CynicalM.....

Upon review of your contributions, it is possible that some people might read into same a level disingenuousness & laziness.

You have posted almost zero quantum of information & "facts" (a term of which you are very fond), whilst demanding that more & more information & "facts" be posted by others.

Some might suggest that a salient contribution from "your side" might place the "equation" more "in balance".

Kind regards

Mate, your a smart guy..

I've said again and again I'm on the fence regarding chemtrails...

SO, do I need to prove I'm undecided???

No, what happens is those for [the op etc] and those against [ u, OZ etc] are supposed to try and win over people like me..

Call me the JUDGE.

As my last post stated, and you haven't respnded to, your information was incorrect.

Yesterday I was uncertain. Today my thinking has changed. There is no way that a Hurricane is going to go from a cat 4 at 145 mph to 105 mph in a few hours and then from 105 mph to 85 mph a few hours later. Especially when there is nothing in it's way to stop it. - Earl did not hit land. It did not run into the low pressure system. It was out over open warm waters with no interferance and pretty much disipated within hours. Even the metoroligist and weather people are scratching their heads.

I definetly think This has come into play with Hurricane Earl

I doubt it. That article goes on to say

So, can we have sunny days whenever we like? Maybe. "If there was a 50-mile storm front moving in, we could only put holes in it. It would just keep coming," says Cordani. But "if there was a cloud threatening a sports fixture, it would be possible to get rid of it".

It took about 4000 kilograms of powder to knock out a storm cloud 1600 metres long and over 4000 metres deep They could only put holes in a 50 mile storm front. What effect would that have on a monster-sized hurricane? See 4nsicphd 's post on page 4 about size and energy. And it’s the same as Oz said about the particulates “ It would require thousands of tonnes of the stuff and you would need countless numbers of aircraft able to fly at high altitude.”

I've lived on the coast for the last 40 some years and have been through right many hurricanes. I've also run from some. It didn't do any good, they still hit were I was. They are quite capable of weird movements, stalls and varying speeds. They can even loop around and come back. It's scary to think you're sleeping through a Cat 1 to wake up and find there's a Cat 3 howling outside.

Space Preservation Act of 2001 (Introduced in the House)
HR 2977 IH

107th CONGRESS
1st Session
H. R. 2977

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

October 2, 2001

Mr. KUCINICH introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committees on Armed Services, and International Relations, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

A BILL

To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.

(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;

www.carnicom.com...

Oh but wait, now we have a US Congressman
mentioning something that doesn't exist!
He uses "Chemtrails" by name.

He also uses the term psychotronic
which some ATS members say does not exist
either. And (HAARP) which ATS says cannot
create earthquakes.

Well here is a bill from a congressman seeking
to ban all of these things from being used as weapons
on the public.

But yet,

CHEMTRAILS don't exist !!!

BS!!!!

thank you Dennis for alerting the unsuspecting
public as to what our Gov is doing to us.

And some of you posters on here who are
claiming all this stuff doesn't exist is nothing
more than Gov shills doing damage control
on the topics.

You folks need to see, they are doing it to
YOU too. Don't think cuz u work for Big
Brother that you are immune. You are not.
When you're job is done with Big Brother,
then you will no longer be needed and then
you become just another civilian like we are.
You are the ones who need to wake up.

well this same info on HR2977 was presented
the video I posted on page 7 of this thread
entitled "Local news station confirms barium in chemtrails ".
But nobody seems to watch them. So I guess
I just had to put it in print. But it won't do any good
as they still won't believe it or either it is their paid
job to discredit the topic by Big Brother.

True, and are we surprised that bill didn't pass??

Did you read all the other stuff he wanted to protect US citizens from??

How could he expect the elected Gov to protect their voters from that?

You do have to wonder.

Here's a thought, maybe because it was written by someone else and he went to submit it without reading it...

Some one else like a group of new age UFO enthusiasts maybe?

With others, Webre is a co-architect of the Space Preservation Treaty (www.peaceinspace.org ) and the Space Preservation Act that was introduced to the U.S. Congress by Congressman Dennis Kucinich and is endorsed by over 270 NGO’s worldwide.

And Kucinich's response when asked about it:

“I’m not into that. Understand me. When I found out that was in there, I said, ‘Look, I’m not interested in going there.’”

No, I'm not surprised it didn't pass.
I expected it to. As I also assume
Dennis expected it to fail as well.
But Dennis is a smart man and he
accomplished exactly what he was
trying to do with the bill.

He was trying to wake us all up
with what they are doing.

And he succeeded in that respect

My hats off to Mr. Kucinich

Dennis was also the congressman who tired
to introduce legislation to impeach Dubya.
That didn't pass either. But he tried.
I will give him credit for that.

Kucinich did not write the bill. He introduced it in 2001. Probably without ever actually reading it. Wonderful legislator, Dennis. Would have made a terrific President. The bill never went anywhere even after he realized the nonsense it contained and removed it.

The bill was written by Alfred Webre and Carol Rosin, of exopolitics.

With others, Webre is a co-architect of the Space Preservation Treaty (www.peaceinspace.org ) and the Space Preservation Act that was introduced to the U.S. Congress by Congressman Dennis Kucinich and is endorsed by over 270 NGO's worldwide.

I wonder why I'm not being "chemtrailed". Maybe it's because the conditions which are conducive to persistent contrails are uncommon in the tropics.

Sorry for the redundancy.

I don't believe this for a minute.
It is never the writers or sponsors
or co-sponsors of a bill that don't know
what's in it. It's the ones who are
voting on it on the floor with only
a 10 minute recess to skim on bills
before voting on it.

The people who write them
know exactly what's in them.
By you even suggesting this,
you are suggesting Dennis is
a moron. And that is NOT the
case. He knew what was in it.
The WHOLE bill was trying to
protect the people from the Gov.

While I do agree with some of Kucinich ideas, he actually wasnt the one that wrote that patent. I believe he only introudced it to some people.

Was he "forced" to change his vote on the invasion of Iraq? No, I don't think Dennis is "forced" to do much. He seems to stand up for what he thinks. In this case, he wasn't well versed on what he was supporting. That's why he changed the bill.
