off!!....do , do you think they saw us?"

And to anyone pointing out the obvious differences in my video. I specialise in photoreal 3d animation, things much much more advanced than the OPs vid are so easy to make these days. I didnt add any animation to individual dots or track it with the cam, both of which would have taken me 10 mins. But like i said, i have work to do

Nicely done, sir. And the sad thing is that video will be stolen, uploaded to Youtube and used to dupe millions of other UFO/Alien fanatics.

The Moon is a base to over see EA*RTH activites, Think about it where would you park your defense at?
Also humans are not alone within them the bases and what of terrestrial craft of the non human brand?

those sound like the local natives crafts?

In the image you posted they are moving too fast and all look the same good cgi though
not saying the op vid isnt but 1 does feel a presence ignored up there that may even be able to interface with EA*RTH technology even the web...

Im sorry, but did you not read what i said? Yes im aware they are moving too fast. Is that really whats spoiling the effect? I can turn my velocity spinner down a bit. What will that prove? Nothing. Im making a point, ive proved it. Discussion over.

Plus, im sorry dude, but i cant and i wont discuss anything with anyone who calls Earth EA*RTH. I cant take you serisously. Go back to believing in unicorns and aliens mate. Leave the real world stuff to the rest of us.

I know. Sad isnt it. I mean, i want aliens to be real as much as anyone interested in science/space. My biggest hope in life is that i live long enough to be here when we receive a radio signal from somewhere.

But you have to live in the real world and sadly 99% of UFO obsessed people are so desperate for it to be real that they will believe anything.

" Leave the real world stuff to the rest of us" ??
And who the "f" do you think you are? By the way, you have not proved squat. I don't believe the video is real but then again I don't like people like you trying to belittle other posters. By the way, your sorry ass video didn't proved # either.

Now I have listened to this album many many times and even synched it to the Wizard of Oz and never confused the dark side of the moon with the dark side of the force.

Unfortunately, you are barking up the wrong tree.

Reproducing the video, even exactly matching it, and showing how it was done with CGI will not completely debunk it.

Here is the reasoning on that: Just because it can be replicated, does not invalidate it's existence.

For example, look at this picture below:

The entire picture is fake. Every single object in it is fake and does not exist. It was completely rendered by Autodesk's 3ds Max:

akeigher.wordpress.com...

However, even though this room was faked and the objects in it with CGI, it does not invalidate that stools like that can exist, or the TV, or the plant, or the other furniture, etc, etc, etc.

While I agree that the OP's video is suspect, replicating it using CGI will not completely debunk it.

For that, we need to have other things:

1) Replicating the video perfectly with CGI
2) Date video creator claims they made the video is suspect (there was a New Moon on that date, not full moon).

We still need more technically, such as being able to view the raw video data (that would tell us right away if it's been faked on purpose).

So yes, it can be replicated. But unfortunately it doesn't always invalidate the claim.

However.......it SHOULD serve as a warning to those that spend time hunting down YouTube videos and pictures that claim to be that of UFOs. Go back up and look at the picture of the living room again. This can be done by anyone on a home computer in today's world.

So that saying, "Pics (video), or it didn't happen." ?

Well, you can pretty much throw that saying out the window nowadays. Pics or Video doesn't mean it did happen either........

What about the lack of scintillation in the OP vid? Isn't that valid evidence of this being a still photo hoax?

Should never use a CGI'ers own title as the headline for your own thread, either back the cause or discount the video

mmmmmmm.......well the moon doesn't twinkle like stars, DO. The planets we can see with our eyes do not either.

Here's a couple of vids I did, the first shows Earth shine on the moon and was taken with my Sony camcorder, on a tripod. The second video was also the same camera, but held by my hands.

The only scintillation I can see in either is the fuzzyness of the edges of the moon:

The OP's video, the "dots" are in fact twinkling......and that actually makes it more suspect to me. If they are indeed very (make that many "very") huge UFOs taking off from the moon, that means they are close, very large, reflecting a LOT of light from the sun.......and there for should not have any twinkling at all!

Thats what they get for using time travel tech. The immaturity for terra forming just got taken from the elites because of their secrecy. They said no more holograms, terraforming tech and time travel. Read genesis 7 days with a time machine and a terraformer POSSIBLE but now ha the elites have nada now. FIRST CONTACT ALREADY HAPPEND A LONG TIME AGO. "The nation needs to raid Area 51!" I am never scared of anything come # with your hyper genius MIB cause you'll never have that tech ever again. BURNED MY EQUATIONS!!!!!!! You can't press us anymore go back to the bottom NIFLHEIM Nephilim whatever your cults called.

I see so is it right to disbelieve in ufo / et existing at all? Not to mention black crafts from EA*RTH or MOON manufacturing plants?

1 thanks you for helping out
some seem to get upset with the thought of there being more to this existence on this planet and beyond. In time the hope is that they will eventually become more open minded to what may be subjective reality.

Maybe scintillation isn't the correct term for what I'm looking at.

Here's a good example

Ah!

What we see in that video is from turbulence in the air causing a atmospheric refraction. Here are some links:

Random refraction

Turbulence in the atmosphere magnifies and de-magnifies star images, making them appear brighter and fainter on a time-scale of milliseconds. The slowest components of these fluctuations are visible as twinkling (also called "scintillation"). Turbulence also causes small random motions of the star image, and produces rapid changes in its structure. These effects are not visible to the naked eye, but are easily seen even in small telescopes. They are called "seeing" by astronomers.

So you were on the right track with scintillation. I just think of it as "twinkling" for stars, and air turbulence for larger objects, like the moon.

However, you will not always get that affect when viewing the moon. It's very dependent upon the weather and atmospheric conditions on the night you're using your telescope and/or camera.

There are some other videos posted by members on here of the moon that they took with their telescopes and not all of them show that effect.

This vid was NOT shot last night! It is a New Moon today.

(1) New Moon - When the Moon is roughly in the same direction as the Sun, its illuminated half is facing away from the Earth, and therefore the part that faces us is all dark: we have the new moon. When in this phase, the Moon and the Sun rise and set at about the same time.

home.hiwaay.net...

Anyone else see the problem with the YouTuber's story?

Erm, with all due respect, wouldn't it depend where the youtube poster was located? North America is not the only place on Earth and I know for a fact that where I am we get the new moon about 12 hours before New York and 16 hours before LA, so this in fact could be the New Moon seen from the other side of the world to you! Ever heard of Pacific Islands, Australia, Asia, Middle East, Europe or Africa? They all are hours ahead of America!
