If there's a law in that state that a hand-out upon request is required, why didn't the police officer issue a citation? Where's the national security in allowing unmarked vehicles to spray unlabeled substances? I'd say try calling HAZ-MAT and NSA to make a citizen's report. NSA has even asked for citizens to report this kind of action so give it to them. DOT and the Cumberland Police are not above the law.

Frater, your post was spot on. He didn't even call the DOT, but he told the cop he did. I understand his concern with the chemicals and i say screw roundup and Monsanto, but what did he expect was going to happen stopping someone from doing their job, and I highly doubt the supervisor was going to stop what he was doing just to satisfy what he probably deemed some nosy guy. Now maybe if there were 10-20, but then again there probably would have been twice as many cops that show up.

The spray guy says it clearly; he doesn't try to cover anything up, he is clearly frustrated with the nut with the camera, 'I'm a reporter and I need to know', c'mon. And the cop gave the citizen the proper instructions; it's not the cops job to know what is in the tank, he checked them out and their papers were in order.

I really do feel for all of those that have been lied to their whole lives and I understand how it makes the brain all fevered and crazy.
