I suppose if they label intelligent people as extremists it gets us out of their hair. This is a legacy tactic that worked well in the 60's and 70's when most people were still "asleep". They must think we're less than intelligent.

The government can say whatever they like because "We The People" truly know that their words are nothing more than tools used to create an illusion and pursuade people into believing their deceitful untruths.

We all know the truth just by watching their actions. Look what they've done to this country and the world.Their words are shallow and empty while their actions speak truth of how they rape, rob and murder everyone including their own.

If people are neive and foolish enough to believe them then they don't need to be in this society because they are the same as the people running these governments.

LOL, the irony. SPLC uses extremism backed by fallacy and fabrication to claim others are dangerously extreme due to what SPLC claims is fallacy and fabrication (without any understanding of logic or pursuit of the claims).

Why? There is nothing wrong with this site, but it is a fact that extremist groups like the neonazi's also have some believes based on esoteric and "occult" subjects which is similar to the theories you find here. And I think they are talking about them in the article.

I dont see anti goernemnt, now i think of it..once again, i see people who want change* as our new president promised us which has never arrived and isnt going too. had this been theodore roosevelt, the only president nominated 3 times instead of 2! obviously he was doing something right. great depression, he had congress sign a bill to make jobs for hte taxpayers...we cant even get that today. goes to show how flimsy coporations have made our society and economy..including taking over competition, let alone outsourcing overseas.
people who want change* this whole thing never started until our government, being influenced by big money and business, forgot about its citizens. people want change and jobs* thats what this so called anti governmenting as about these days...thier scared and dont trust THE united sates governemnt anymore. its people getting together amongst eachother, for support and help since the feds dont care anymore

What makes these groups "extremists"? Are they blowing stuff up? What is so "extreme" about these groups? Their views? That's just laughable. "Hey mom, these guys don't think like I do! Make them sit in time out!!"

Over the past 50 years the government has turned it's back on the people and embraced a crippling Industrial Capitalist Agenda that has cause massive failure in the job description of those that hold office. These people are not suppose to be passing laws in regards to wire-tapping citizen's phones. They're suppose to be balancing the budget and managing the countries assest. Instead, they've farmed that our to Central Banks so that they can keep their friend's rich.

The government sucks at what it does. Plain and simple. Maybe if you'd spend $30 billion on education or healthcare rather than rebuilding an Iraq that you just destroyed ... maybe the people wouldn't think you sucked at your job.

I have seen members calling for actions that some would misconstrue(I hate spelling
) as terrorist.
If they start shutting down "extremist" site we won't be the first to go but we'll be on that list sooner or later.

These "reports" are the modus operandi of the Southern Poverty Law Center.
I do not know how they collect such information, nor do I care, because it is
an obvious fabrication of data. The SPLC is, quite possibly, the most pathetic
and amoral attempt to sway a society in which US interests have ever engaged.
Mark Potok has sold his soul if he actually believes the garbage he spews is
true or even relevant. The actions of the SPLC are despicable and shameful.
I pray that the American people are intelligent enough to see through such
fear-mongering rhetoric.

Absolutely bereft of any honor or integrity, these folks. God, the crap people
will do for a buck.

I am actaully a member of one of the "anti government extremist" groups.
Am I really anti-government? No I am anti-BIG government. I am anti-tax. I am anti-collectivist. I am anti-elitist.

I am pro freedom, pro liberty, pro rights.
So I am an extremist so be it. I am also a violent extremist. I only have one demand that if satisfied will keep me from eventually taking up arms. LEAVE ME ALONE. Thats it simple really. Stop trying to tell me how to live. Stop telling me what to eat, what to drive, how much water can be in my toilet, how tall my grass can be, what sex toys I can use, what beverage I can drink and what day it can be drunk on. Stop taking my money that I bust my butt for and giving it to tax feeders. Stop telling me what guns I can own and how they can function. Stop telling me a miriad of other things that you are telling me and just LEAVE ME ALONE.

There is a lot of inconsistant thought in the posts on this thread. Most of you actually do not fit into the "extremist" list that the SPLC is presenting by backchannels to HSD. Many seem to still be clinging to the odea that "republicans" and "conservatives" are all behind this. Or clinging to the idea that in order to fix all our problems we just need to eat the rich people. Tax them and destroy the evil corporations.
Your falling for it. You are falling into the trap. Get above that. Stop being so kneejerk envious of those who have acheived. Your letting TPTB dictate your response to someone who has wealth or to corporations.
None of these people or corporations would be a problem if our government was not capable of providing them leverage. I dont blame a company or rich individual for trying to get the government to do something. I blame the government for responding to that and actually doing it. I dont blame a poor person for demanding the government take money from someone else and give it to them. I blame the government for actually doing that.
Destroy the power of government and you destroy the power of the poor or rich or anyone else to dictate how you live your life.

It's really quite simple when politicians, ceo's and power hungry individuals create the atmosphere they walk around in they are circumstance to becoming victims of their own creations.

Now why would anyone start an anti- government extremist group? Could it possibly be because their are honest to goodness journalist that go out of their way to get the real story out to the people. To expose the honest to goodness real truth of what is really taking place under the noses of people, and out in the open.

It is not capitalism we have.

It is fascism. To be more precise, it is corporatism.

Has been in place since the early 1900's.

With this type of thing happening more often and with the ATS members posts even being used in some case studies of extremist viewpoints in the states etc.

Anyone heard of R.A.T.S?

Just a suggestion, that way it is not available to every eye that looks if your posting something speaking about certain things.

Of course it can be infiltrated but its a lot more of a chore to do this than it is to click on the website and skim it without even joining.
