What's your point? You want to sell me real estate? You're too late. This is a heckuva way for someone to attempt selling real estate. My guess is that if this is your best attempt as a realtor, you are going to starve. You should really consider a new business plan.

I have a Cuban friend who went back to Cuba for New Years, to see her family there in Havana.

She took items like...oh, food....and toilet paper....and tooth paste for her family. They don't have Wal-Marts for the people of Havana (even though Castro is personally a billionaire many times over).

I asked her if they had fireworks on New Years in Havana. She said, "Oh, no. If a Cuban is found with a firecracker, he will be put into prison."

European tourists go to Havana for New Years. They stay at Five Star Hotels that provide toilet paper and tooth paste and plenty of food. But Cubans living in Havana can't go to those hotels.

Ah, Socialism at work. The only decent place left in Cuba is Guantanamo.

The touchstone of that budget should be to reduce all federal spending items except Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and federal debt interest at least to their levels in 2008. That alone would save $345 billion in the very first year, by my rough calculations, based on Obama's published budget from last year. Even better would be to take it back to the 2007 budget spending levels. That would save roughly $527 billion in year one alone. Two thousand seven was just four years ago, and America survived fine with those levels of federal spending. That would provide for a much better defense budget as well than Obama's unilateral disarmament of America defense budget.

The truth is that everyone is a little bit socialist and a little bit communist and a little bit conservative and a little bit liberal/progressive etc etc...

It is quite amusing how they have you all using these words against one another and thereby keep you divided yet since I do wish to PROGRESS either toward a better world or back to a better time, I feel it is one of my duties to point this out as often as possible.

I was optomistic to think that most ATSers knew the truth of this matter yet after paying closer attention I have come to realize that my optomism was misplaced.

Want the truth? Really? No matter how ugly it is?

I believe I have a firm grasp yet will they listen? Do they really care or do they simply like to complain?

Should I break the news to them gently or bring it on like a freight train in a hurricane?

Here goes a quick history:

The Majority of the people did not want to rebel against England.
The Majority of the people were content with the Articles of Confederation and their Rights as described in their individual state constitutions and which are reinerated in their individual bill of rights.
The Majority of the people wondered why another Constitution was needed and many of them thought it was a subversion of their Sovereignty.

It doesnt require much reading to understand the first statement.
If you would like to do some research to verify the last two statements then please read the Federalists Papers and most importantly the Anti Federalist Papers.

It has been brought to my attention that many of you have been taught that it is the Progressives who have slowly and methodically ruined this nation yet in light of the above stated FACTS I ask you, who were the progressives?

The movement away from England to a Colony was progressive.
The movement to rebel against the King of England was progressive.
The movement toward the Constitution was progressive.
And none of it was done with the backing of the "majority of the people" which we refer to as Democracy.

So, many of the founders were progressives and they continued to be progressive without the consent of the people and the "great work" that they presented to the people as a Vangaurd of their Rights, the Constitution, was nothing more then another progressive movement which involved a heavy dose of Legalese in order to confound/confuse the populace.

The word FEDERALIST meant those who supported the CURRENT FORM of the Government prior to the Constitution.

Do you see how they subverted the very definition of the word?
So, the true PROGRESSIVES were the ANTI FEDERALISTS who took the name of FEDERALIST.
I do not have to think long about why they did this and I have to think an even shorter amount of time about how confusing this might have been to your average citizen.

So, via general confusion and Legelese they passed a document into Legality (nothing Lawful about it) that did nothing but allow everything to happen that generally all americans whine about today yet most americans defend the document without question like a Holy Grail that contains all that is good about WE THE PEOPLE and OUR government.

I do not want to hear about AMENDMENTS.
The original document and the intent behind those who Forced it upon the people is all a critically thinking person needs!

From this point on, via legalese, semantics, dialectic et al they have lead the majority around by the noose if not by the nose.

So, is it any Surprise Surprise Surprise (Jim Nabers' soul just floated through my body) that here we are, 200 years later..... carrying their crosses, yelling loudly with all the conviction of a Christ and using words that we do not even understand the basic meaning of?

Like guns, none of these words are dangerous as long as we understand them and operate them properly.

Liberal - Liberty, Liberation, Freedom
Conservative - Conserve, Conservation
Progressive - Progress, opposite of stagnate, stagnation
Socialist - Society, concerning the organization of people
Communist - Community, Commune, also "the way a nation coexists together and the things which define its general characteristsics".
Democrat/Republican - I include these together because at one time they were. Thomas Jefferson was a DEMOCRAT REPUBLICAN and it meant both For the People and For the Nation as they saw both as One!
So, we break it down to the common "for the nation" versus "for the people" i.e. Republican and Democrat as we started seeing the nation and its people seperately which simply feels wrong doesnt it?

I contend that there has never been a pure form of any of the above yet that it has always been a mix of all of these concepts and much much more..... so to say "no SOCIALIST" or "no COMMUNIST nation has ever LASTED the test of time" is a non sequiter.

If you know alittle bit about Economic Hitmen and the nature of things prior to the initiation of the Great Experiment that we call America then you would understand fully that the founding fathers should have had three main objectives:
1: Prevent central banking cartels from controlling the markets
2: Prevent central government from controlling free states
3: Prevent central as well as state governments from subverting the rights of the sovereigns

History seems to say that many have come yet all have failed so None of Us should pretend to know!

Now, we would allow them to define words for us and then like robots we go about defending their defintions of these words?

Use these definitions to confound and confuse our people into believing that salvation can only come from this Two party system both of whom embrace the document which was created and has now successfully been used to enslave us all for over 200 years!!!

Menacing Laughter now or later? or perhaps we should simply cry?

Its like a South park episode on perpetual replay where Kenny is the Republic and of course, they kill him every time.

I know the GOP is pretty twisted (not all...but many corporatists)...but never really understood the actual end game they were working for, so just left it as insanity to win political points.
