A majority of the Syrians & Turks are Sunni. Saudi Arabia/Kuwait/UAE are Sunni. Bahrain is 70% Shi'ite. Almost all North Africans are Sunni. Iraq is only just a majority of Shi'ite (55%). Iran are a majority Shi'ite. Kurds are a majority Shi'ite. Pakistan has a clear majority of Sunni although they also have the 2nd largest population of Shi'ite in the world.

Of the whole Middle East region, Sunni are the majority but only just. Of the North African nations, Sunni are the majority.

And what of Russia in all of this? They will sit silent? I dont think so, not in the least.

Erdogan recently stated that the media misinterpreted what he said. He announced that he is not going to send in war ships to Israel, and will only send them as escorts if more ships will be attacked.

Like I have always said - most of you that are fear mongering hold absolutely null understanding of global politics.

It is now popular that Muslim or Arab countries' leaders speak out against Israel in different ways. It is nothing but talking big with no purpose of doing anything. In truth, nothing happens after every big speech an Arab leader makes about doing something to Israel.

I stick to my opinion that the level of threats will decline in time and from "WE SEND SHIPS AT ISRAEL NOW!!!!11", it will eventually turn into the usual "Israel is violent blah blah blah if it continues we will consider cutting ties with them". And ofcourse, nothing will happen as the trade between Turkey and Israel is vital for both regions.




..Anyone else would like to claim ships are on their way to shut Israel up or anything alike? Maybe pray for an action by a larger Muslim country? Heheh you guys crack me up.

Funny, there's only ONE candidate running for President that will do just that, and you spend much of your time railing against him. Isn't that ironic?

Turkey will not attack Israel anytime soon! Turkey is a NATO ally and thereby the Government of Turkey is puppet of the US. Erdogan always listens carefully to the US and follows their orders obediently. The last year he went to Washington at least 18 times for advice etc Erdogan himself said it a lot: He is one of the co-presidents of the Broader Middle East and North Africa Project.
This is just a circus act of Erdogan, he is very close with Israel.

GOT's job is to continue on LYING TO ITS OWN SHEEPLE PEOPLE (AND TRYING to CONVINCE the SHEEPLE ARABS) and silencing the opposition (The patriot part of the Turkish Army, politicians, writers,journalists etc.) so that he first can secure the installation of NATO missile shields in Turkey (WHICH HAVE TO PROTECT ISRAEL) and nuclear plants.
Secondly, his men have to convince Iran to not cause more problems, but GOT gets the gas from Iran. Turkish diplomats are still busy and hard working for THE US INTERESTS!!!

Third thing is Syria. The GOT is warning Syria in name of the US...

Fourth, GOT and Turkish intelligance are talking/negotiating for like years with the Kurds in Iraq and the PKK terrorists. Israel and EU are supporting the Kurds, but the US is supporting/giving weapons,intell to the terrorists and TO Turkey!!!

Fifth, we have the Cyprus issue. GOT is willing to give away Turkish Part of Cyprus, but for now there are more important jobs they have to do in name of US interests aka the Broader Middle East (and North Africa) Project.

The Middle East peace process is dead in the water. We gave Egypt 2 billion of our tax dollars, yearly, since 1979. Where'd all that money go? We were renting peace, and now we have NOTHING to show for 64 billion dollars as the people of Egypt who HATE Israel have made it clear they want no peace with them. We give Israel's enemies 7 times what we give Israel, and we need to stop ALL of it. Israel needs to fly from the nest, sink or swim, etc. We can't afford to buy friendship anymore, our account has run dry. Bring our troops home and let the Middle East sort itself out, we haven't done ANYTHING to bring peace to the region, and we've nearly destroyed OUR nation in the process.

Israel has a reason to be paranoid and everybody touched them with soft gloves for more than half a century.
When a politician now thinks, it is time to talk straight, this is a healthy process and nothing to be afraid of.

It is time to take Israel for what they are now and not excuse everything with the past. Just today the sixth soldier in Egypt died, because Israel has no respect to the neighbours and nobody else, always playing the victim card.

Nothing happened. Simply somebody said "No". Time for Israel to come back into the world comunity to get a normal life.

Liberman was just interviewed on the Channel 2 news, and was asked by the reporters if the government has any plans on supporting, or aligning in any way with the PKK, a terrorist organisation, to which he replied that the report is not true, and that there are no intentions of doing so.

He also said Israel does not look to "punish" Turkey, or worsen relations with it, quite the opposite, it wants to restore relations, but that does not mean Israel should raise a white flag.

Just thought you'd all like to know.
