I am not sure what they can charge him with. He legally obtained the rights to a web URL and then legally used his freedom of speech and press to
post information about a service that is clearly in the public domain.
They might be able to challenge his use of the name "bluffcitypd", but he could easily clarify that with a banner that read something like Bluff
City Patrons Defense", then note the disclaimer at the bottom and...wha-la, no more challenge.
As for taking advantage of a perfectly timed incident, I salute the guy.
