So I thought this was just some crazy bullsh*#! ESPECIALLY since it was on a religious website. I always throw up flags when I see the word Jesus mixed in with a theory. Well I live near Dover Airforce base, and to my surprise these signs are coded all up and down the Rt 1, 113, 40, and 95 roads. I am going to be taking some of the towns and adding pictures for everyone who keeps saying there are "No Pictures". It was SO easy to find these. All you need to do is look in rear view mirror. I am flabbergasted that our country would ever need foreign troops on our soil to defend against anything big or small. I don't know the full implications of what the signs mean, or where they are going, BUT they are defiantly there and pointing to Detention Centers (Sussex County Detention Center), State and Local Police stations, Small bodies of water I never knew existed, Hospitals, Schools, Churches, American Legions and other Moose Lodge type deals, and so many more. They are everywhere, but the telling thing is where they are not! When you are riding up Rt 1 from the Maryland and Delaware beaches you can see that many of the TACMAR stickers are by populated areas. But when you get these long straightaways with no populations, there are plenty of signs, but very few with these markers on them. The ones with markers seem to be near turn off's that are locked (state police use these for emergences, ambulances im sure also do), or upcoming exits. So for about 15 miles, there will be 20 signs with nothing on them, then all of a sudden, signs. They all seem to use the color and shape coding. I will get back to everyone on this I promise. With pictures. And honestly I don't know anything about a "New World Order", but I do know that this is real.

I was corresponding with Harold Green and he's become very ill. Too ill to continue his work in trying to warn the people of tacmars. We wish Harold Godspeed to a recovery.

The signs in my town have defiantly been changed to ''read'' as evacuation routes. Most of the 'no parking between signs' have red arrows embedded in them,--> <--- ,but the one at the end of the street has no embedded arrow, but a separate green arrow below the sign. A directional out of the neighborhood for sure.
There are also groups of 3-4 arrows on phone poles very near hospitals. I have seen this in 3 different places.
Airlift to the nearest fema camp anyone?!
I have noticed that triangles figure predominately into this scenario, like on the signs to Storage areas.>

Over the years I have read a lot about TACMARS, pro and con.There is one thing I have not found what Technical Manuals, Field Manuals or TRADOC Pamphlets that talk about this. Can any of you reference me to any "official documents" that talk about this? There has been a lot of conjecture but no hard sources.

Are you sure those stickers aren't marking the age of the sign? Sign quality are not the same. Some reflect longer than others. Maybe each color of sticker marks how long that sign should last and whether the sign was brand new or just refinished. If I were to follow stickers to my destination I would get frustrated by having to look in my rear view mirror all the time. I realize it is exciting to think those stickers mean something secret but there could be a simple explanation. Those signs are expensive and cities, counties and the state do not like having to replace them. They don't like replacing emergency sirens either. 30 thousand a pop. replacing water tanks sucks the funds out of a community as well. Each street light costs 10 thousand. Thats why when you get some drunken idiot with a rifle the city wants to hang em right there.
