Glenn Beck and Family Attacked in New York’s Bryant Park

No one deserves that treatment, regardless of their political affiliation. One would hope that the human species would be capable of civil discourse.

With that said, BOTH political parties wrap themselves in holier-than-thou rhetoric and throw insults at one another, which keeps the proles divided. Stop playing the damn game and have a discussion about what you WANT for the human species with other people, when you disagree, agree to disagree, there are some divides that can't be crossed.

While I dont agree with this attack on him or his family, I understand why it happened. Mr. Beck is one of the nations finest fear mongerers. He does a fine job of mixing truth, lies, & fear to satisfy ratings.

My mother recently became a huge Beck fan, she also became very religious, believes the end of the world is around the corner, so she fits right in with Beck crowd. Problem is my grandma, they live together, gets so frightened from the Beck show she can't sleep at night

Beck sold his soul for the fame & "power" he has now. If anyone thinks this "attack" was bad, I gotta a feeling you ain't seen nothing yet

Karma----what you give is what you get. Beck gives a lot of hate and separatism on his show. So what, you expect people who take opposition to what he says to walk up grinning and skake his hand? You get what you give...

Progressive/liberal/leftist/marxists are only only 'in favour' of free speech as a tactic to challenge and dethrone the default or hegemonic position, of any sort traditional values.

Nowadays as the Overton Window has gradualy been shifted to put progressive values as front and centre - any dissenting viewpoints have been 'criminalised' by creating thought crimes of them - racism, sexism, homophobic, Islamophobic, zero tolerance, war mongering etc etc.


Leftist, communist , socialist regimes the world over are notorious for their lack of tolerance for free speech , or for multiculturalism and human rights - as well of course as mass murder and genocide.

What happened to Beck in the park at the hands of the 'young cultural elite' as he described them - is just a small foretaste of the direction things are 'progressing' towards.

Yep, and even then he spent days apologizing, on air. Immediately he said he was wrong and what he did/said was disgusting and he was sorry. He apologized not just to his listeners but to POTUS as well.

I understand (and I dont wish him that) he lived a troubled situation and his (everybodys) family should be kept aside in any "verbal assailer" or "wine spiller" attack. I also think he has given proof of extreme over-reaction in other occasions, that's almost the eseence of his show...

Maybe he was somehow confronted by some vulgar peasant and has made an ATTACK story out of it.

Well he called the wife of a rival DJ once and mocked her for having a miscarriage. So family being off limits and Becky worrying about attacks is kind of too little too late. You do not forget something that disgusting and maybe a wine drinker remembered how he so viciously attacked someone else family once and thought perhaps he should see what it feels like.

What goes around comes around. I would say he has a lot left coming to him just from that one incident.
