I am on SOCIAL SECUITY DISABLITY not a state program.
My friend's fiance is also on the same thing.
My friend is on unemployment because she worked and got laid off.

You know what they say about assuming? I pay my bills as well. I have a BS in communications but wanted to go back for my master's.
I am 35 years old.

Having two adults share a bedroom with one child is sufficient. Two adults sharing and a child sharing two bedrooms amongst each other is more than adequate by any standard.

The government should provide sufficient housing to people in need. The key word being sufficient, which means that which is adequate to meet one's needs. Housing that is sufficient is not necessarily ideal or luxurious. Sufficient housing does not necessarily meet all of a person's wants.

My wife and I would find an extra bedroom to be very useful, but our current two bedroom set up for us and our junior mint is sufficient. We can make due with two bedrooms, even though it would be nice to have an extra bedroom to use as a home office or for guests. It would also be nice to have more storage space for all the crap my wife has from all the hobbies she has taken up over the years. However, it is not the government's responsibility to provide for all our wants.

You also stated you were on medicaid correct?

Again, where does the Constitutional authorization for that come from?

the bedroom is only 10x 12. Yes this may sufficent for a third world counrty but not for the USA. It goes against housing rules I believe.

So you have a BS in communications, but are getting a masters in psych? Sounds like a real smart choice!

How about getting a real job and supporting yourself first, then going to school?

the constitution I am sure does not cover everything. It was made a long time a go and they had other issues.

Is there a living room that can be converted into a bedroom? Many people have fold out couches.

Okay, let us assume that it is not reasonable for 3 people to share the one particular bedroom in question. Why is it not reasonable for the 2 adults and one child to live in a two bedroom apartment?
