Because the government, bankers and corporations are worried about citizens coming out of the woodwork and canceling their subscriptions for them. They've spent the last 200 years mastering this art and they're not about to allow a bunch of taxpayers spoiling everything they've scammed from them and everything they're are going to scam from them, that's why

its only about us against them. not we the people for the people.

Anyone who is a Libertarian is an Anti-Government extremist to them.

Exactly. The irony? Libertarians think much like the founding fathers of this country. So the people who STARTED this country's government would be considered "anti-government" by today's government? What?? What does that tell you about our present government?

"Mainstreaming of conspiracy theories?"

The horror!

"...the report by the Southern Poverty Law Center found."

OK, now it makes sense. It's been proven that SPLC is nothing more than the private arm of DHS.

Dude, thanks for bringing that to everyones attention. If I could swear on here I would... in a big way.

I don't know what to do... I fear for my family. Please people - do everything in your power to stop this madness in a peaceful way.

BTW I live in Chicago, well right near it.

Peace.

Breaking away from the confines of the constitution was a breach of trust by the government. They can not be forgiven and we can not forget or concede this breach of trust. They can say what they will in their own defense. It matters not one iota. They have breached their sacred trust. Their oaths to protect and defend the constitution. Nothing the government can say in the defense of the Patriot Act, The Military Commissions Act and all of the similar executive orders and actions is an adequate defense.

A breach of trust is a deal breaker. When one party to a contracts violates that contract they are to be considered hostile to the agreement and in breach. They have by their own treasonous actions activated the built in resistance that is embedded in the American way of life. The grassroots response to government tyranny in the US is a second amendment response by its nature. The first amendment is to be exhausted first of course as is our code.

The constitution is a manual of operation for our free republic. They have to make constitutionalists their enemy. The constitution demands that the militia defend it to the death. We were radicalized by the founding fathers of this nation. We are and ever shall by radical liberty advocates. The love of freedom fires our hearts and the light of liberty lights our way forward in this dark time for our nation.

My views follow that of the people who signed the Deceleration of Independence and drafted the Constitution.

Government labels me extreme? Government labels them extreme as well.

Bring it.

For the past two months (for now) USA, UK predominantly have been cheering on anti-government protesters in middle east yet when its own people do same like in uk they are labelled anarchists, terrorists and threatened to be prosecuted ...

Of course they would, what kind of reaction do you expect from a crooked government. It's not rocket science to figure out that if your being screwed by someone, that when that someone gets exposed that their going look at you smile and admit, yes I was screwing you over and I apologize.

This is why it is SO important to stand up for what you believe in NON VIOLENTLY!

TPTB can label or try to antagonize, but they can't do anything to someone that is non violent. Unless they start taking away our constitutional rights, which, i guess, is not out of the question. One would think that the majority of the public would not let this happen, but democracy seems to be in the tank at the moment.

I wonder how long it'll be before one of these studies mentions ATS directly

It's from the SPLC. They already did mention ATS directly, last year in a report on "dangerous extremists". Even went so far as to re-print some quotes from posts out of context to attempt to make their points.

It's not a democracy, it's a republic, what's left of it anyway. A democracy is a form of socialism.
See, if they keep saying it over and over we tend to end up calling it a democracy instead of a republic for which it is.
It's an old Hitler scheme, keep telling the lie over and over, eventually the lie transforms into the truth, at least that's the rhetoric in that idea.

Is the government really targeting everyone who questions the world in which they live?

No. They are only targeting those who question the government under which they live. A slight, but crucial, difference.

Are schools and universities next to be labelled extremist?

No. They are full government-compliant. They are where the GOOD citizens are manufactured these days. You know, the ones who won't question the government under which they live, and which gave them that fantastic education.

Is free thought really extreme?

Yes. It's far worse than extreme, it's actually deviant. If you are engaging in such, the re-educators will be around shortly.

Comply.

Not gonna lie; I didn't read article nor everybody's comments. It's irrelevant. The point is easily deduced. Of course anti-extremists are on the rise. The sun will also be coming up tomorrow people!! EVERYBODY, the sun IS going to come up tomorrow!! Haha.. sorry. Back to point; when you classify 99% of government activity, dedicate more resources, money, and aid to other countries, and most surprising of reasons that an anti-government extremist group trend might be on the rise, you OPPRESS your people. Lol... of course, it's always good watching others fight for freedom. Hell, even can be encouraged or supported. But the second MY power base is at threat, it's time to get hypocritical and do the total opposite of what I was just doing (my secret game plan, shoosh!!) LoL... I'm neutral, but one day, my smile shall one day split my skull in 2 should the people TRULY reign and all governments truly and TOTALLY abolished!

Except UNITED STATES government ( lol jk?)

What is the difference between anti-government and anti-government extremist's? Do the extremist's try to spread the word like how religion work's? Or are they blowing stuff up? This has always confused me.

Hey, all of you Leftists, and all of you Right Wingers - yeah you!

The eye focuses on all of you does it not? The eye focuses on even those that will not entertain their control.

Doesn't this seem a bit planned out? I mean, really? They are throwing all of their eggs in one basket on this one... Both of your sides have problems... The eye is going to tear you all apart from the inside, destroy your civilization... but yet both of your sides fight...

Leftists and Conservatives... why play the game at all? :shk:

Random thought:

"The Zen Master said: there are so many criminals now simply because they have passed so many laws".

Back to the regular programming now....
