Depends on what happens when the Asian markets open in a little over four hours and how deep they sell off. If that happens you'd think Europe will follow suit, and ECB will step in and stop it, but will it be enough?

the brother in law was confirming what I had already said.

my guess is a close around 5-5.5% down on the dow, 6-6.5% on the S&P and the NASDAQ.

tomorrow has the potential to be far worse. the folks, like my mother in law, who don't watch the news during the day and don't listen to the radio, will come home and see the news, panic and sell their funds to ensure they have retirement money, nest eggs, etc. once those folks start selling, we could, easily, see a 1000 point drop.

I called -5% on the DOW before start, lets watch ASIA tumble reallly hard tonight. We're going back to 2008-2009 lows is my best guess.

Well ladies and gentleman. Today was pretty bad. Could we classify it as Black Monday? Not quite... Maybe Gray Monday.

Asian markets are due to open in 4 hours. As the dust settles from that massive sell off, one can only wonder why the Asian market will do? I sound like a broken record, but I really have no clue.

BoA announced that they don't need to raise capital.

the last time you heard a bank announce that was when Lehman and Bear both started announcing that they were fine and they didn't know what all the fuss was about.

BoA looks to be following them down a similar path.
